A two-story wall of glass provides lovely water views and divides the great room of this well-appointed Contemporary Cape from its 25 foot deck. Nestled against a hill of pines and surrounded by meticulously kept perennial gardens, this home is the definition of peace and tranquility. The warm bay-side beach is steps away, as is a launch for your boat or kayak. The ocean cliffs are five minutes by bike. And the lovely village of Wellfleet, chock-full of galleries and restaurants, is five minutes by car. Stay home to cook; the kitchen is fully equipped and the gas grill is excellent. Take a nap, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the hammock is in the shade. Light a fire if the night is cool, and take a whirlpool bath. Watch the ever-changing light as the sun sets, then gaze at the stars in the crystal clear sky.

Wish we had stayed longer!

Our host provided exceptional service and many thoughtful details to make our stay go smoothly and enjoyably. The house is well appointed and in a great location, very peaceful with natural beauty surrounding the premises and wonderful views. All the amenities worked well and met all our needs as a group. The beds are comfortable and in good shape—noted since some Cape rentals have issues with subpar bedding. The kitchen, living room, and porch areas were great. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Wellfleet!

We have stayed on the Cape many times but never in this area. It is our new favorite place. This home was located perfectly and met all our needs. The owners were very hospitable and accommodating and it was a lovely week. You know it’s perfect when the 9 year old boy cries because he wanted to stay and find more hermit crabs and go back to Marconi beach. Thanks so much!

Relaxing, luxurious, and, comfortable stay

We had the most relaxing stay at this well appointed home. Our hosts were most gracious, accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The amenities available were plentiful including a complimentary bottle of wine upon our arrival, kitchen staples, fab view of the bay, and comfortable deck and furniture gave us many days of rest, fun, and some home cooked meals amidst our hikes, swims, art, and music activities.

A great find!

This is a lovely home in our favorite Wellfleet neighborhood and we enjoyed a wonderful stay. The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked, the furnishings are very comfortable, the gardens are beautiful, and the view of the bay is picture perfect. Dan worked diligently to resolve a plumbing issue that arose just before we arrived and all communications were prompt and thorough. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Wonderful Wellfleet stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Wellfleet house. The house is located in the lovely quiet neighborhood, short drive to the downtown and beaches, very convenient. Loved the view of Drummer’s Cove from the deck. Dan is a great host, was willing to answer any questions about the property, even though I didn’t really have much. I would definitely recommend to stay here!

Point Pleasant Stay

A extremely well stocked and well equipped kitchen. Great deck with views in my favorite Wellfleet neighborhood. Highly recommended and comfortably accommodated the six of us.

Perfect!

Fantastic house, great location, absolutely lovely host. The wine and cheese on arrival was so welcoming after a long drive. The kitchen was better stocked than any rental I’ve ever been in. The living spaces were very comfortable, the outdoor spaces were lovely, tons of seating. Wish we could have stayed twice as long!!

Great base for family reunion

The property is well located for all lower Cape attractions, including Ocean, Bay, and pond beaches. Quiet, wooded neighborhood. House very well furnished, especially the large kitchen and deck. Owner very friendly, informative, and responsive. Perfect for my immediate family and for entertaining a larger family group.

Lovely, but not the best for rambunctious toddlers.

A charming home that we would love to stay in again—with other adults, or kids old enough to explore without constant supervision. Without asking more questions about accessibility, we brought a seventeen month old who acted his age, particularly when he discovered the microwave at his level! The kitchen is so generously stocked that I would have loved to have cooked in every nite. Instead, we took advantage of local restaurants. Another grandchild is due this summer so we won’t be able to opt for our Wellfleet house anytime soon. Feeling a little wistful.

Wonderful relaxation

Our second stay, this delightful. property is attentively managed by Joe and Dan and offers a lovely off-the-planet place to relax while only being steps from the tidal footpaths, small beaches and delightful kayaking of Blackfish Creek.

Amazing week in Wellfleet

We have been renting on Cape for over 25 years and this home was the nicest by far. Beautifully appointed, new state of art kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, tons of light and great location. Lived the neighborhood on bayside. Not a swimming beach but miles of trails along water and in nature preserve just a few minutes walk from house. Also easy to pop into town just a few minutes away. Beautiful view off deck. We were all very sad to leave. Thanks Dan & Joe! Your home was lovely. Can’t wait to return to Wellfleet!

Great property within minutes of several ocean coast beaches.

Nice quiet neighborhood with great amenities. Close to Drummers Cove for late evening walks. Within five minute drive of ocean coast beaches which require beach sticker or daily pass. Wellfleet is loaded with restaurants. Recommend Mac's for lunch. Dan (property caretaker) was very helpful and knowledgeable of area. Would recommend for family vacations upto six. If booking during peak summer, be prepared for traffic but Wellfleet is easy to get around. Recommend day trip to Provincetown. Well worth it.

Minus a few hiccups, the house was as described. Over all a very nice space for a small group. The view off the deck was one of the highlights. Joseph the owner was especially helpful before and during our stay and was always very communicative if I ever had any questions.

Great location, great house, great view of the water from the deck.

We had a great holiday as the accommodations in the house were great. The layout of one bedroom upstairs with a sitting room outside was great and two bedrooms on the first floor. Great deck and view of the water. Loved the outdoor shower and the remodeled kitchen. Top notch!

We love this house

My husband, two kids, and I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. With high ceilings, lots of light, and a gorgeous kitchen, I just wanted to stay and host dinner parties. The photos do not do this place justice. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.

Beautiful vacation house

We had a wonderful time in Wellfleet and staying in this lovely house made it even more memorable. The house is really has described! The cleanliness problem was resolved in no time and it did not affect our vacation what so ever. Communication with the owner was exceptional and quick. Very reassuring to know that you are not left on your own. I would not hesitate to stay again in this lovely vacation house.

Wonderful home and setting

This is our second year renting this home. There are beautiful walks and views of the cove. It is close to our favorite beaches in Wellfleet. The home is awesome with a fabulous kitchen which inspires home cooked meals and nice family dinners! Thanks for another great year!

Wonderful find on Bay side

Comfortable, relaxing home on charming street. Thoughtfully furnished and stocked. Big windows and nice light in the kitchen/living/dining areas. Updated large kitchen, great for cooks! Spacious master suite. Steps from easy walking trail that runs partially along the water. Logistics and communication with owner were easy throughout. We hope to return.

Hidden Gem

We were fortunate to vacation at this property for a month and it as great!. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped (even had tons of spices!) and was even better than we expected. We love to cook and the Bosch double ovens and the gas range made our meal preparation a joy. We made many wonderful meals for our local friends (who all loved the house too!) in the kitchen, The living/dining room, kitchen and bar area with built-ins made it great for entertaining or a nice quiet romantic evening at home. The home was equipped with many mainstay staples (paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, trash bags, dishwasher soap and cleaning supplies and the central vacuum was great for cleaning up. We brought our own supplies but the owners were so thoughtful in keeping it well stocked for emergencies. The two of us stayed in the upstairs bedroom which is very large, comfortable and has a sitting room adjacent with a smart TV. The upstairs bath was roomy and had a laundry closet in it was was convenient for doing the occasional loan of wash since we were there for the month. The other bath and downstairs bedrooms were very nice and roomy. The grounds are full of flowers and flowering shrubs and trees of all kinds,which constantly put our new flowers every few days. The owner helpful and quickly got back to me on my one question on the vacuum operation even though he was in France on vacation! We highly recommend the property and hope to go back again soon!
