Beautiful Memories await you at Coral Beach Hotel unit 2308. Here you will experience condo living with hotel quality, situated on one of the best beaches in the Bahamas.

Once you arrive at Freeport International Airport, a 10 minute drive is all it will take to reach your new home away from home.

We are perfectly located, a 15 minute walk from the main entertainment and shops at Port Lucaya Marketplace where you can enjoy a variety of international restaurants, hang-out at the bars or just wander the straw market, local art shops, boutiques and jewelry stores.

Friendly islanders will great you everywhere you go creating a sense of belonging and safety.

A 5 minute drive by taxi or public transport located at the entrance of the building will take you to one of the big grocery stores where you can shop for all your food and home needs.

The lobby of the building is where reception desk staff will greet you and where you can find a phone to make free local, Canada and US calls. This area is where you can find all the information you may need to explore this tropical island filled with fun attractions and beautiful scenery. Whether you choose to go swimming with the dolphins, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, visit the waterpark or take in the natural beauty at Garden of the groves, you are sure to find something for everyone.

Coral beach building features a games room, salon and spa, convenient store, BBQ area, private beach with tiki huts, pool, pool bar and restaurant where you will be able to enjoy the award wining local beers, variety of cocktails and tasty meals overlooking the sea. The onsite pool bar and restaurant, Laroc Bar and Grill, features live entertainment, music and theme nights.

Only few steps away from all of this is the condo located on the 3rd floor. Beautifully renovated open concept kitchen finished with granite countertops opens to the living and dining room area featuring a glass wall with sliding doors to the balcony, which overlooks the tropical forest with the line of the ocean in the background.

Living room features Big screen TV that will keep you entertained at all times with a variety of channels available through our prime cable subscription. Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment with unlimited Internet. A convertible sofa bed located in the living room can sleep two people.

Kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, programmable coffee maker and all you may need to prepare meals and dine at home.

Both bedrooms include a queen size bed, large closets and fresh bedding.

Bathroom is newly renovated with large walk in shower, linen closet filled with beach towels as well as towels for personal use, and extra bedding.

On the vanity a starter kit of shampoos, conditioners, body wash, lotions, toothpaste and floss will wait for you.

For fun in the sun there are buckets, shovels and beach chairs available.

Safe to reserve!

We thoroughly enjoyed being back at Coral beach, and our condo was truly awesome and accurate to description. The owners are serious to ensure their visitors are comfortable. We give a 4.5 rate, however I'm being picky as this unit is worthy of vacation rental, only there is no ocean view direct from balcony and the bathroom fan is very annoying, (works with light & is noisy. The only way to turn off is too do your bathroom in the dark) Putting pickiness aside, we recommend this condo & dealing with our hosts, and would reserve again ourselves. Thanks 😊

Beautiful beach

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and mostly well stocked, we only had four washcloths for a week and could’ve used more. The beach and pool area were wonderful and we enjoyed eating at the on site restaurant. Since we arrived on Saturday afternoon, we struggled a bit to check in with the on-site security officers. The check out process was much easier. We also struggled with the air conditioning in the unit and it ran continuously as it struggled to cool the unit but we used the ceiling fans and the owner responded to me quickly with my concern but we stayed cool enough and still enjoyed our stay.

Beyond expectations

We just stayed in this lovely unit for three months. It is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need and more! We felt instantly at home. Tanja was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The beach is one of the nicest we've seen in our 20+ years going to the Bahamas. My only personal complaint is that the pool was too cool - a solar blanket would solve that. We will most definitely book again.

Beautiful condo & beach

The condo is completely remodeled w updated appliances, fixtures & furniture. It is immaculately clean & clutter free, even has beach chairs for your use. The property is very safe w multiple security guards on premises at all times & locked doors @ all entrances. The condo grounds are beautiful & lush w tropical foliage & the beach is one of the nicest on the island. The Sandpiper beach bar on the premises serves excellent, reasonably priced food & drinks & has the absolute best staff. The manager of the bar even had a lobster, conch & fish dinner prepared for my mom's birthday, complete w mimosa's! Luckily we were there for Goombay, so had a night to experience a touch of Bahamian culture & music, in addition to an excursion to Sweeting's Cay. Overall it was an excellent trip made even better by having a very nice, modern & spacious condo to come home to at the end of the day - I highly recommend this condo unit!

