Stellar 5 Star Reviews! Gorgeous Gulf Front End Unit; June July still Available

Stunning views and white sandy beaches. We are located in the middle tower of beach colony resort. The unit is a West End unit (sun set views) on the 10th floor. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 1750 sq. ft. condo sleeps 8 comfortably. Expansive 300sq ft+ balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico has 2 rocking chairs, 1 chaise lounger and a teak dining table for 6. New flooring, appliances, painted and updated. The resort has 3 pools (one heated indoor), hot tub, work out facility, tennis/ pickle ball courts, 3 outdoor grilling areas, green space, security, private beach, beach chair service and 2 boardwalks. Great family location near the state park, restaurants, shopping and the famous Blue Angels (Naval Air Station museum). We are the original owners and it is our home away from home. Unit Sleeps 8 (max. occupancy) comfortably. Beds: 1 King, 2 Full, 2 Twin. Beach service provides chairs, umbrellas, parasailing; banana boat rides; surfing; paddle boarding in season. Rental fee applies.

In order to limit non guest from using our beautiful, wonderfully located beach, a new guard station is on site at the main entrance. During peak season, security guards will be posted at both sides of our property line to ensure the beaches are used by owners and guest of beach colony only. Beach Colony has one of the most expansive beaches in the area, which is a real plus for guests and renters who want more space between neighbors.
Watch the Blue Angel Fly By's. The Naval Air Station and Museum is about a 10 minute drive, great for the entire family. NOTE: The Naval Air Museum is not open for visits. GOLF nearby- Lost Key (a.k.a. Lost Ball) and Perdido Key Golf Club.
Unit has large capacity LG Washer and Dryer, full size appliances, coffee makers, blender, toaster oven, microwave, rotisserie oven, electric skillet, crock pot, panini maker, fully stocked kitchen, coffee filters, dishwashing detergent, sugar.
There is a beach service which provides rental for beach chairs and umbrellas if you prefer not to bring your own. You will need to bring your own beach towels. (Chairs-Available during peak season, not the winter months)
Very large balcony approx. 300+ sq feet with expandable dining table and 5 chairs. 1 chaise lounge chair. 2 rocking chairs and hurricane shutters.

Fantastic Rental. Great host.

This was an excellent rental! We have rented on Perdido Key for five years now-and this was the best condo so far. It was very clean. The condo was well stocked with beach toys and kitchen items. We were here over Easter and the host had even left Easter baskets and Easter eggs in one of the closets. We had no issues at all. The host was easily accessible via text and extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We settled in to our home for the week quite easily. Our condo was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a family of 5 with young ones. It’s obvious they have put care and thought into the space, and are intentional in making you feel that their home is your home for the week. Appreciate everything!

Perfect getaway!

The host was very responsive and friendly and has every right to be proud of this very clean condo. The views are amazing, it’s perfect for a family with plenty of space, and quiet enough to relax after a long day on the beach. This area has a beautiful beach and the condo is far enough away from the busy tourist scene but only a few minutes away from the grocery store or Walmart if you NEEDED something.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place! Absolutely beautiful! Great bedrooms, bathrooms, large balcony and View! Sunsets were amazing there! Loved that it was fully stocked and clean. Only downfall was the code to the elevator and we would have liked the balcony furniture to be set up ready to use but the place more than made up for it! Our favorite place!

A+ Host & Property Hurricane Helene

The property was excellent as expected and reviewed prior. The excellence of Diana as the host was the difference that made the stay possible. We had to stay in contact and communicate as we monitored the development and eventual tracking of Helene, fortunately it didn’t have effect on Perdido Key. All of her attention was continuous even though she had a (happy) family life event during the same week.

Wonderful views

We have stayed at many condos at Beach Colony. The kitchen was stocked better than most and the rocking chairs on the balcony were soooo comfortable. Hurricane Francine was looming in the gulf so we were in constant contact with our host. Luckily all we had to do was pull the balcony furniture back closest to the sliding glass doors and bring the cushions inside. Hopefully we will be back next year. 👍

Dreamy views from the balcony

So well decorated and comfortable! The kitchen was very well stocked, and when our toaster broke, it was replaced the same day. The balcony is a dream come true. You have views of the gulf, and you can view the sunset in the evening. Great location. We loved our time there.

Beach Colony- Spacious and Clean Condo

We stayed the week of July 4th and for a busy week the elevators worked quickly, parking was sufficient and the condo was clean and spacious enough for my family. We enjoyed the balcony view on the 10th floor. Communications with Diana was quick and precise. I would recommend this condo to anyone interested.

Thanksgiving week

The condo itself was ok! Our first night was rough. The bedding had a very strong scent, almost as if a febreeze had been sprayed. Family members who have allergies had to stay at a hotel. After a couple washes scent still lingered so we bought new sheets and blankets for the week for the primary bedroom. We will always ask about bringing our own bedding in the future! Condo had great views looking out. It was disappointing to not be able to see the sunrise and sunset, as the buildings are further forward from your balcony. You can’t tell from the pictures but we went to the beach to watch the sunrise and sunsets so we could see them. To the left and right of balcony are buildings blocking views. It was a relaxing week overall. We appreciate the responsiveness of our host, and happy holidays to her and her family.

This was a very clean property! Sleeping accommodations were spot on! Beach was absolutely beautiful; we saw dolphins swimming almost every day! Many choices for dinner and very close to grocery! Would definitely recommend this property!

We love the Beach and have been coming here for 20+ years. We don't get to come as much as we used to so we started renting the condo a few years ago. We keep it updated and fully stocked, its truly a home away from home and we love spending time there! We are from New Orleans LA.

Why they chose this property

Wonderful family beaches, beautiful views and great condo with modern floor plan. The water is emerald green and beach sandy soft white. You'll see dolphin, fish, birds, sting rays, we even saw manatee one year.

What makes this property unique

Balcony views and property amenities are the best. We are close to the State Park and to great restaurants and night life. There are cute little restaurants near by for walking to lunch or grabbing coffee. We particularly like the Islander Grill, within walking distance.
