SUMMER RENTALS ARE A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM!
LINCOLN STATION - Escape to the majestic White Mountains this summer, fall and winter ski season.

6 month minimum November 15-April 15 for the ski season.

This spacious town home is located off the Kancamagus Highway and is nestled in the national forest in the coveted Lincoln Station resort community. Cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows,12 foot sliding glass door to a large private deck with a gas grill (summer) surrounds you with the beauty of forest foliage and the soothing sounds on the Pemigewasset River. It also overlooks Loon Mountain's South Mountain. This gracious and sun-drenched corner unit has hard wood floors in the great room along with a gas burning stove along a flat screen TV and stereo system. A large dining area which seats eight. Two master suites each with an ensuite bath which are located upstairs; two additional bedrooms in lower level. The lower level has a generous second living room, full bath, a utility room with a new full size washer and dryer. Enjoy full access to the resort's club house with beautiful heated indoor and outdoor pools. Hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and barbecue area. Lincoln Station is close to all the best activities at Loon Mountain and in the towns of Lincoln and neighboring Woodstock for fine dining and casual fare The Common Man (just across the street) and the Woodstock Inn & Brewery can't be beat. It's just a half-mile to Loon Mountain, with daily shuttle service during ski season. In the summer and fall, take the gondola to the peak and explore glacial caves and other mountaintop activities. At the base, try rock climbing, Loon's zip line, or take a Segway tour. Shopping, antiques, theater, kayaking, golf courses, hiking trails and bike routes are all nearby as well.

Kids will love the bear show. Chinese acrobats and bumper boats at the famous Clarks Trading Post. And save at least half a day for Whale's Tale Water Park. There's also the Hobo Railroad, Moose Tours, Six Gun City, Santa's Village, the Mount Washington Cog Railroad, the Lost River, and the Polar Caves. Isn't it time for a vacation the whole family will never forget?

Just what we were looking for
Great location for our annual family get together for the Highland Games. 1.5 mile walk in the morning and second shuttle stop at the end of the day. Communication with owner was great and we lacked for nothing!

The condo was very spacious, clean and accommodating. A beautiful location right on the river – great destination for fall. We went out for Oktoberfest and all of my friends and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property manager was very nice, helpful and accommodating.

The condo is in a great location and the large deck has a beautiful view of the river. Lots of room - almost like 2 separate apartments; one upstairs, one downstairs. Right outside are steps to the river. Really lovely place.

Terrific spot with beautiful view right on the river! Close to all local activities. Spacious and clean. Enjoyed the wood fireplace on a chilly night. Perfect for a fall get away, would use this condo again. Thank you

We had a relaxing family vacation. The property is right on the river with great acres for swimming. We loved sitting o. The deck listening to the river and watching the hummingbirds.
