House with heated (8 m x 4 m - depth: 1.5 m) and secure swimming pool: equipped with an automatic security shutter resistant to 100 kg for a peaceful holiday.

By the pool: Terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, sunbathing.

3 bedroom bungalow for 6 people. 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed (recent bedding), 2 baby beds, living and dining room overlooking the garden and the swimming pool and open to the kitchen (equipped with American fridge / freezer with ice and fresh water distribution, induction hob, extractor, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher ...), 1 bathroom with large walk-in shower, 1 separate toilet. Private parking, 200 L electric water heater, washing machine, dryer.

Fantastic
We stayed in this house in July 2018. 2 adults and 4 kids. This is a great house. The living and dining area are very spacious and with direct access to the pool and garden. It is tastefully decorated and and the kitchen it very well equipped.The pool is fantastic and the garden has nice shaded areas. It is a 3 minute walk from the village which has a small coop store for all your day to day needs and a lovely market in July and August with fresh fish and veg daily and a butchers on a Friday. There is also two good restaurants in the village. The beach is a bit of a treck on foot if you have kids but only about 10 mins in the car. The owner Philippe was very helpful . We would highly recommend this property.

Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances, maison propre, rien à redire. Rue très calme. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires de la location. Petit problème avec la piscine qui a été réglé très rapidement, très professionnel Je recommande +++ Le plus de cette location, la grande piscine chauffée !!!

Maison tres bien situee, a qqs minutes en voiture de la plage seulement, avec piscine piscine chauffee. La maison est parfaitement amenagee et tres propre! Les proprietaires ont ete tres accueillant, disponibles et sympathiques. Nous recommendons tres vivement!

L 'acceuil des propriétaires au top . La maison est plus que magnifique, tres très bien entretenue, très prope, et super bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Le jardin est splendide et la piscine un bonheur. Nous avons passées 1 semaine au top .

Location située au calme, surtout le weekend car en semaine travaux de construction en face dès 7h. Petite superette tout près. Un peu loin de la plage à pied par la route. Ce serait bien de laisser un plan et conseils sur les environs. Piscine chauffée agréable que nous n’avons pu utiliser qu une semaine. Réactivité du propriétaire et de sa fille Grand jardin clôturé avec beaucoup de fauteuils. Douche spatieuse . Voisinage très agréable. Contact facile.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée. La maison est très agréable à vivre, elle est également bien située. Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location (peut-être juste une amélioration: installer la climatisation)

Herbst auf Oleron. Perfekt für sportliche Aktivitäten. Sehenswerte Orte von Nord nach Süd.
Schönes Haus mit großem Grundstück und Pool. Ruhige ländliche Lage. Leider wird dieses Objekt wohl nächstes Jahr nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehen, da der Eigentümer es verkaufen will. Ich hoffe aber, dass auch der neue Eigentümer dieses Objekt vermieten wird. Ich werde dann auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Île d’Oléron
Location conforme à la description, très propre , endroit très calme et reposant . La piscine à disposition est un grand plus , chauffée à 28 degrés c’est très appréciable. Il ne manque absolument rien , nous sommes comme à la maison . Dommage de ne pas avoir eu l’occasion de rencontrer Eric et Sabrina , ce sera pour une autre fois peut être .
