This wonderful, upstairs vacation condo has become a favorite for sun-seekers to "call their own" for vacation dates all year long! With a taste of Aloha splashed throughout the second and third-level living spaces, each room is welcoming with natural light, comfy-yet-stylish furnishings, and all the fixin's for a relaxing beach getaway...and all of this just a block to the best beach in town (according to us locals); and 2 blocks to many of our commercial and food establishments, including the major grocery store. Here's what you'll find:
MAIN (Second) LEVEL

PARKING:
- One designated space in the rear carport - alley access. Fits all size vehicles.
- The locked garage is for owner use only
- Guests may store bikes and other personal items inside the unit, or in their designated carport parking space. Guests may not store any items in the walkway between the property and the neighboring property per the terms of the HOA.
LOCATION:
Just 1.5 blocks away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand (surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, volleyball, sun bathing). In addition, a small public bay beach is 3 short blocks away with an easy launch site for kayaks or paddle boards. Within 2 blocks, a playground for young children is a nice destination; Two blocks the other direction is the major grocery store and other conveniences. Everything needed or wanted is within close walking distance. Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! Discover world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza--less than a 15-minute drive away.

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, and much more! CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
