Located in the very heart of the historic Village of Pinehurst, this unique, completely renovated condo is well-appointed with comfortable luxury. You are within 5 minutes walking distance to great dining, entertainment, shopping and a truly unique experience. The condo is located just upstairs from the well-known Dugan's Pub, around the corner from the Roast Office coffee shop, and a short walk to the Spa at Pinehurst and Pinehurst Brewing Company.

The Corner Store just below the apartment carries many local food and beverage items - including local beers and wines - as well as other local fare and convenience items.

Each bedroom has a king size bed, with a twin trundle bed in one bedroom for accommodating two more people. The living room, bedrooms and the loft all have 60" wall-mount TVs. Free WiFi is available. The kitchen has marble countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Great little/big spot

Quaint and cozy with room for everyone. Teenager hid away in the loft. Everyone had a good time. Manager was awesome, friendly, and accommodating. Location right in the village made everything so easy. Would stay again absolutely.

Absolute center of Pinehurst Village

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very communicative property managers and easy entry into this second floor unit. It is directly above Dugan's Pub which is a great central location. You can hear some of the pub music on a Friday night but the Village quiets down pretty early so it wasn't an issue for us.

best kept secret in town!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was our 2nd time here. The place has everything you need, including a very comfortable bed; its also very clean and updated. You couldn't ask for a better location in the middle of town. As other reviewers suggest, if you are a light sleeper, just bring earplugs to drown out the music downstairs.

We spent a weekend at the condo. It was perfectly located in the center of the village, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was nicely decorated, well stocked, and surprisingly quiet given the restaurant directly underneath. We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location in the village. Very comfortable accommodations for 2 couples. This place is close to Dugans Pub which is a great restaurant and is definitely the hot spot for late night, so just know it may get loud, but go join it is a great spot! Hosts were awesome! We’ll be back!

We arrived and were blown away by the cleanliness, brightness, and quality that the owner has created! Plenty of room for everyone to have space yet come together and relax to a game or a movie! I would book the exact same way again if we come back through! The owner even spoke with us in passing while heading out in the truck to check the local area and gave great ideas about entertainment and what to see! A great host in beautiful place!

Nice place and location

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was bigger than we thought. My teenage son loved the loft area. It is in the Pinehurst Village so we were able to walk to the shops and eating places. It was also a very short drive to Pinehurst, MidPines and Pine Needles golf courses. Lots of space, very clean and wonderful owners to work with. We would definitely book this again.

Awesome Pinehurst Village Location

We stayed the month of April in this unit. Apartment was very well appointed with everything you would need on vacation. Lovely updated decor, comfortable beds. Best of all the location in the heart of pinehurst is excellent. Walking distance to the Resort and Country Club, many exceptional restaurants, cafes, shops and more. Highly recommend. When Dugan’s pub has live music you can hear it from the Master Bedroom but this was not an issue for us. It’s only a few days a week and ends about midnight.
