Welcome to the North Hampton Tower at Kingston Plantation! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath ocean view condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in Myrtle Beach! This newly remodeled condo comes with a King bed in the master bedroom, one queen in each of the additional bedrooms. The living area has a wonderful ocean view from the 60 foot balcony and a memory foam sleeper sofa. This unit comes equipped with a state of the art kitchen and large washer and dryer. The flooring throughout the condo has been updated with luxury vinal plank as well as new carpeting in the bedrooms.

~~Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds~~

North Hampton Tower has added security to the building, which requires a building key to enter. It also is the only building at Kingston Plantation with a private indoor pool and hot tub.

Beach access is a few short steps away from the building. To enhance your vacation experience, the following additional conveniences are available, at cost: Golf packages, golf cart rental, beach chairs and umbrellas. Just minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation is 145 acres of meticulously manicured grounds with 12 mile of secluded beaches, 24 hour gated security, pools, hot tubs, fishing lakes, reflection ponds and much more!

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Indoor pool I and hot tub is better all other buildings their outside in the winter not even open to use close to barefoot landing with entertainment and eating some shopping tangerine mall only a short drive grocery stores close by Golf course across street from entrance

Great condo right on the beach
The condo itself is beautiful and was immaculate The location is in a very quiet neighborhood with not too much going on. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful stay, this is it. Our only complaints: The beds in the two queen bedrooms were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. The only other complaint we had was the condo above ours must be being renovated as the drilling started at 7am. Overall we had a great stay !

The shower curtain liners are very dirty the furniture and carpet do not look close to clean as in the picture. We got there when they said the cleaning was completed and the cleaners informed us they just arrived. They cleaned for probably 20/30 mins and that was it. Nice location and nice pools but I wouldn’t stay at this apartment again.

AMAZING view of both the beach and the lake! We come down to Kingston 2-3 times a year and this has been our best condo YET! Great proximity to the beach, the Hilton and steps from the lakes. We all felt like we were in the Caribbeans with the sliding doors in every room leading to the massive patio. Some reviewers commented about the carpet stains and the check-in procedure. To address those: Yes, there are relatively minor stains on the carpet right at the heaviest trafficked area in the house, the transition from the kitchen tiles to the carpet. It's nothing at all that I'd even knock off a portion of a star for. The good FARRRRRRR outweigh those minor stains. The check in process was a BREEZE! Sure, the office is 13 minutes from Kingston, but picking up the keys is SUPER simple and dropping them off even simpler. Again, for this condo, the very quick trip to the office is so worth it. It definitely beats the hotel check -in process to me. We had everything we needed and loved the place! Be sure to bring extra toilet tissue, paper towels and trash bags. You'll have some to get you started, but we brought with us just enough to get through the 5 days we were there and it was PERFECT!

This unit is absolutely stunning, only issue was the carpet very old and stained. The microwave had some damage but it works fine. The location is stellar and the unit is very spacious. Can’t wait to visit again!

Owner is very accommodating— even through pandemic situation last year, in allowing us flexibility with booking for 2021.

A must book.
The photos do not do the space justice. It was evident the owners are taking great care with this property- the kitchen was very well equipped and new lounge chairs and chairs peppered the massive balcony. There is a lake view from one side. and an expansive ocean view from the other. While other reviews have mentioned the carpets, although they are older, with white one would expect stains but it was clear they were well-cleaned. I understand the owners are working through remodels and can’t wait to see what they do with the rest of the project. The building was secure and clean. Property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive. We had an abysmal stay in the building next door the prior week and in contrast, it was so nice to see how properly this unit was outfitted and maintained.
