This fully modern beach condo sits at the very tip of Mission Beach, steps from both the ocean and the bay side beaches. Truly one of the most beautiful and fun spots in San Diego. BBQ and hot tub on the common porch. Sauna on the lower level. HBO, and internet included. Off street parking in front. Double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two comfortably, or which can fit three kids in a pinch. Take one of the included bikes down the boardwalk to Belmont park, the roller coaster, and lots more fun. Step off into the quiet end of the beach and enjoy playing in the surf with one of our boogie boards, or invent your own beach fun in lots of other ways. Ten min to SeaWorld San Diego.

Cute little place with a great View.
We had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. And the walk to the beach and to the parks was easy. Hot tub was great. We would definitely stay again.

Not what we expected
If this was our first VRBO experience, I wouldn’t hurry back. Good things - Location! Beach chairs were provided but were stuffed into a closet. The bed was super comfy, but the pillows were sketch (crinkly). The blow dryer made me want to switch brands! Excellent.But, the rest of the place was basic. NO WELCOME BASKET with starter coffee, nearly no cookware, VERY BASIC kitcgen (which is important to us, otherwise we’d stay in a hotel) The furniture was “shoved” in a corner and had to be moved to be used. The funky light system between the kitchen and bedroom took time to figure out. Overall, if you want basic, this is your place, at the same price that others in the complex offer for EXCELLENT. Location is jey, and this place has it. The owner is doing this unit on the cheap, but we survived!

Nice location and condo
This 1 bedroom with a pull out couch was perfect for the 2 of us! The location was great as we could walk along Mission beach. We loved having the bikes available to take bike rides.

Perfect getaway
We had a great stay. The location was perfect for our little family of 3. Very close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, park & belmont park. Close to airport, Sea World, Zoo & Legoland. This was the perfect little condo for us. All the neighbors were nice & friendly, nice location. Felt very safe. Owner was excellent in communication with us. Always very quick to respond. The only con I would say is that the condo is close to the airport, so it is pretty loud at night. We got use to it after few nights.

Great location, but be aware San Diego airport passenger planes fly right over beginning 6am! Place has everything you need but needs some upgrade or TLC. Owner very responsive to our needs. Amazing breakfast spots just down the street & easy access to both bayside & Ovean beaches!

Great location!
Lovely view of the channel from front patio, 3 minute walk to Mission Beach and incredible sunsets, hottub was relaxing and clean, bed was comfy, host was very responsive, and free bike use was a great perk. There was a fair amount of traffic on the shared front patio, but everyone was quiet and respectful... it just wasn't super private if that is what you are looking for.

The unit was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Two comments. The kitchen faucet is very loose & needs fixing. We had a nice view of the canal from the unit but not an ocean view.

I would love to stay here again because we had so much fun. The units location is prime. The price is perfect. The bikes are a bonus that we enjoyed so much. It was just two of us and we slept in the room and out on the couch bed too so we could watch tv. Both are comfortable and the unit is a cool comfortable temperature in April without using the heater at all. We loved our stay here. I felt the property owner’s instructions were very clear and I did not encounter any problems during our stay. It was wonderful.

Perfect location, great condo
The location couldn’t be better! We walked to the beach every day. The condo had everything we needed, including a full kitchen that made it easy to cook and eat in. The hot tub was a plus. Robert was very responsive. We happened to be there during the huge rainstorm and flooding in late January. Robert checked in to make sure we were ok and ask if we needed anything. We will for sure stay here again if we come back to San Diego!

We love mission beach and this was a great little place to stay where we could walk along the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Parks are close by and it was convenient to all the areas in San Diego we wanted to visit.

Nice and cozy!
The place has nice access to beach and local restaurants. Walking distance to the beach and breakfast spots. No need to drive anywhere. Recommend guests bring Soap and shampoo along with your usb brick to charge your mobile device.

We enjoyed the location, between the beach and the bay could enjoy waves for adults and calm shallow waters for the kids. Wasnt far to travel for any attractions, clean and friendly environment. We saw dolphins, sea lions and rays every morning. Neighbor's were friendly and inviting. Great time overall.

The location is the best part
The location was absolutely amazing! We loved being so close to the beach and view of the bay. Unfortunately when we got there we could not get the key out of the lock box that was broken. Someone let us in and we found another key in the drawer. We did not want to bother the owner since we found the other key. The place itself was okay. The walls were dirty, hole in the ceiling and floor is broken in some spots. There are rust spots on the ground from the table. The kitchen faucet was broken and frustrating for doing dishes. The shower had mold and a gross fishy smell coming from it. When we got there, there were screaming children outside and you can hear everything through the walls (obviously not owners fault but frustrating when wanting to relax) The bed was comfortable but the sheets were upside down which was concerning they were flipped and not washed. The closet was full and not much storage and the little couch for storage was filthy. One of the bikes handle bars were broken but we were able to fix it. We did get to enjoy the hot tub and use the grill and eat outside. The place has plenty of cookware. There were really nice chairs and beach supplies we used stored in the closet. I would just say the place could use some sprucing up and a paint job and it would be perfect if it looked like they put more effort into making it look nicer. We really enjoyed our time in Mission Beach.
