We are within walking distance to several places for shopping, activities and restaurants. Our personal favorite is SOHOS offering a wide variety of food, rooftop bar and seasonal entertainment. Starbucks on the Corner as well! This Oceanfront Suite has an amazing view! The sunrise is breathtaking!We have decorated this unit with all the comforts of home! Enjoy our pools, hot tubs, large lazy river and picnic in our Private Lawn Area filled with tables, umbrellas and lawn chairs for your use during your stay! Inside your room you’ll sleep on a comfortable king bed. Each room has a flatscreen smart tv, free internet, free parking, full kitchen and whirlpool bath for relaxing after your fun day! Enjoyed our first encounter with Mrytle Beach

The condo was part of a family resort community. Very active with young families and young adults. Enjoyed the morning view of the ocean sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee in hand. Did not enjoy the noise from the crowds 4 stories below enjoying the pools, or the occasional smell of Pot permeating the sea breeze, factors that one cannot control. The condo was as clean as possible considering the age of the property. All in all our experience was very positive.

Great Beachfront Condo

Everything was perfect for my wife and I! *Parking garage and very close to your condo(we were literally 20 feet away from our door)*Condo had everything you needed, you just supply the groceries(we were on vacation so we ate out everyday)*Beautiful oceanfront view!*Very clean*At least 10 restaurants were in walking distance and a Mini Mart across the street!*It was perfect for us and we had one of the best vacations we've had in quite awhile! Thank you so much!

Nightmare

This property was not as reviewed. First of all the building is under repair so we had to be moved after 3 nights to a different property. We were informed of this days before we arrived or we could be refunded. We chose the move as we had prepaid for several things. Glad to have been moved. Everything in the unit is old. The arm of the couch is worn through. The light fixtures are rusting. Baseboards are disintegrating. The entire place needs a coat of paint. For heavens sake buy some decent hangers and throw out the left over ones from dr y cleaning. I was afraid to use the wobbly stove but it didn’t matter there weren’t any dinner plates. The outdoor resort facilities were not usable and the indoor hot tub was filthy. Pictures to prove all. Wish I had taken the refund.

Beachfront weekend

The condo was clean. Bed was comfy. Kitchen adequate for me. Quiet and peaceful. The view was outstanding. Good communication with owners, checkin simple, checkout quick and efficient. Would rent again.

Met our needs

We were in town for a conference but chose not to stay at the hotel so we could have aome down time. This condo worked fine and the location right on the beach was great! The building and condo itself were a bit older than the pictures make it look, but it provided what we needed. The property manager was amazing and communication top notch! Even texting us when the condo was available for check in 4 hours early!

The location was great! We were told some things available to us but weren't there. Air conditioning unit is noisey and need room darking blind in bedroom. Outside light bright. Over all our trip was great

Short Stay

We were in Myrtle Beach for a short weekend to see a show in Myrtle Beach. Our accommodations were fine. The beds were very comfortable. The photos online were very accurate. A good place to stay for a short stay.

Dated property

The Property is dated. Luggage carts had flat tires. But that was okay. The view was great! The Bed was so big that a suit case couldn’t be rolled past the entrance. There was a hole in the bathroom door from a broken hook. The coffee maker had an old filter with molded coffee in it. I was unable to cook because the smoke alarms would go off from the toaster in the first 30 seconds. I turned a fry pan on and in less than a minute without food in it the alarm went off.. the furniture is very dated. I could be a fine unit but it needs some updating and care. It was the worst VRBO I have ever stayed in.

Location was good. Space was adequate for two, but that is the maximum that would be possible. Bed was comfortable; tub/shower is not easily accessible to an older person.

Great for the money

Right, before we arrived, they contacted me and gave me the room no. and code for the door. Loved the hands free for the check in and the entire time there. Were easy to contact, book in room had lots of area information. Room was clean and ready, bed was great. Enjoyed our stay, plan on coming back next year. Thank you for a great vacation.

The property is very dated. The bed was very disappointing. It sagged in the middle.. The decor and furnishings are dated. The kitchen had limited glass ware. I was afraid to use the very thin wine glasses. The bath/jacuzzi needs a re-caulk. It is cracked and yellow

Great property & location!

We were down for the Winter Bump Volleyball tournament over the MLK holiday weekend. This condo was perfect, just a couple of minutes away from the Convention Center. It was also perfect for my wife and me. She loved the in-suite hot tub! We didn't do any cooking, but the the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so. We will definitely consider staying here next year if we come back for Winter Bump, '25.

Our goal is to continue making people happy. We know how important it is to have a relaxing vacation. We want our guests to feel at home while staying on the beach. That's why we have tastefully decorated our condos with that home feeling. We offer large screen tvs in both rooms, home type furniture, etc. so you wont feel you are in a basic hotel room. We are local and can be of service to you in minutes. We like to choose our guests carefully and hope to establish a relationship to last year after year. We have several units here at the Boardwalk more suited for larger families. This unit is uniquely suited for a couple with its decor. We chose The Boardwalk Resort for it's prime location. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, it is within minutes to Broadway at the Beach , The Convention Center and the Sky Wheel. The unit is within short walking distance to Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's, Dirty Don's, River City Café, Beach Bums and Soho restaurant and bar. The Boardwalk Resort is close to all of these amenities, yet far enough away as to not be overwhelmed by the crowds.

"A million-dollar view!" We enjoy sitting on the balcony in our comfortable patio chairs with a cup of coffee watching the beautiful sunrise! It is breathtaking and a relaxing peace goes along with the view. We like the fact that it is located on the first floor as to not have to wait for elevators. Our condo is uniquely decorated and feels like a piece of home.
