This house was spotless and comfortable! 5 minutes to CASV and to many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the house super cleN. It was a greT stay!
Cannot say enough about this home! Plenty of space, clean, updated, great owner communication, and super close to All Star Village!! We’ll definitely be back in 2027 for our other son’s tourney!!!
The proximity to ASV was important to us and this property was nearby. Clean and updated and quick responsiveness from owner.

Clean but no kitchen amenities
The house was updated and clean but the living space was smaller than anticipated. The check in instructions were not complete (you have to hit the lock button once to open and twice to close) so it took us 20 minutes at 11 pm after a long day of traveling to get into the house and the property manager did not answer his phone.
The kitchen was not stocked with much. I did not find a sheet pan or many utensils for cooking. There was no plastic bags or foil or spices. There was a lot of Tupperware.
I had to go buy dishwasher tabs to run the dishwasher (which I left for the next guest) and there is no garbage disposal so you had to be careful when washing up. There is only laundry detergent, no dryer sheets and the washing machine smelled awful when you opened it. Fortunately it did not make your clothes smell.
Again, the bathroom is nicely redone but the shower does not drain fast and by the end of your shower you are standing in a puddle of inch deep water. But we had plenty of towels.
Two of the four TVs did not work but those that did had a variety of streaming options.
I think the lack of kitchen amenities was the biggest factor in my lesser rating.
Great location close to Cooperstown all-star village, but the place could have been cleaner. Linens and towels were clean, but the floors were all sticky and paper towels showed dirt when you wiped them. We had an issue with large black ants as well. The owner offered to have the manager come out the next day to set traps, but we just let it go. There is only one bathroom which makes it difficult to have multiple people get ready. The shower drain was backing up day one, but they had some draino under the sink which seemed to clear it up. No pizza pan or baking sheets were available that we could find, so we ended up returning frozen pizzas to Walmart. The beds are very soft but not too uncomfortable. There is wifi (slow) and no cable. They did have fire sticks or Roku’s but the picture freezes and gets pixelated a bunch. We had some deer right in the back yard which was cool. Detergent (gain) was provided which was nice. Overall, could have been worse, and could have been better.
Dave’s home was great to rent for the week for All Star Village Baseball Tournament this past week. The house was clean, great layout and well stocked with all the essentials. Dave was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and visit. Thanks Dave!
We couldn’t have been more happier to stay at this house. It was absolutely beautiful everything was clean and brand new. It was close to All Star Village, ( 5 mins ) and all restaurants and stores. Host(Dave) was the best to deal with . Would give it 10⭐️ if I could
This 3 bedroom 1 bath was perfect for our week in Cooperstown. Minutes from ASV made travel a breeze. Located on a quiet 1 way street. The inside was nicely done and the A/C units in all the rooms was a must. Dave does a great job maintaining this property and all the items you need for your stay are probably already there. Would highly recommend!
House is fully remodeled. Close to several local restaurants in the small downtown area , 1.6 miles to ASV, close enough to run home between games if needed.
Our son was playing at ASV and this location and house was a great spot. Easy parking, quick to local stores, and quick to ASV. Dave was communicative and no problems with the house.
Great Renovated Property - Questionable Neighborhood
Property was extremely clean, renovated, well appointed and stocked. Communication was clear and simple, appliances were new and modern, comfortable beds, and very close to Cooperstown All Star Village. Had absolutely zero complaints about the property itself. Our biggest issue were the homes on either side and behind the house. Completely run down with trash left all over the neighbors porches, squirrel infested, with locals arguing and driving cars late at night doing questionable things. Didn’t feel real safe.
Stayed to have easy access to Susquehanna River, Cooperstown, Ommegang for concert. Reasonably priced. Clean and comfortable. Shower and shower curtain definitely could use a much better cleaning (mold and mildew) but that stuff in economical VRBO doesn't bother us but it may some others. Well stocked (linens, kitchen, e.t.c). Easy doorlock/ access. Can walk to downtown. Comfortable beds (very soft). We'd definitely stay again.
This was a great house for us! Has all the convenience and amenities you need. Host was very responsive and helpful when we couldn’t log in for the WiFi. We would return to this place.
Stayed with 2 friends, visiting the area to play in an over 35 baseball tournament. The house was great. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient to downtown Oneonta and Cooperstown.
