Besser geht es nicht!

Ein wunderschönes Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit viel Platz, allen Annehmlichkeiten und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Und das alles organisiert und betreut von Carine, sehr sympatisch, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit - besser geht es nicht!

Belle maison très agréable à vivre, très belle piscine et jardin immense de plusieurs hectares permettant des balades merveilleuses. Carine est très sympa. Lieu magique. J’y retourne dès l’année prochaine.

Superb vacay!

This property is a gem! Lovely, private surroundings, our hostess is very nice. Helps with everything you could wish for. The house is really nice. The pool to die for! Lots of little nucks if you want some privacy amongst your company. We were a party of 8. Would recommend this property to anyone. You do need a car though.

A little corner of heaven

Carine and her mother, Mme Tivolle are the warmest, welcoming, kindest and most discreet hosts. The house itself is modest but extremely comfortable and cosy. It is the land, however, that is the centre of focus in this little corner of heaven. It is breathtaking and inspiring. You feel like you are in your own beautiful European wilderness, yet just down the road are the bright lights of Le Lavandou with its marina and quaint little streets and alleys where you will find great restaurants, bars and shops. Many beaches for all tastes are also not far. All-in-all, a genuine, relaxing, peaceful and inspiring 5 star experience.

Einfach super!!!!

Das war eine super Woche , wir waren mit 2 Erwartet.+5 Kindern und unseren Hund da gewesen, es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Einteilung auf einem großem Grundstück, es ist alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht, auch die Gegend ist sehr schön. Wir wurden herzlicht aufgenommen und mit vielen Tipps verwöhnt. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal. Gruß Familie Dommel

Einfach toll

Zum wiederholten Mal sind wir hier gewesen, durften Carine auch über ein anderes Domizil bereits kennenlernen! Jedesmal ein tolles Erlebnis hier zu sein und eine wirklich liebe Person erneut zu sehen. Das Haus ist sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen da - das Grundstück ist fantastisch, für die Kinder aufregend. Wir wussten von Stufen vor dem Haus, sind aber trotzdem gerne mit Kind im Rollstuhl hierher gefahren, da beim Haus alles ebenerdig ist. Wir kommen sicher wieder :)

Schöne Villa in sehr angenehmer Lage

Das Haus liegt versteckt in ruhiger und schönen Lage mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Auch für Hundebesitzer ideal,da sehr weitläufig. Die Tägliche Versorgung und auch Unternehmungen sind in der Nähe recht gut möglich. Wir wurden von der charmanten Vermieterin sehr nett empfangen und fanden auch den unkomplizierten Umgang und Ablauf als sehr angenehm. Wir können das Haus wirklich weiter empfehlen und hoffen das wir möglichst bald wieder einmal die Gäste von Carine sein dürfen. R.H.

Tb acceuil de Carine, la maison n est pas neuve mais propre. l endroit vaut le detour si vous aimez les grands espaces et le calme ( lorsque l homme d entretien ne tronconne pas). Bref je recommande

Agréable séjour dans les oliviers

L'endroit est charmant,perdu dans les oliviers,la maison est grande et donc parfaite pour un groupe d'amis ou une famille.La piscine est très belle. Il est important d'insister sur le fait que la maison est relativement isolée et pas très pratique pour les femmes enceintes ( escaliers) et les jeunes enfants et bébés. D'autres parts la maison,la cuisine,la pièce principale a besoin d'un grand coup de"peinture "armoires qui grinces ect.. Nous avons demandé des serviettes supplémentaires à Carine,elle n'avait prévu qu'une par personne pour une semaine pour 6 adultes et un bébé de 1 an. Bref séjour agréable,surtout grâce à la piscine et au temps du sud de la France. Carine est charmante,mais devrait envisager des travaux ou baisser ses tarifs...

Beautiful rustic villa in secluded and very peaceful location

Spent a lovely week here with beautiful weather throughout. Very comfortable rooms and all necessary facilities provided. Carine extremely helpful and friendly throughout, suggesting places for us to eat and visit

Un havre de paix au paradis !

