Casa TC Vallarta is your welcoming and spacious family-style villa snuggled in Puerto Vallarta. Located only 8 blocks from the beach, popular shopping at the Malecon & many of our local-favorite restaurants! Casa TC will provide you relaxation & memories to last a lifetime.

Your home away from home is located in the heart of the Mexican community. In the morning you'll hear the morning church bells, the light noises of the town beginning their day, and the drift of delicious baked goods from the local bakery down the block will surely awaken your morning appetite.

Our staff will prepare breakfast & lunch for each day of your stay with the option of swapping out one meal for dinner. Any requests are encouraged! The Guest is responsible for the cost of the food prepared and all groceries, plus tips to the house staff at the end of your stay.

Annual Family Vacation

We usually go to resorts as a family but decided to try a house for the first time. We had 20 people with ages varying from 3-62 and can honestly say that we didn’t feel crowded. The rooms were spacious and varied enough for different family situations. We spent a lot of time around the pool and it was perfect. Only wish that we had asked them to turn up the heat a little bit earlier as the courtyard with the pool doesn’t get a lot of sun. They did an amazing job of keeping the house clean, doing laundry and meeting all of our needs. Edith, our organizer, was very responsive and arranged anything we needed from transportation to tours. Overall a good trip.

Wonderful family vacay

Our family had a fantastic one week vacation at TC Vallarta. Starting from a couple weeks before arrival Edith was already helping us set up by booking reservations and transportation. Her responsiveness was superb and refreshing. We had a large group of 19 with kids of varying ages, and the property was able to easily accommodate our entire family. The house layout is very thoughtful and is clear it was setup for comfort. Each room is very large and has its own nice bathroom. The furnishings are very nice and the house was extremely clean. Rossy and Juana made us feel right at home and every day our meals were delicious and varied and accommodating to our palates. They are lovely ladies and provided a sense of warmth and welcome.

Great vacation home

My family and I stayed a week at this house, and it was amazing! Edith and the ladies did a fabulous job taking care of us and our meals. the rooms and pool house fit perfect for all the young adults. we felt safe and liked that we were close to everything in town.

We thought it would be a 5 star stay

1) 3 sets of keys are not enough for as many guests staying 2 keys did not work correctly and we were locked out for 30 minutes until Edith could get there to help 3) the washer wasn’t working and so many clothes have stains that can’t be removed 4) requested a tres leches cake but got something completely different 5) no working grill 6( no clean towels offered for 6 days 7) service was satisfactory but not exceptional we did not feel as welcomed as we felt awkward 8) we had AC problems in the main room as well as in one of the bedrooms ( the bedroom was taken care of but not the main) 9) we had issues with the washer all week and several items of clothing were ruined and stained with something blue. 10) letter states that sheets would be changed every 4 days, that was not done 11) we were never offered clean towels 12) there is no working grill, it is rusted and into 13) we had to ask to have the pool feature turned on and at that it might stay on for 2 hours The house is beautiful but for the price, it should be perfect None of this would not have been a big deal if it hadn’t been advertised as premium pricing… but it was so everything should have been perfect

Amazing get away from the 'real-world'

My 14-person family came together in P.V. at the King's amazing villa. I've never had such luxurious treatment in Mexico before. The staff was top-notch! Friendly, responsive, and on-point! The accommodations were five-star! Walk-in showers, comfortable mattresses, A/C in each room, TVs everywhere, a well-maintained pool, fridges and bathrooms in the outdoor common areas (stocked with cold drinks by the staff!) Ample Parking outside, a quiet neighborhood, and great restaurants practically around the corner. Try the new spot a block away, Aguachiles Charlie, for fresh seafood and great vibes. The Langosta Feliz was also a blast for a bigger group to eat together with live musicians serenading us all night! We can't wait to come back!

Amazing group trip to PV!!

We had an amazing stay at Casa TC! The house itself is luxurious, spacious, and very clean. Edith and the house staff were amazing as well. Edith was responsive and took care of everything we needed immediately. She grocery-shopped for us and hit every item on our list. The food prepared by the chef was amazing. It was a 5-star service experience while also being affordable. The location of the house is a 10-15 walk from the beach and a quick Uber to Zona Romantica. We will absolutely recommend it to everyone we know and will return.

Wonderful getaway at the villa!

