A super clean beach condo at Tidewater Beach Resort! The largest 2 bedroom floor plan in the resort sleeps 8, Ocean Front Master Suite king size bed with En-suite bathroom & walk in closet. 2 queen size beds in suite #2. A Queen Sofa Sleeper in the den. Custom wood grain flooring in the great room kitchen and entryway. A washer and dryer so no need to pack extra clothes. We replace all linens before each check in so you always have clean sheets & towels.

You will enjoy the breath-taking sunsets from this professionally decorated unit.

The comfort of our guests is most important to us, we have furnished our spacious unit with everything you would expect and deserve while on vacation. The living room features a brand new 55 inch flat screen TV with cable . Each bedroom has flat screen TVs of their own. The open kitchen area looks out over the beautiful blue gulf water and is fully stocked with vacation rental cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils and appliances.

30 days or more out a $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market for you.

Family vacation

The condo was nice. Only issue was the washing machine didn't work when we tried to wash towels the day after arriving. Luckily after notifying the property management they had their team come and replace the washer. All in all it was a nice trip.

Great Location, ocean views!

Came in for a wk to get away from everyday stuff. Condo was great for our needs. Bonus motorcycle rally and air show so it was truly great.

The place was beautiful! There were extra beach chairs, and sand toys left in the closet that were nice. I would have love to know that for packing room. Also theres a toaster oven for cooking! My only complaint is the outdoor pools are NOT heated. Overall great experience

Overall the place was nice and we had a great time. The pool outside was really cold. I think the price is on the high side when they don’t provide simple things like trash bags, dish soap, or laundry soap. Or more than one roll of toilet paper. Yes they did say you have to provide these things for yourself in advance. But for the price of room and resort fees I think they could have provided those.

Beautiful and spacious

We absolutely loved staying here! It was me, my husband and our 5 kids ages 11 down to 6 months and there was plenty of room for us. Pools were great and the chairs that come with the room came in handy for sure. Will definitely stay again!

Dirty floor, dust on the appliances! For a 6 days stay, we had 2 dishwasher pods and 2 washer pods, no soap in the soap dispenser. We notified that the floor is dirty and the cleaning lady that came was extremely rude, she obviously didn’t like that we complained about her cleaning…property manager not nice, he didn’t even try to believe us, as customers. Liars, telling different stories…so disappointing

Beautiful!!!!

The place was very clean!!! I seen people say you need to bring your own linen and towels but it does have some. We packed our car down with them when it wasn’t necessary. The only thing that wasn’t there is knives. I did leave one so maybe it helps the next person. The view is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly. We absolutely loved our stay there and will be booking again! The handle in the master bathroom needs replacing due to it sticking and causing the water to run unless you push it down. That was the only issue we found. As others have said the elevators are slow due to having so many floors and people using them but the place is still worth the slight inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Took 4 days to get our air fixed!

The condo was spacious and it did have everything we needed, including sand toys and 4 beach chairs. Some things need updated like the balcony furniture (not good for kids and not comfy for adults.) I would recommend pulling up the carpet in all areas. It just didn't feel clean. And our biggest issue is that our air wouldn't go below 75 for 4 days. We have three 1 year olds and it made naptime miserable. I get that it was hot while we were there..... in the lower 90s but our home in Missouri during temps of 100+ will stay at least 70 degrees during those temps. I talked with several other people at this resort and they had their air at 68 and it was keeping up. The management company did text me several times so it wasn't that they didn't communicate. They just couldn't fix our air for 4 days which was very aggravating.

Ladies Getaway

First time at Tidewater. The unit was large and comfortable. The unit was actually being cleaned while we waited at 3pm and was finished shortly after 4. I’m pretty sure the floors were not mopped prior to us entering but other than that I would rent this unit again. Tidewater had problems with the arm-bands so we had to either memorize or carry around 3 separate codes to enter floors, room and garage.

The room itself was very nice. It was not as clean as I've seen at other resort/condos. The elevator was a huge inconvenience so we would not stay there again based off of just that. The only issue that caused us discomfort was the AC. It did not go under 76⁰ the entire time.

Elevators made the stay terrible

We stayed at Tidewater Resort. The air conditioning never got below 74, which made it uncomfortable at night. The elevators took forever and some were even out of service. There were 30 floors and it made it horrible at dinner time. Anytime, for that matter. I paid nearly 4,000 for this vacation and expected much more for my money. I will not be booking with them again. Disappointed.

This property was solid, and I would recommend it. We spent a week here and enjoyed it. Being on the 7th floor was nice since the elevators are pretty slow. The room could use a deep cleaning, but was fairly clean overall. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the room looked nice. Big and spacious. But the room had a severe odor. First it smelled almost like cigarette smoke ( which I understand that the owners/renters can't control what others do as far as that goes) but then it had a mildew smell or like something had died in the vents. Every time that the air cut on it was that smell. And it made the room smell like it. Also the elevators are awful here. There are people coming in and out and different dates and the elevators stay packed not to mention it has like 30 floors or so. Luckily this unit is on the 7th floor so that was a little better. I probably would not stay here again just due to the smell and the place all together having to go in and out of gates using wrist bands to open everything got kinda annoying.