Maison spacieuse, confortable, au milieu d'un terrain boisé de 17 hectares.....difficile de refermer ses valises pour repartir en Lorraine ! N'hésitez pas à vous promener au milieu des oliviers, des genêts et des mimosas et à gravir la petite colline au dessus de la maison car la vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle ! Cette semaine en famille à "la source" restera gravée dans les mémoires des grands et des petits !! Merci Carine ! Famille GILSON - 54 NANCY

Tolles Haus, vor allem, wenn man Ruhe und Natur liebt. Alles da, gemütlich und sauber!

Beautiful & comfortable house in stunning location

If you love a comfortable home to stay in, in a stunning location with all the peace and quiet you could wish for, La Source is for you. Set in 17 hectares of olive groves and woodland, with lovely long and short walk galore, it's a nature-lover's paradise. You're so close to the Med, though, that if you climb up to the top of the hill you can see it. Carine had decorated a Christmas tree for us and put out other Xmas decorations and even bottles of wine, and we could not have felt more welcome. It's the perfect place to stay. Our dog Jerry does NOT like to be taken from his own home and usually protests on holidays by refusing to eat part of his meals, but at La Source he had no such qualms. That's how lovely it was! In the summertime the pool will be lovely, I'm sure, and there's enough shade to escape the boiling sun. We were there at Christmas time and it was simply perfect. Thank you, Carine.

Peaceful and well-equipped

Four of us stayed in this peaceful and comfortable property in September. Carine was most helpful during the booking process and after our arrival, giving advice on the local area and recommending places to eat. The property appears isolated but is within a 5-10 minute drive of Bormes les Mimosas village and beaches at Le Lavandou and Cabasson. The villa was spacious, with comfortable bedrooms and a well eqipped kitchen and no less than 3 outside tables plus a gas BBQ. Carine kindly provided a selection of boules, so we had several enjoyable Petanque competitions. We had problems working the TV and no bicycles were available but we had fun without these. The swimming pool was delightful and provided a good way to wake up each morning. The grounds covered 17 acres and there is a brilliant if strenuous walk up the hill behind the property - all the way to Bormes les Mimosas. We ate excellent lunches at beach restaurants, La Pinede and Siesta (recommended) and were also impressed with that at Cabasson beach.The village of Bormes was delightful (though no Mimosa in September!) and was very photogenic. We had a memorable lunch at La Terrasse and particularly enjoyed Daube de Boeuf, one of it's signature dishes. The whole week was washed down with copious quantities of excellent Cotes du Provence Rose (at around 5 euros a bottle! We travelled from Ashford on Eurostar to Marseille where we hired a car for the 80 minute journey to the villa and would thoroughly recommend this route. Finally, thanks again to Carine for helping us to make the most of our week. Vic Bradbury

What a beautiful place !

It is a haven of peace in the hills, a dumping in nature with olive trees, cork oaks and the sweets sounds of Provence. The perfect place to relax. The house is so cozy that feels like home. We could live there, we wait to return there.... Thanks to those who make of our stay a pure moment of happiness ;-)

Schöne Provenzalische Villa mit schönen Pool

Eine sehr schöne Villa, bei der Ankunft war alles sehr schön und Dekorativ vorbereitet,wurden Nett Empfangen.Man ist für sich keiner der dir immer auf den Teller schaut,schöner grosser Pool,die Einrichtung hat alles was man im Alltag benötigt.Vier schöne Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Wc.Drei schöne Aussenplätze zum Sitzen(Essen).Bäcker und Supermarkt ca.3km entfernt. Am Meer, Hafen, Strand ist man in 5km. Also wir kommen wieder.

Tranquil oasis in Bormes les Mimosas

If you want a calm relaxed holiday surrounded by countryside hills and yet close to beautiful beaches and towns this is the place for you Well equipped house with every mod con and lovely en suite bedrooms!Beautiful swimming pool with lots of outdoor space and tables in different areas so that you can have your breakfast lunch and dinner in different spots! A great discovery we have now stayed twice in Villa La Source and can't wait to return!

Waht a charming and peacefull house

We have spent a week at "La Source" early May. What a charming and peacefull house! Surrounded by the "garrigue", very near to all commodities and beaches, the place is ideal to rest. All the flavours of the French Riviera are there.Having four independent bedroom including its own bathroom were really a plus. We have very much apprecieted the large pool as long as the weather was with us.Carine our host, was kind enough to make this stay as enjoyable as possible. We would be pleased to come back soon or later.
