Welcome to paradise in our Summit 409-409A, or most commonly known as “Best Kept Secret”; this beach view vacation condo is ideal for those families looking for an amazing beach vacation at a budget-friendly price. You’ll actually have 2 separate condos rented side-by-side: a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus a studio, 1 bathroom. The beach is an easy-peasy .2 mile walk down & will truly help you kick back and relax.


The condos share an amazing Easterly beach view with 2 private balconies and bedrooms that host: 1 king, 2 twins, 1 king (studio-side) and a sofa sleeper couch (out in the living room). There is plenty of closet space throughout, TVs in every room and pretty new tile throughout. The Owners have just finished updating this condo with new cabinetry, counters and all new appliances! There are two shower/tub combos and one walk-in shower + a tub that can open (or be closed) out to the studio side, allowing for sunny skies and those gorgeous beach waves to ease you into relaxation.


A fully stocked kitchen awaits your arrival along with a small kitchenette for extra space if needed. From pots/pans + cooking utensils to dinner and silverware, you are sure to find everything you need for a meal inside. Your normal kitchen appliances are also provided to make cooking up a masterpiece no big sweat. Enjoy the washer/dryer the owner has provided so laundry doesn’t pile up on you from your super fun vacation.

The Destin Commons and Harborwalk Village are a quick drive away and offer amazing places to shop, a marina, and perfect spots to catch a sunset after a long day on the beach.
