As you walk into this gorgeous place, you’ll notice bright interior design in this spacious accommodation. Elegance and beauty touch every room, starting with the enormous living room, with plenty of comfortable seating and new furniture around a big, flat screen television, making the perfect room for gathering.

The dining room features an all wooden table and chairs, complete with a breakfast bar with a quartz countertop looking into the kitchen. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space for your cooking desires, beautifully finished cabinets, brand new cookware, and stainless steel appliances, making the entire room visually appealing. The half bath features elegant design, with bright colors and beachy art on the walls. The elegance doesn’t stop as you make your way up the stairs, where more amazing design and beach art await, along with the bedrooms.

The hardwood inspired tile floors lead you to the bedrooms, filled with beach design and coastal hues. The master bedroom features new and beautiful furniture with a flat screen television and an en suite bathroom with the elegant design you find throughout the home along with a gorgeous walk in shower. The guest bedroom makes for a perfect kids’ room, featuring a queen bed and a bunk bed built into the wall. This guest bedroom also has a flat screen television and en suite bathroom as well. Step out onto the back porch to find a spot to have coffee or relax after a long day of vacationing, with chairs looking out onto Horseshoe Lake. A golf cart and briquette grill complete this dream townhouse, all ready for use when you stay here.

Perfect stay for family of 5

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this VRBO so much! We stayed for 5 days over the weekend of our wedding with our 3 kids. The house was very clean, the furnishings were so nice, and the decor was beautiful. I will agree with previous reviewers that the bed and pillows in the master were not great, but by no means ruined our trip. We also had a little trouble getting into the beach closet in the courtyard as the door was jammed shut, but one text to the company and they were there to fix it before we knew it. Could not reiterate more how much we loved the stash of supplies in the beach closet! Beach toys, numerous chairs, umbrellas, and even a medium sized cooler! We filled water bottles from the kitchen with ice water and were able to keep them cool in the warm temps outside without having to buy a rinky dink Styrofoam cooler. The only thing that was a minor let down was the fact that the 6-seater golf cart was in the shop, but they lined us up with a 4-seater that belongs to one of MVH's employees to use during our stay, so that worked just fine for our group, and was definitely preferable to not having a golf cart at all! Makes it so easy to get around. The location of the VRBO itself was also PERFECT. This was our 2nd time in Destin, and last time we were north of Baytowne Wharf, which made the drive to the beach on a golf cart a little more tedious. However, we do like not being beachfront, because we feel this makes us appreciate our time spent on the beach even more. This VRBO is literally a 2-minute golf cart or car ride to the beach! So quick and easy. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay, and we all agreed we would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed 9 nights at the end of July/1st part of Aug. This was our 2nd stay in this unit & we still love it. Beautiful view from the back & all was very clean & well maintained & much appreciated! I see a previous review on the golf cart & those issues are still present. The steering is very unsafe as the front end is out of alignment & pulls to the right, seat belts are rusted & not useable, blinkers do not work, lights were dimmer than normal, very jerky when pedal is applied, rusted staples on backseat. Time for an upgraded cart as these are safety concerns!

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent 8 nights at “Hard to Leave “. We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the living area and master bedroom are so peaceful! The floor plan was well thought out and perfect for a couple or small family with kids. Two couples could stay, but there is no closet in the 2nd bedroom. The mattress in the master bedroom has deep depressions on both sides of the bed. The owner has put a thick memory foam pad on top to make it more comfortable. The golf cart is probably the fastest I’ve ever driven, but some of the seatbelts and the blinkers weren’t functioning. My Vacation Haven had great communication and were very responsive and friendly.

Relaxing Vacation Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in unit 5056 and although the unit itself was very nice, the mattress in the master bedroom was terrible. My husband and I literally sank into the mattress. There wasn't any support whatsoever. Just for the record, I weigh 122 lbs. and my husband 186 lbs. Seven nights with minimal sleep due to uncomfortable mattress was a bit rough! Other than that, the unit itself is beautiful. Kitchen had everything we needed for the most part. The golf cart was very nice too. We enjoyed riding in it to the beach and nearby fishing spots. We plan on returning in the near future, but not sure if we will stay in unit 5056. Overall, I recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet, kid friendly area to relax at.

Lovely Spacious Vacation Rental

The rental had everything you need for a family vacation. The golf cart was so convenient, the bedrooms were spacious, the beach closet was fully stocked, and the kitchen was ready for use. We loved being able to walk to the nearby shops. Our only let down was that the pond by the house was not stocked with fish. In a week we did not come across a single person who caught a fish there.

Amazing stay!

