A newly renovated Mid Century Modern luxury home located on the storied Indian Canyons golf course. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath open floor plan breathes in mother nature from every view. The 13,000 sq ft property tucked in at the base of the San Jacinto mountains features a pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, boccie ball court, outdoor dining area, and star gazing deck. A perfect COVID geography/venue change!

BESVESA house is an ideal getaway! This mid-century modern gem is an oasis in the desert. Our family enjoyed the downtime in PS as we tried to minimize our exposure out and about in COVID world. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mtns all around you! Thank you for the respite. A very special place

The Besveca house is pure visual vacation, we enjoyed every minute at this place. The views over the golf course, the pool and the mountains in the back is breathtaking. Everything is beautifully set up, the atmosphere is just wonderful with the sun rising over the property, the equipment is great and of high quality (kitchen and bathroom specifically), I would definitely recommend it. The neighbourhood is just so pretty -- we went hiking in the Indian Canyons and other trails are nearby or just strolled through the streets. It is between 5 and 15 minutes by car to arrive at some really cool restaurants. Being by the golf course was of concern before we arrived, but not at all, it was absolutely beautiful to see some golfers pass by during the day while we felt very private still. There are some really fun small amenities like the LP music player, the tequila bar or the boccia game. Minor thoughts from our side: We did not book the pool heating because we felt this was extremely overpriced with 50$/day for a house at that price range and we regret we haven't done so, as the pool was too cold to use, even during sunny days. The pool pump is very loud behind the master bedroom, but Shannon was so kind to change the schedule so it ran only during the day. Lastly, we are not sure if this is the perfect room set up for 2 couples, more for parents and kids probably, as the bathroom situation with the open en suite bathroom and the small second guest room make it a little difficult for 2 couples to arrange. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it and we thank Shannon for the great communication throughout our stay.

Amazing stay in Palm Springs

We absolutely loved this place! The house was beautiful, spotless and included all we needed and more! The host was very welcoming and helpful, she really went above and beyond to ensure we have the best stay possible. The pool and hot tub provided hours of fun for both adults and kids and the outdoor shower was a huge plus! We highly recommend this place and would love to book it again.