Vacation at coral beach

Great apartment in a very nice condominium with all comforts needed also for a family like us traveling with 2 small kids. Coral beach is really one of the best beach on the island.

Paradise Found

Our 3 week stay at this condo was fabulous. Evyyou need is provided in a clean & well designed unit. Little touches like nice toiletries & linens are thoughtful. Kitchen was very well stocked & appliances are brand new. The location is perfect & beach couldn’t be better- flat white sand & turquoise water for excellent swimming . The pool area also very comfortable & poolside bar & restaurant very convenient. You can walk to market place in approximately 20 minutes for restaurants shopping & bars. Coral Beach is well maintained & very safe & friendly. Tanja always responds quickly to any needs.

A great place to stay.

Condo is amazing! So close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice and has everything you need for your stay. The owners are very accommodating and make sure you have a wonderful time. The beach is pretty and private so you don’t have to worry about getting harassed like at resorts. We would definitely come back.

WOW .... Wonderfull condo on the perfect beach

What can I say, we did not expect such a nice overall experience. Looking at the pictures and seeing what was offered we knew we were heading to a nice place but this completely beat our expectations. This time we wanted to stay away from all inclusive resort with same daily routines and a lot of people eager to party. This quiet condo on the third floor perfectly situated between elevators and stairs offers relaxing views of beautiful nature Grand Bahamas has to offer. Everything we needed was there, full kitchen with new high end appliances, flat screen TV, a lot of channels and amazingly fast internet (streaming Netflix with no issues). The unit is extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. For us (family of four) it was plenty of elbow room. Quick walk to the fascinating private beach with white sands and turquoise water on the path filled with palm trees. No early morning rush to grab beach chairs in the shade as lounging chairs were provided for us in the unit and beach huts were always available on our own beach. Pool bar offers a great food and all the staff members are so friendly to make you feel like home. If you are looking for a quiet vacation alone or with family and friends this is a place to go. No one will try to sell you anything on the beach, no lineups for food or drinks, just a perfect place to relax and rewind. We wish we had more time to visit some places and boat rides you recommended in your brochure. Thank you Tanja and Nick for hosting us and for paying attention on even smallest details in your condo. Both thumbs up and highly recommended. We are looking forward to visit your place again and explore more of this Caribbean jewel.

Quiet, peaceful, restful, Perfect.

We took our new high school graduate daughter for a congratulatory trip. It was great. This unit was the perfect “home base” for our trip. Be sure to visit Paradise Cove and Gold Rock Beach. We’d love to go back.

We loved it!

Our stay at Coral Beach was amazing. Tanja and Nick were super organized and made sure we had everything we needed to check in without difficulty (even though it was late and after hours). The condo has recently been renovated and is very pretty and comfortable. For the price, it suited our family of 5 perfectly. Coral Beach is a great community and has a beautiful pool and beach. A wonderful bonus is the bar and restaurant for the days you want to spend just hanging out locally. Lucaya Beach is awesome! A short drive will take you to shops, bars, restaurants, and marinas. It's got a lot of culture and fun. I would highly recommend swimming with the dolphins. It's pricey, but a once in a lifetime experience. There is so much to do in Grand Bahama. I would recommend renting a car though. We didn't at first and spent a lot of money on taxi rides back and forth to Lucaya Marketplace and the grocery store. We're glad we stayed at Coral Beach and rented Tanja and Nick's condo. It's priced great and gives you a lot for the money. If we go back, we'll definitely stay there again.

Perfect Condo! Perfect Location! Perfect Vacation

Our stay was great. The condo is perfectly located near everything , right on the beach and even has a poolside bar and restaurant for those days we just didn't feel like cooking. The owners left a welcome package of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion...so we could freshen up and unwind before heading out to get what we needed :) The Condo was very clean, spacious, fully equipped and had everything you needed and more. The beach was amazing, the ocean was picture perfect. The BEST vacation of our life.