The villa was perfect for our family. The kids could roam all night and play while safely secured within the property. The corner store across the street was perfect and the meals cooked by the staff kept us full. Quick uber ride to the beach, boardwalk, romantic zone, or marina. Super flexible staff was availble 24/7 for us without ever feeling imposed. Great geataway.

Great place to stay!

For starters Edith, Rosy, and Juana were amazing! They were super attentive to our needs and made our stay significantly more enjoyable! The home itself is massive, don’t be fooled by the 2-D pictures! I cannot stress enough how much space there was in the home! The home is located just a short and inexpensive 15 minute Uber ride from everywhere! The A/C’s located through out the home made it easy to cool off! Great space to host a family get together or friend reunion! The pool and entertainment area were a huge bonus and we were out there everyday!

Family Escape

We went down as a family (8 adults and 6 children under 7) and had a great trip. The communication leading up to the trip was great, Edith did an excellent job answering all of our questions and helping with coordination. Beautiful Home Away from Home in PV!

We had an incredible time at David’s home. It was exactly as advertised. The little details make it feel like home. And the staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. We celebrated my wife’s birthday there and they truly made it feel so special. We loved the neighborhood - just removed enough from the tourist zone to feel local but close enough to easily enjoy the beaches and stores. We couldn’t recommend this lovely home any more and can’t wait to return.

A 5-Star Experience... Truly Unforgettable!

I decided to reserve our stay at Casa TC for a friend's 30th birthday celebration and boy was that a great decision. Our group of 13 adults fit perfectly inside this super spacious villa. First, I need to praise the property. It was exactly as pictured and was even more stunning in person. All of the amenities worked great. The heated infinity pool was definitely a favorite among our group. The location was great as well, exactly the perfect distance away from the busy downtown area and tourist attractions. Next, the staff! I could go on forever about how amazing Edith, Juana, & Rosa were. Well before we even arrived Edith and I had a great open line of communication. She was beyond friendly and super helpful with the planning and made traveling a breeze. Everything we needed was anticipated and anything additional we asked for was provided happily. Our Chefs were top tier, every dish was stunning. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend just letting them decide what to prepare, we were never disappointed. If you're on the fence about this one, don't hesitate, reserve your stay. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I'm already planning our next stay here!!!

Excellent location just outside the hustle of downtown. Amazing home with plenty of room and amazing rooftop view. There’s a downstairs bedroom excellent for members who may not be able to climb stairs. Edith and staff were amazing and accommodating.

Perfect for a group

This house was great for 10 adults who wanted to party. Fridges were fully stocked with beer and it was great to wake up to freshly made breakfast. The pool area was a great and the top canopy area was a fun late night hang out spot.

Great Place for a large group of family/friends!

We came to this Villa to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary with our family and friends and we were so happy with all the accommodations! The Villa was clean and huge! With the 20 guests we had, we needed a place for everyone to be able to stay c comfortably for a week! Our ages ranged from 2-49 years old and everyone had their own space! Edith and her team are AMAZING and we can't wait to return!!

Great property with an amazing staff

Our group of 12 really enjoyed this home! The staff (specifically Edith) made us feel welcomed and also made it easy for us to do what we wanted. The only reason I gave the location a 4/5 rating is because my group ventured to the Zona Romántica quite often and to transport 12 adults was always a mission (Ubers were pretty reliable but requesting 4 Ubers at once can get cumbersome). And though the drive is technically just 10 min away, driving through cobblestone streets wasn’t easy. But most of PV is like this so we just made due. 100% not the villas fault but good information to know when booking. Regardless, I would 100% book this location again and hope to stay there soon.

25 year veterans of Puerto Vallarta as we have produced sports events, primarily softball and baseball on the adjacent sports facility through our company Triple Crown Sports.

Why they chose this property

First class and sits in the community of Puerto Vallarta. Just plain nice people. We built this home to fit a large active family with lots of grandkids. Thus 5 master bed room suites and 2 unbelievable kids bunk house suites. And all the internal toys they needed when we stayed at other villas over the years in Puerto Vallarta. 5 Families fit great with lots of privacy. Bathrooms and Beds and pillows and showers and hot pool water and common areas fit the quality and expectations we did not find in other villas. And we wanted our family to be a part of the real Mexican community.

What makes this property unique

A lot. Best ones are the eating areas for lots of people. Stunning. And the pool. Heated and fun. And the decks.....3 of them for groups of 15-50 on each deck at one time. And the beautiful bed rooms. And the décor. Fun and pretty. Small local corner store 50 feet from front door.
