Town house Twenty consists of an airy and air-conditioned open plan living, dining and kitchen at ground floor, with a pretty small yard through which one can access a w/c. The living room features a comfy three seater, 32' LCD TV equipped with cable and a DVD player as well as internet.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern day appliances. The dining table seats four. The spiral staircase, itself a work of art, leads from the ground floor to the first floor where one finds a luxurious master suite featuring a king sized bed, stylish furnishings and fabrics. The master bedroom links to the en suite shower room, which features a larger than usual shower for more space and relaxation.
At second level there's another bedroom with double bed and ensuite facilities. This bedroom is air conditioned and enjoys a small terrace.

Haz- Zebbug is an old town which served as a city during the times of the Knights of St John and is in fact named Citta` de Rohan, after its founder Grand Master de Rohan. It is found in the center of Malta and its neighboring villages include Siggiewi, Attard and Rabat. Haz- Zebbug consists of an old village core characterized by narrow winding streets and an imposing church set in a large square, as well as more recent developments taking place on the outskirts of the village. The Parish Church is dedicated to Philip of Agira. The name of the town literally means "olives" in Maltese; it derives from the large olive groves that stood in and around the current location of the church and the center of the town. Haz-Zebbug is an ideal holiday base. Even though the village is not touristic in nature it is within easy reach of all the hotspots which one might like to visit. These include Rabat, which is only 3 km away. In Rabat one can visit Mdina, also known as the silent city and a true gem of Maltese architecture, art and history. In Rabat one might also like to visit the Roman Villa and St. Agatha’s Catacombs. For all those wishing to experience some of Malta’s most breath-taking views then Dingli cliffs is the place to head to and since Dingli village is on the west coast, one can also enjoy a sunset. Attard is 2 km away,here one can visit San Anton Gardens, which form part of the presidential palace.

Ideal as a holiday home for discovering the island from an authentic quaint location, this property consists of an airy open plan living, dining and kitchen on the ground floor, with a pretty small yard through which one can access a w/c.
The short let night rate is valid for up to 4 persons and includes 10 units (kilowatt/hours) of electricity consumption per day.
The weekly rate includes the first 70 units (kilowatt/hours) of electricity consumption per week. Any additional kilowatt/hours consumed over the 70 units will be charged at 20 euro cents.
The Long Let rate is valid for up to 3 persons and does not include water and electricity consumption and gas. The Long Let rate includes internet / WiFi and cable TV.

To collected at check in €0.50c per person for each night, capped at €5 for stays over 10 nights.

This is a no smoking house. Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace. No partying loud music is allowed.
The Townhouse is given to the guest clean .The guest therefore undertakes to leave the townhouse clean and tidy..
The maximum number of persons booked is not to be exceeded,unless this is approved by the owner .
Children are not allowed on the balconies unattended.
Persons under 18 years must be accompanied by their parents.
Drugs are forbidden.
