Welcome to our beautiful Kona condo! Our spacious 1250 sq ft condo situated in the beautiful, tropical garden setting of Keauhou Punahele. This second floor condo(NO STAIRS!) enjoys cool breezes, spectacular sunsets and has fabulous ocean and golf course views from the large lanai that features big BBQ for own private grilling! Comes with cable and WIFI!!
Imagine waking up, coffee in hand, walking out to your Lani, relaxing and feeling the warm trade winds. Enjoying the views of many tropical flowers and listening to the serenading of several species of Hawaiian birds. Look out over a beautiful golf course with palm trees, and views of the ocean on the horizon. 15 minutes from Kailua town, 1/2 mile from Keauhou shopping center. Walking distance from the Outrigger hotel and Keauhou bay for paddle boarding and sand volleyball! Kona Country Club 2 minutes down the street for a round of golf. Entertainment, shopping and dining at your finger tips. If you love pickleball, Holua Racquet and Paddle is a 5 minute walk and is the best facility in the state. Home of the Hawaii Open and Pacific Rim Tournaments.If you surf, there are several breaks on the Kona side of the island including three that are just a few miles away if there's a swell. If no swell the snorkeling here is fantastic, clear blue water, colorful fish and coral with an occasional turtle or dolphin.

We had a wonderful time on the big island. Jackie’s condo was in a great location as the area was fabulous for walking. It was fully equipped and comfortable. At times it was extremely noisy. Kids in the lower condo played ball and ran around yelling and screaming. Their ball did manage to hit Jackie’s balcony on a few occasions. Kids next to the lower condo screamed morning to bedtime. Upon arrival we had to do some light house keeping. Not a real big deal. I would recommend staying at Jackie’s. It’s a great place despite a few hick ups beyond her control. Thanks for letting us stay at your Hawaii house Jackie.

Very comfortable and convenient condo with a killer view!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay--the condo was well-equipped with kitchen and beach items, and the views were amazing. I loved having my morning coffee (as well as my sunset mai tai) out on the lanai. We found the location to be very convenient for exploring Kona and the rest of the Big Island. No A/C, but the many fans made it bearable. The pool was clean and refreshing. The welcome basket of treats was a nice bonus! We highly recommend!

Beautiful escape

No disappointments here! This condo is in a clean and well-maintained complex. Jackie and Bryan have noticed every detail to make this vacation spot feel like home. Not only is the condo beautifully furnished, the outdoor seating allowed us to take advantage of the gorgeous island views and sunsets. We were happy to find equipment and beach chairs in the unit so we could take full advantage of our trip. The condo is also just a walk away from a local marina and cove where we swam and watched a canoe race! We also walked to the nearby Sheraton resort to see the mantas at night- a MUST SEE. I also appreciate that the main streets nearby were safe for running and I saw many people using the sidewalks to exercise while I was out. We felt so fortunate to be in that location. Book your stay, so worth it!!! I can't wait to return!

Wonderful stay at Punahele

We had a great stay in Jackie's lovely condo. It was fun being right on the golf course watching the golfers tree off. The condo was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back.

Miserably HOT!

We will not stay here again because of a few reasons. Number 1 -There is NO air conditioning in this unit. She has a couple floor fans which don't blow enough air to even move a piece of paper, there are ceiling fans in each room but it didn't help at all with the heat. We couldn't cook inside because it was miserably hot. Coming home from the beach all day and walking into a heated stuffy house was NOT fun. It was too hot to even be able to fall asleep at night which really made this unit miserable. Number2 - There are too many ridiculous rules while staying in this condo. You arent allowed to have anything on the balcony, no towles allowed to hang on balcony, and a very strict noise policy. Despite the rule of no loud talking before 10 am, they operated lawn mowers , leaf blowers, and equipment before 8am every morning. There is a golf course right outside the balcony and you couldnt even sit and have a conversation without golfers hearing you and glaring. You feel like you have to whisper, or go inside and have a heat stroke. The pool has the same rules, no playing in the pool. Not a place to take kids for sure. Number 3 - it was dirty, our bath towles smelled like dirty mildew, the floors are dirty and sticky, we had to wear shoes or our feet would feel dirty. Edges of floor and wall along baseboards, and under tables and beds must have never been cleaned. The rugs outside on Balcony are ripped up and falling apart. The owner of the condo called and left 3 voicemails the day we checked in wanting to know why i hadn't responded to her emails wanting to know we got there. It was annoying because I didnt want to check email I WAS ON VACATION. If you are looking for a VERY quiet place away from everything then this is the place for you, as long as you are ok with roasting your but off inside and you dont have kids. There are a few GREAT things about this place. She has is decorated very nice inside. The beds were comfortable. She had LOTS of great beach gear, snorkeling gear, beach towles, chairs, cooler, beach wagon, umbrella. There is a lot of stuff left in the fridge, freezer and pantries which was nice, just check the expiration dates, a few things were very expired. They have a security guard that checked out who we were before we even got out of our vehicle, he is a very nice guy and keeps a watchful eye on the place. We wont stay here again because of the extremely uncomfortable heat inside the condo and the ridiculous rules.

