It’s a great location for boating, fishing, or taking part in one of Celina’s many summer festivals. You will be within minutes of several local restaurants and Celina’s downtown area.
Welcome to Beach Club Escape Unit 302! A beautiful, fun & cozy lakeside condo that is perfect for all!
As you walk in to our spacious first floor, no step condo, you are greeted with an airy, fully-furnished, open-concept living space that features a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need from making a fresh morning cup of coffee to a tasty home-cooked meal. The unit comes with a 12-cup coffee maker. The living room is the perfect spot to put your feet up and relax after a long day on the lake. You can flip on the Smart TV, sign in to your streaming account and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. There is a DVD player provided in the condo for guests to use. The living room accommodates space to relax or sleep as it includes a queen sleeper sofa. This condo is a NON-SMOKING, NON-PET unit.
Continue through the condo where you’ll find a private, master bedroom furnished with a king bed, a Smart TV and its own full bathroom. There are 2 more private bedrooms that are each furnished with queen beds. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway. Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh bath linens. You can rest assured you’ll have a pleasant and relaxing night’s sleep on quality linens that are fully laundered between each guest, from sheets to blankets to coverlets. The late sleepers will appreciate the black-out curtains in each bedroom as they are perfect for blocking out the morning sun.
A washer and dryer are also provided in your unit for your convenience.
As for toiletries, to start your stay, we will provide a few of each, including: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bar soaps, a bottle of dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and make-up remover. For coffee, we will provide 2 premeasured packets (makes 8-10 cups) of regular coffee and 1 premeasured packet of decaf coffee along with filters for the coffee maker.
With a large glass patio door that opens up right onto the lake from the living room area, you are able to view the sunrise and sunset from your covered patio. Maybe you’ll catch a glimpse of one our resident bald eagles soaring overhead from the water’s edge. Dock space is available and is a perfect place for fishing. There is no cost to rent a dock during your stay. There is a gas grill in the garage for you to use to grill up your favorite meals for you and your friends and family. Later in the evening after you’ve finished grilling, step on over to the shared fire pit area to enjoy a relaxing, lakefront bonfire while roasting marshmallows for s’mores!
Guests do not need to check in at an office or lobby. They will receive a personal door code that will activate at the time of check-in.

BEDS: This unit sleeps up to 8. Throughout the unit, you will find 3 private bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The private, master bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 private bedrooms each have a queen bed.
PARKING: There is an attached one-car garage for you to utilize and park in. There is free, on-site parking in the parking lot for additional vehicles. The entrance for unit 302, on the ground floor, is just to the right of the garage and is clearly marked for easy navigation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: At Beach Club Escape, we pride ourselves no only on our superb service but the quality of our units as well. With that, a $250 security deposit will show as a pre-authorized/pending charge on your credit card prior to your check-in. This is to cover any broken, stolen, damaged and/or irreplaceable items, and smoking anywhere inside the unit. This pre-authorized/pending charge will fall off of your account if none of the above happen.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The cancellation policy is a 100% refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival, no refund within 30 days of check-in. This also applies to any reservation date changes. When booking through Airbnb, the cancellation policy is a 50% refund up to 30 days before arrival.
ADDITIONAL BOOKING INFO: You will only be charged 50% of your entire reservation amount upon booking (unless your check-in is within 30 days). The final 50% will be auto-charged 30 days prior to check-in.
BOAT RENTALS: Helton Lodge Boat Rentals is located on the West side of the lake at the Boardwalk Marketplace. Helton Lodge offers rentals for pontoon boats, kayaks, paddle boats, golf carts, and more!
BOAT DOCK: Dock space is available at no additional cost. Feel free to bring your own boat to explore Grand Lake!
UPPER DECK GOLF LOUNGE & BAR: Shipyard Sports and Events Center, just 2.5 miles from Beach Club, offers a golf simulator lounge, with 4 awesome bays you can rent out. They also have food and a full service bar.
BLUE GOOSE SHUTTLE: Hop on the Blue Goose and let it shuttle you to all the local events, bars, restaurants, and shopping locations. The Blue Goose travels on a route throughout Celina but it even offers group event rides if you call in advance. Don’t worry about driving anywhere during your stay at Beach Club Escape!
**The stone jetty to the west of our building belongs to Windemere Bay. That is NOT our property. They have posted NO Trespassing signs to let us know our guests are NOT welcome there. If we receive complaints from Windemere Bay, or if we see our guests on their property, we will deduct $125 from your security deposit.**

This is a NO SMOKING & NO PET UNIT. Smoking is allowed outside only; please close doors and windows so the smoke does not come into the unit. A $250 minimum charge will be imposed for smoking or pets in the unit.
You'll have neighbors so please, NO PARTIES.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 11AM. Please vacate the unit on time so our cleaning staff has enough time to prepare for our next guests. Please close all windows and lock all exterior doors. Late departures will be charged $75. Our housekeeping staff has carefully cleaned, stocked and inventoried this unit prior to your arrival. Please help us maintain the inventory by placing items back where they belong so we can keep our level of quality for all guests. If the rules are overlooked or there is excessive cleaning required, extra charges will be added to your reservation.
All dishes should be cleaned AND put away, or put in the dishwasher and the cycle started.
Please empty the refrigerator & EMPTY liquids (like milk, juice, etc.) before disposing containers!
Please place all used towels in the tub or shower of the bathrooms.
Access to the Wi-Fi is provided on the counter in the unit.
Instructions for each TV & DVD player are provided. Feel free to log in to your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), but please be sure to log out before you check out of the unit.
In case of a power outage, flashlights are provided in the drawer of the white "buffet" cabinet in the dining area.
There is a unit guidebook provided that will include local information as well as local restaurant menus.
