The hardwood floors add to the modern look of the Park City rental condo. The dining table is a drop-leaf table. It saves space and you can make it larger if you need more table space.

Work and play? You can pull the lift-top coffee table and make it your home office.
This rental condo is a large studio, comfortably sleeping 2 adults and 1 or 2 children. The couch is a sofa bed and pulls out as a firm queen-size bed. A blanket and extra linens are in the closet by the bathroom.

The condo is located in the Prospector area of Park City on the free Park City bus route. The location is excellent. The FREE shuttle picks up right outside, and walking and biking everywhere is convenient too. There is one outdoor vehicle parking space available to you if you choose to rent a car.

It's a part of Prospector Square Lodge, home to one of the Sundance Film Festival theaters. It’s a 5-minute driving distance to Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Ski Resort. Main Street is only 1.5 miles away via the walking path. There is an onsite ski/ride equipment rental shop.
