You will be located on the Delaware Bay Beach area of North Cape May. Don't miss the amazing sunsets as you stroll the beach. You are also located very close to the entrance of the Cape May- Lewes Ferry, making it very convenient to take a day trip on the ferry to outlet shopping in Delaware. Enjoy a drink and listen to a band at the Ferry Bar "On the Rocks" while the kids play on the playground. Walk to Harpoon on the Bay for a meal in this island theme local beach bar. Only 1 mile away from the grocery store and shopping. There is so much to see and do! – just a short drive to downtown Cape May and Wildwood boardwalk. The house was completely renovated in 2018. The house has central air conditioning and a fully fenced-in yard.

Kitchen -All appliances are new. Includes cookware, dishes, and utensils. Eat up breakfast bar, eat-in kitchen table

Laundry-Full sized new washer and dry. Please provide your own detergents and supplies.

New King sized bed with plenty of storage and a large closet. Many windows for beautiful sunshine.

Backyard -The entire property is fenced. Deck in with a table, chairs, and a gas grill. The backyard also features newly placed sod with irrigation.

Perfect Cottage for us

We had a very relaxing week at 23 Englewood. Upon arrival I sat on the back patio and watched birds snacking on the mulberries in the tree. Cardinals, Blue Jays, Grey Catbirds and Robins galore. It was lovely sitting on the front porch every single day. We were coloring and doing jigsaw puzzles out there. Visits from all kinds of birds too. Cardinals, Blue Jays and Mockingbirds sang! Neighborhood is lovely for walking. Take advantage of the short walk to the bay for the most beautiful sunsets. Very serene and relaxing. Every room in the house was welcoming and clean. Would love to return year after year. Owner is very reliable and helpful!!

Outside Sitting Area Not Clean

The inside of the house was clean and a great location. However, the main reason we booked this property was to be able to sit outside on the back screened-in porch. It was very dirty and none of us felt comfortable sitting on any of the furniture. Some of the furniture was broken. The front porch was also not super clean but the chairs were clean. We did have a good time at Harpoons, which is about a four block walk.

Great week in North Cape May!!

I thought I already had completed this but I’ll try again!! We thoroughly enjoyed this house and it’s location!! We were worried kids (8 and 12)might miss the waves, but they didn’t. The bay beach was awesome, and close. Loved the house and the space outside to play games!! All in all, a wonderful week!! Comfortable and we’ll taken care of in house. We loved the front porch. Back deck and porch could use a little sprucing up, but thumbs up overall !! Nice colors in house , and cozy!

Quick trip

The house was perfect with easy access to Wildwood where we were attending an event. We were easily able to extend our stay and loved the front porch and outside shower!

We had a great time, porch needs a deep cleaning

The house itself was great and very clean. We liked to sit on the screened in porch in the morning with a cup of tea. The porch needs a good cleaning, we stayed the week before Memorial Day so maybe it was not cleaned yet for the summer season which was a little disappointing. This would not keep me from coming back. Thank you for everything.

Girls Weekend!

Myself and 3 friends were getting together to spend a weekend in Cape May. The house suited us perfectly and allowed us quiet time to catch up on each others lives and just visit together. I would have no hesitation renting this property again.

bungalow 23 by the bay

This is a nice place to stay, quite neighborhood 1 block for bay. Perfect size for a family ,with 3 bedrooms,2 bath. We loved the screened in porch in the back. Good size living room and kitchen. Close to downtown Cape May and Wildwood. Close to the stores for stopping.

Weekend Getaway

Perfect stay for family and friends! Stayed for a long weekend, but wish we had more time. Very close to the beach and a short walk from the bay, which made it worth every penny! Highly recommend for any gathering!

Great house and location

We enjoyed staying at the house. It was cozy and comfortable. We were 3 adults and a 12 and a 15 year old and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of supplies. We loved walking to the beach which we pretty much had to ourselves. The sunsets are beautiful. Harpoons on the bay just opened during the week we were there and we enjoyed good food there. The ferry is about a mile away from the house which was convenient because our daughter used the ferry to go home to North Carolina. When we had a question, Tracy was quick to communicate with us with an answer. We would highly recommend staying there.

The perfect Christmas getaway. The house was everything the pictures claim it to be. Close enough to the center of Cape May to enjoy the Christmas parade but far enough away to enjoy the quiet.

Great Getaway!

We spent a long whole weekend exploring Cape May and thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

We loved the house. Exactly as listed. You could walk just around the corner to the bay and Harpoon Henry's. Winery just a short drive away. Great for all ages!

Loved our stay by the Bay

We loved our stay. The property is very comfortable and convenient to the bay. The screened in porch is a great place to hang out in the summer and the property is well maintained and perfect for a family group. The owners were very responsive to communications.

Lovely Home

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Lots of thoughtful touches around the house that lets you know that someone is thinking of the guest experience. We love the bay beach & being able to walk there with our young children so the location of this house was perfect for us! It's a truly lovely home that we look forward to renting again!

Cheerful and Comfortable

Great stay for a family. The house was cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fenced in front and back yards are helpful for kids. A short walk to a lovely beach.

North Cape May ... born and raised ! George grew up on the bay in North Cape May. He grew up building and renovating many of the local houses in the area. After meeting Tracy in Grad school they recaptured the joy in retreating to Cape May.