Great Vacation

Really enjoyed our stay at Jackie and Bryans vacation home. Everything we needed was supplied for us. From shampoo to laundry soap, kitchen supplies and all the beach gear. There was also a nice bowel of lots of goodies from Wine, Pineapple, macadamia nuts. We didn't realize they would have all this available so we had purchased quite a bit of what they already had. We left it there for the next guest to enjoy. Nice way to pay it forward. The condo was very roomy. Loved the pictures they had on the walls. It was nice having two bedrooms and 2 baths. It is in a great location. In the past we have stayed up North in Waikoloa Village. This was by far more convenient. When we return we will most definitely stay here again. Only thing I can think of that was a negative is that there is no air conditioning but with all the fans and the windows open it wasn't too bad. Once again Thanks to Jackie and Bryan for sharing your vacation home with us.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in the condo for 3 weeks. The décor was lovely, the home was clean and fresh, the location is gorgeous. This unit is on the very edge of the complex which makes is very quiet and private. The owner was wonderful in communicating with me. Everything you need for cooking was there as well as beach gear!

WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN , AWAZING PLACE !

Our stay at Jackie and Bryan's Condo at Keauhou Punahele was AMAZING. It was our first time staying at a VRBO type of rental, we had always stayed at major hotels before . I have to say we won't be doing that anymore, it;s definitely VRBO from now on , and when we go to Kona it will be here at Jackie & Bryan's condo we will stay . The special touch of the welcoming gift basket with fresh local papaya , and chocolates and a bottle of wine , was so nice. We really enjoyed the relaxing feeling of comforts of home and all the amenities that was offered and it's definitely more affordable. The condo has an amazing view from the lani and was very quite , so great in the morning having coffee and listening to the birds. And in the evenings the views of the sunsets from the lani were spectacular, my numerous photos are testament to that. The condo had a nice selection of everything you need , so personal from spices in the pantry , condiments in the refrigerator , was nice to be able to use them and then leave for others what you bought and didn't use up a nice pay it forward kinda thing . It was nice to have the BBQ on the lani . We enjoyed the pool at the condo and the grounds were so beautiful , the condo had everything we needed for the beach too , from lawn chairs , sun umbrella , BIG beach towels not those small shower towels , snorkel gear to boogie boards and a collapsible wagon to haul it all . The location was great , it was close enough ( 10 to 15 minutes) to down town Kailua Kona for shopping at gift shoppes , and the farmers markets and night life in the evenings , but yet far enough away for quite relaxing stay from that hustle and bustle. We walked a lot while were there, everything was so close , we walked to Rays on the Bay (at the Sheraton) maybe 1/4 mile , and every Wednesday there is a local artisans market with local vendors and music it was great being so close . The Kona Country club Golf Course only a few minutes way had a spectacular view we went our last night there and again the sunset was amazing was a wonderful way to end our vacation. We will definitely be back and stay here at Jackie and Bryan's condo in Keauhou Punahele.

Excellent. All the little extras provided were so nice.

Our stay at Jackie and Bryan's condo was just excellent. All the little extras they provided were so nice to have. Everything from a welcome basket to shampoo and conditioner to hand lotion to containers to put food in. They also allowed us to use the boogie boards, beach chairs and cooler which was so nice to have. They provided really nice beach towels as well. The condo has a washer and dryer which was really good to have to dry all our beach towels. The view of the golf course from the lanai is really nice. So wonderful to sit out there and enjoy a good cup of Kona coffee and a view. The condo does not have a/c so it can be quite warm but there were a lot of fans provided. Jackie even had a pack n play there so we didn't have to haul one from home. She responded to all of our inquiries extremely quickly and made our stay just excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location ,quiet ,Peacful and comfy condo.very pretty views.

This was a family vacation fulfilling a bucket list .Having a sister with limited mobility this place was great easy access, very quiet and peaceful .We loved sitting on the lani listing to the birds every morning. The owners were very helpful and made our stay extra special.There were lots of beach supplies from coolers to snorkel gear and beach towels to use .Thank you Jackie it was a very memorable vacation and I would definitely stay there again.Tammy Mullins and familly

All of the extras are so appreciate, most places dont offer the beach equipment, the wagon, chairs, boards, snorkel gear towels. The washing machine & dryer were amazing. I can't wait to go again.
