Good stay and resort access.

Overall good property. Resort access was convenient. Kitchen had unusable utensils. Furniture was torn. Remotes were broken and not all tv worked. Furniture was torn and pillows were not great. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds, pool and tv. No grill was available or cushions on the furniture outside. Property was safe. Good for a large gathering.

Great property.

Beautiful home and ample space. Home was clean and everything was in proper working order. Only issues we had was there were not any furniture cushions on the patio furniture as pictured on the site and so we only had seating outside for 6 of us. A bit of a nuisance since we had a party of ten but we managed. There weren’t any washcloths or kitchen hand towels downstairs. We notified management and they did bring washcloths the next day. Pool was still too chilly for swimming but could have been heated had we thought ahead of time. Management was very responsive. We would book the property again.

Football trip/vacation

Stayed in house for 10 days with 17 people. 5 different families. Lots of room! Only congestion was around oven as there is only one. Place and property were very clean and looked after! Would stay again!!

Short on bath, face towels ,and wash cloths. Just a few spoons and forks. Tub curtains need replacing and liners. Some pillows and mattresses need replacing. One refrigerator the ice maker doesnt work and one dishwasher the heat dry doesnt work. The upstairs dryer heat control doesnt work which left the dryer to hot to touch and ruined 5 shirts.

Pros and Cons

I have been renting Vrbo rental homes for over 10 years and have never left a bad review. This house has great potential, great location but the pest issue and upgrading of some funiture needed. Pros- 1.House spacious 2. Two refrigerators 3. Two dishwahers, Cons- 1.Roaches were really bad in the kitchen, pest control was sent out on our first day but still had to deal with them the entire stay. Was so scared of them getting in our food and getting in our luggage. They were coming out on the counters , in the panties and kitchen closet. 2..Bottom of pool was dirty. 3. Outdoor Lanai furniture was dirty need upgrading. 4.Turned on stove and it smoked really bad initially. 5. Some bedroom furniture need upgrading(ex: lampshade broken in one room, door off hinges leaning against wall in another room. 6. Downstairs living room furniture needs cleaning. 7. Game room-pool sticks needs to be replaced.

Home was large enough for 15 people.

There were insects in and around kitchen. The furniture and beds were old and uncomfortable. The clubhouse was special for our 6 grandchildren. The interior square footage was quite comfortable for 15 guests. The pool was very nice.

Lots of room!

Met our needs for our large family, was both spacious and comfortable. Great that they were two dishwashers and fridges. Would stay again and recommend!

Nice large home

The house was great. Things that need upgrading…. Kitchen appliances… all of the pots and pans. External problems that were beyond the control of the management were entering the gated community and parking if you have more than two vehicles. Plan on traffic leaving Disney and just trying to get into the property. Guard gate needs a better system for vacay renters who have already checked in.

Very nice house, spacious and could the house Wes a visualized in the picture, Some instructions for the hot tub and a map for the resort would have been nice. There was sole hiccup with the central air, I feel this should have been taken care of before our arrival as well as the cleaning crew need to be more attentative to the property…

Great place to stay.

The house is great, lots of large comfortable beds. Owner was very responsive. Make sure you follow the parking rules, they are no joke (they like to tow and it is not easy getting your car back).

Good but lacking in some areas

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this spacious property. Pros's: large home with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two laundry areas. Large table that seats 12 with more area at the counter to sit. The pool and spa were wonderful and the heat worked well. We had one issue with the spa but the owner quickly took care of this. The neighborhood was nice and quiet for the most part. We enjoyed the water park. Cons: Cleanliness, We found multiple hairs in a few of the bathrooms upon arrival. The carpets are very worn and there was quite a bit of what looked like dog fur in them. The bed linens were sparse and the majority of beds were either missing a mattress pad or a top sheet. Many of the beds seemed very worn and were squeaky and not super comfortable. The were not enough eating utensils for everyone at the same time. The air hockey table was never working and we asked the owner to looks into it and they said they would. My husband crawled under the table after a few days of no one showing up to fix it and found out that there was no motor on the table so here is no way that it ever could have worked. We tried to clean up after ourselves but the vacuum provided had no suction so we were not able to vacuum the carpets during our 12 night stay.

Wonderful Mini Vacation

My family & I was there for four days in November. The home was excellent, just as it shows. Spacious, roomy & very well kept. We enjoy our time, from the game room to the pool & ping pong table.

Overall it was great only drawback was we were advised we could check in by 4 and upon arrival the cleaning crew was still there and the house was not ready. We were advised to come back at 5 and when we did, they were still cleaning. I appreciate the cleaning but we were ready to check in when we were advised we could. So again overall the stay was great in a great location and my family and I enjoyed ourselves.

Satisfied to some degree

For the most part the property was fine. There were a few issues that should have been addressed prior to our settling in (I.e. broken air hockey table, wobbly chair, tray in refrigerator, foul-smelling trash bench (with maggots), one bedroom with dirty sheets and blood stain on pillow case , dead frogs in pool.

Size and layout is great-Maintenance not so much

The house is huge! It fit our needs (11 adults-5 kids), Management and owner were very receptive when we had questions. Pool was heated as requested. Parking was limited as driveway can only fit 2 vehicles. The resort does have painted parking spaces throughout the resort for extra vehicles. The resort does nightly security drive-thru for safety and to issue tickets for those not adhering to parking rules. Daily AM trash pick-up was awesome. The resort is within 30 min of everything. There were many items that were in need of care/repair. The showers are a slipping hazard; plastic high-gloss pans and no safety bars. The house had size and a great layout. However, over-all maintenance, up keep and ownership pride looked to be lacking and is enough to not choose this house again; especially for the price we paid.

Great for big groups

The house itself accommodated our large group. We were able to spread out but still enjoy everyone's company. The kids enjoyed the pool and spa (not a hot tub). The two refrigerators were great in ensuring that there is enough space. Also, we enjoyed the amenities at the clubhouse. Regarding location, everything was nearby. No issues in that department. The only two negative things of mention would be the parking and cleanliness of the carpet. The parking is inadequate for a house of this size. The driveway only holds 2 vehicles. I acknowledge that this is not the owner's fault but the builders should have thought this out a bit more. Regarding the carpet, it was filthy and looked as if it was in desperate need of cleaning. While I understand it is a rental home, this was the first thing noticed and the dirty carpet was throughout the home. We didn't make a big deal of it and just simply wore slippers/socks throughout our stay. Overall it was a good stay and served its purpose.

Great place for a family vacation.

The house was great. It had everything we were looking for. The two dish washers and two fridges come in very handy. And also two sets of washer and dryers. Only down fall was the pool water by the club house was cold ,and not heated till December.
