Our mother in law suite provides cozy character this mother in law suite will provide you must needed rest with privacy. Perfect for a couple on vacation or a small family visiting their Military family. Many repeat guests are here to visit their NAVY ARMY & AirForce family return or depart for deployment. Very nice!

This is a great place to stay! It puts you close enough to the beach, but without most of the traffic. There’s plenty of shops in case you forgot something. Overall, my friends and I had a great time; would probably stay again.

Location was good in terms of what we needed and property provided all necessary household things you would need to clean the place. However, owner was not and still is not responsive. Refrigerator did not work. A/C did not work. Lock on door was loose. Backyard had massive camping trailer through it. Save your money.

I ended up homesteading here in Virginia Beach purchasing my first home in 2002 (Which is a seperate listing :). Since then I have added houses to our portfolio of properties looking to serve the transitional Veteran Community and those who support our military families. All of us love Virginia Beach and those who come to visit our fun town, we love to share with you our 20+ years of experience here to make your stay more enjoyable. My wife has a professional photography business and in my spare time I work to #END22 by finalizing my PhD in NeuroScience. Should you need anything from us we are close by or if traveling have a team of support to handle your needs.

In the heart of Virginia Beach you are only minutes away from Nightlife and beach life. Close to the southside military bases of Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Norfolk Naval Air Station, LIttle Creek Naval Base, Oceana Naval Air Station, or Joint Service Command.
If you are in need of schooling here this Loft is a great escape from the daily grind and hotel life.

What makes this property unique

Location, Location, Location; Small and quent all the studio apartment amenities you will need for a couple or small family. Downstairs couch bed (photos need to be updated) loft area is a full size bed. We also have a couch someone can sleep on.
