BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED 10TH FLOOR CONDO WITH WHITE SAND VIEWS AT SEASCAPE RESORT IN THE SCENIC 98 AREA
Ariel Dunes is a non-smoking building. This includes the balconies. There is a designated smoking area downstairs, but smoking is not allowed in hallways, stairwell, balcony or unit. The association has cameras in the common areas and fine $100 per incident.

PARKING:
Seascape Resort charges a parking fee of $10 per vehicle per stay shorter than 30 days. Included in the quote 1 parking pass. Winter guest have to purchase their parking pass at the HOA office If you need a different amount of parking passes please let us know immediately, so we can adjust the charge accordingly. We will mail out the amount of paid parking passes once the final payment has been made.
The master bedroom includes a comfy king size bed with dresser and night stands, TV/DVD player, clock radio and closet. This room includes a private bathroom with separate shower and tub as well as a double vanity so there is plenty of room to spread out. The view from the bedroom is stunning as you look out over the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. There is also access to the over sized balcony from the master bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.
The updated coastal chic living room features a new comfy sleeper/sofa,and love seat, a large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD player. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens from the living room to the over sized patio and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is fully equipped with GE Profile appliances which include a 26-square foot side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, can opener and toaster for optimum convenience.Ariel Dunes is a brand new 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas and plush landscaping.
As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated in the spring. The zero entry level pool with the "Mushroom Fountain" is great for the little ones.
The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.
Our rates are guaranteed to be the best for the quality that you will receive when you stay in our great condo. This will be a vacation you will never forget!

- Primary renter must be 25 and must be always present.
- No Smoking, No pets no exceptions.
- Signed Rental agreement plus copy of Driver's License is required to gain access to the rental. If not returned within 3 days of making the reservation, your reservation will be cancelled with a $100 admin fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
We highly recommend adding travel insurance which can be added after you make the reservation. We email you after you make the reservation with options for travel insurance.

Please check my feedback on all of my properties. I know you will have a hassle free vacation by renting through me. We have a numeric lock on the door, so there is no check in. You can go straight to the condo and we do not have any hidden fees.