We loved everything about the house! It was the perfect fit for our little family. Everything was super clean and the property was beautiful! We made sure to enjoy the house as much as we enjoyed the beach and other activities. I loved cooking in the kitchen and having dinner with my family at the table. The view from the back porch was gorgeous and we even took family pictures there. I was impressed that the house looked in person just like the pictures online! The only minor inconvenience was that the room my boys stayed in had no closet or dresser for them to store their things. We would 10 out of 10 stay there again and would recommend to others! Hope to be able to come back!

The condo is well decorated and has a great family atmosphere. The closet is FULL of beach gear, fishing supplies, and grilling supplies. No need to bring any of that stuff, it's already there. A light fixture over the bunk bed was falling out. My little girl was afraid of something coming out of the ceiling, so that was a bit of a problem. The cleanliness upon arrival could have been better, as well. We noticed it was not wiped down very well in certain places. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we'd go back again.

Perfect Stay in Baytowne

Everything has been newly updated and is very clean. We really enjoyed watching the sunset each evening either on the beach or the back porch. The rooms are just the right size and the living room and kitchen are very comfy and accommodating. Very quick and easy check in and check out, very friendly owners. We loved the GOLF CART, great bonus!

Hard to Leave Indeed!

From walking in the door to this very clean, very updated townhome we were quickly on our way to the best vacation we've had in a good while! This unit is so convenient to the beach, the neighborhood pool and fishing is just right outside the back door! The golf cart was an excellent perk to this unit as it makes it very easy and convenient to get around the entire resort without having to get in the car and go find a parking space. The entire unit was very spacious yet cozy at the same time, having two nice sized bedrooms both with their own bathroom and a half bath off the main living area. The kitchen was spacious, clean and well provided with all the necessary conveniences of home. All of the beds seem to have newer mattresses that sleep very well and all the linens and towels were all very high quality and clean. While we did not use it this time, there was a nice charcoal grill on the front patio as well as a nice area to sit and hang beach towels and swimsuits when getting back from the pool or beach. For us having two boys ages 9 and 10, having the convenience of fishing in the lake right outside the back door was huge during those down times or in between doing activities or whatnot. It was also great to have access to fish any of the lakes around the entire property. Lots of big bass in many of those lakes but watch out for the turtles as they will bite a line even quicker. We loved Hard to Leave and it was in-fact very hard to leave for our family and we will for sure be back again! Thanks, MVH for the easy reservation process and easy communication and property access when we arrived. Y'all made it so easy to just enjoy and not stress at all about anything!

Vacation with friends!!

We booked this condo for a week May 8-15. It is in a perfect area. Right by the pool and very close to the beach. The house is newly remodeled and it is so nice. Very clean. The beach closet had everything we needed for the beach (that was a huge plus). Beds were very comfortable. Golf cart is very nice! The back porch area is so nice looking over the water. Only thing I would recommend is a smaller dresser or chest for the guest room. There isn’t a closet in the guest room so we had to live out of our suitcase the whole week. There is a closet and chest in master bedroom but when everyone is getting ready you don’t want to have to go back and forth between rooms. We will definitely book this condo again!

Easter break

The unit was updated & decorated nicely. However, crumbs on coffee table & massive spider web by kitchen windows on the inside-my husband killed a couple bugs as well. We noticed on day 2 of our ten days that the golf cart wasn’t charging correctly. We called My Vacation Haven. They sent someone who had only been working there for 3 weeks & said he had no idea what to do. Then another repair man came, he said golf cart was charging, but readout wasn’t working. Well, we told him, the readout is showing the charge go down, but not up, so clearly it’s not working. We were told to just keep using it. Day 4 we were driving cart over to Baytown at 7:30pm - cart starts dying… My husband had to push it back to the unit in the dark. I called the emergency line. Emily from MVH texted me at 9pm making sure everyone was ok. Very nice of her. I replied with a description of what happened & she assured me techs would do what they could to get cart working. The next day, someone stopped & put a note on our door that they would b picking up the cart to work on it. 24 hours later, No one had picked up the cart. I texted Emily to inform her and inquire as to why we hadn’t received another update & requested a discount to our weekly rate since we specifically booked a unit with a golf cart & we know rental rates are higher with golf carts. Zero reply. No call, no text, no email, zip. Very frustrating to have all communication just stop. As a condo owner in Sandestin myself, we know how important the golf carts are. And I know how I would like my renters to be treated by MVH and this wasn’t acceptable.

Best Sandestin Condo so far!

We've stayed in Sandestin multiple times, and this was our favorite condo to date. The space was well laid out for our family, and we had everything we needed and more. The beach closet was an amazing extra. Our only complaint was squeaky beds - but they weren't bad, and the rest of the condo far outweighed that. We'd definitely stay here again.

We will be returning. We frequent Sandestin and so far this was our favorite rental.

Everything you would need is here. If you have small children the safety could be a concern. There needs to be baby gates on both ends. I have no complaints though, it was a great rental for our vacation.
