The views from Casa Bella Vista include a 270 degree view of the ocean, the Pebble Beach Golf Course, Tiger Woods newly redesigned "The Hay" par three golf course, Carmel Beach, Point Lobos, Pebble Beach Lodge, sunrises and sunsets that will take your breath away and the stunning surrounding in all directions. Four of the suites have king sized beds. There are eight queen sized beds, two twin trundles. There are five decks consisting of over 3,200 square feet . The main deck has a 92" natural gas fire table on the main deck to enjoy the deck at night. The backyard has a custom made Corton steel wood burning fire pit (firewood included).

Casa Bella Vista is perfectly located just minutes from Pebble Beach Lodge by walk with its restaurants and market and 5 minutes from downtown Carmel. Casa Bella Vista is also home to four of the oldest and magnificent Sevillano Olive Trees in the U.S. - see photo. These trees have 5' diameter trunks and were planted in 1880 by Italian immigrants.
Parking: The garage can hold one car and the driveway at the top of the hill can hold three more cars. Per Pebble Beach Association Rules that are strictly enforced and due to concerns of neighbors, ALL CARS NEED TO BE PARKED ON THE PROPERTY. NO STREET PARKING.
The extremely large Bunk Room has two spectacular custom built queen over queen bunk beds (total of four queen beds) with black walnut center staircase treads and shiplapped wall backing modeled after Joanna Gaines' design from the TV series - Fixer Upper. Each bed compartment has its own reading light, USB and 120 volt plug in the cubbies. There are four new Sealy Queen sized beds plus another twin trundle. Very cozy, warm room that will be sure to be memorable. Adjacent to the Bunk Room there is one of the nicest and largest full bathrooms in the house. This room is perfect for large families or large golfing groups who want a real bed and not sleep on the floor or sofa sleeper. It also makes this spectacular home affordable on a per person basis for larger groups in style & comfort.
Before booking, I need to understand the use of the house which is very important (see second to last paragraph below).
Check in: Liz is our property manager will meet you on the day of your check in at 4:00 PM sharp (we are sorry, no early or late check ins) and walk every room of the house explaining all its features.
Rentals not involving families, multiple couples or golfing excursions subject to higher rental rates, higher deposits, daily housecleaning charges and other precautions at renters expense to insure the property is not abused.
Chefs: Due to stolen quality knives, hand appliances and damage to our kitchen from so called chefs, we only allow chefs that we provide to you as reference.
The rental rates quoted apply to the first 10 guests. The 11th guest and above are charged a daily rate of $150. Infants under 12 months - no charge. Just two of many reasons why we have the additional charge: 1) We live in the most expensive water district in the US at $12.00 per gallon (not a typo). Our monthly water bill usually runs $10-12,000 per month. 2) Wear and tear, additional cleaning costs and added maintenance cost. We have unfortunately found that kids cause the most wear and tear, thus they count as a guest to help us cover the added cost of keeping the home in top condition.
Exterior Cameras: As noted, the house is 10,000 sf and has many points of entry, all of which are not visible from the street and has the following Ring cameras for your protection and the security of the house when the home is not occupied. None of these cameras show one inch of the interior of the house. These include a Ring door bell for the front porch/door, a camera to cover the driveway leading to the garage, the backyard that covers the fire pit, the roof top observation deck where a natural gas fueled fire pit is located and the main deck where entry to the house is shielded from the street.
Pets are not allowed. This does not mean we don't have a dog, we just don't allow other pets in our home. If you are allergic to dog hair, please take this into account.
NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES, WEDDINGS, WEDDING PARTY ACCOMMODATIONS, REHEARSAL DINNERS OR EVENTS, CORPORATE EVENTS OR OCCUPANCY OF MORE THAN 18 PEOPLE AT ANY GIVEN TIME IN TOTAL. AGAIN, 18 PEOPLE IN THE HOME AT ANY GIVEN TIME REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU HAVE PAID FOR IS THE LIMIT. FURTHER, I HAVE RECEIVED NO LESS THAN 100 REQUESTS FOR THESE TYPES OF EVENTS AND HAVE NOT ONCE ACCEPTED THESE TYPES OF EVENTS NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.
