Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

The only complaint was the washing machine was very loud because when it was on spin it shook all over the place, needs to be level. Everything else was perfect.

Baseball Orange Beach
We came for the PG 2024 World Series baseball tournament. This was a great location to be able to get to the fields in a timely manner. The condo was perfect size for a total of 9 people. Clean and easy to communicate with. Thank you, we enjoyed the stay!

Near Perfect Home Away From Home!
The condo was EXACTLY what our family needed for our beach vacation! Clean, comfortable and perfectly located on the beach. Elevator situation was frustrating at times but not a game changer. Our only complaint was that the beds were noisy and not very comfortable. But even with that said, I’d rent it again. Nice property!

Autism Friendly
Taking your adult nonverbal autist child with you on vacation can be stressful. We were blessed with an understanding staff who allowed my husband to wear my son's wrist and since he would not. Elevators were quick. The wifi was fast( a must with autism) the room was so clean, so big, and modern. I honestly can't say one negative thing. Great trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mom, husband, and two toddlers stayed for 4 nights and it was near perfect! The absolute only negatives I could come up with were that the tile floor must have been in dyer need of mopping because our feet turned black more than once. This transferred to the showers and tubs which required more cleaning. Ee did not walk around barefoot anywhere else so it had to be the room. Other than that- this is minimal- but I kind of wish the door code were 4 digits rather than 6. Yes I know security-wise it's great but it took us a couple of days to remember it after having to pull out phones out each time. As I said, not a big deal but on vacation, I want to think as little as possible! Overall we loved this condo!

The double bedroom was not cleaned well, as there were grapevines on the floor by the night standsand grapes under the bed. The room by the front door TV went out, so no TV for the room. They seemed to be short on the bath towels as well. Also,bring extra trash bags as they only provided the one in the garbage can. Other than that we had a great time.

The Phoenix West II is a stand alone building with a parking garage, very nice inside facilities (hot tub and gym), indoor and outdoor pool, and a lazy river. That was awesome in itself! The condo was beautiful. 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and a wet bar with its own ice maker!! We were spoiled! We will be staying here again! The ONLY complaint I had was that there was zero hand soap in the entire place. Easy fix, just wasn’t expecting it, especially during these times.

Beautiful Property - Perfect for Families

Noise from neighbors was never an issue - we didn’t hear anyone which was great for a sleeping toddler. The kitchen was perfectly equipped - we had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and lunch. The Keurig coffee maker and ice machine were a bonus! The condo amenities were fantastic as well, my kids loved the indoor pool and easy walk to the beach. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect location with great amenities!
5 adults, 5 children. Beach side view with great balcony furnishings for view. Condo was clean and inviting with good seating options to fit our group. Loved having individual bathrooms and a bonus in the hall with laundry accommodations. Lazy river, water slide and pools were amazing. Grounds kept immaculate and good food from the snack bar! Found lots of shells on the beach and boogie boarding was great with the recent storm the waves were great! Vacay just wasn’t long enough!!
