Villa nice, bright quiet with stunning views of the sea in the coastal and tourist village bustling Quiberville, between Dieppe, with its beautiful castle, the casino, the beautiful beach and à12km cliffs and Veules the beautiful tourist village Roses . From the villa, walk to the nearby beach. Big and beautiful at low tide beach. You can fish, walk the waterfront or making beautiful sand castles with your children, grandchildren. Enjoy the scenery you will not get tired. You will find a Sailing Club, sailing and sports, fitness room, library, restaurants, bars, two small grocery stores, one of which has a gas station. Buy your fish at one of the three boats that are there every day, you will enjoy our home in a quiet and pleasant setting in front of a charming little garden square, and our garden facing the sea with stunning views and beautiful, which one does not get a moment. It is very relaxing and soothing. Including a large living room with fireplace, sea view, open kitchen to the living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC.
Upstairs are three bedrooms (6 / 8personnes) one large room sleeps 4 with sea view, two other two beds each. The rooms are very nice, bright also, bright and spacious. One has just been renovated. Shower, toilet, sink upstairs.
This is a very nice house to live, spacious, where we feel good as two to many. The living room opens onto a terrace which has just been renovated, where you can dine overlooking the sea out of sight, before a magnificent panorama, restful which one never tires. -being A total well!We guarantee you a relaxing stay. A barbecue is available.
TV, WIFI, for those wishing to remain "connected" and in need.
You can also discover this beautiful region, with its cliffs along the coast to Etretat, beautiful flowered gardens, Varengeville, beautiful Normandy residences in Normandy, small chapels and churches. This is a great area. At one hour, you will discover Deauville, beautiful beach and famous tourism city, its beautiful and huge sandy beach, its casino, its horses, polo, horse racing. Getaway a very enjoyable day.

Lovely holiday

We had a delightful holiday at this house. The view was unbeatable, the town was lovely, and the house was very comfortable. No disappointments! The house is a 3-minute walk to the beach, where there is a playground and a couple of charming restaurants. There is a lot to see and do in the area, and the sea and cliffs are stunning. The house was very roomy and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. A perfect getaway holiday.

Vue magnifique

Une belle maison avec une vue magnifique. Jardin clôturé - parfait pour notre chien. La plage est très proche, à 6 min à pied et pas beaucoup de monde sur la plage. Je voudrais remercier Florence qui a été très réactive, car on a réservé vraiment au dernier moment, on a eu des soucis avec le paiement mais finalement tout s'est bien passé et on a adoré notre séjour.

belle vue - quelques imprécisions de prix

Les suppléments : ménage, chauffage et linge ne sont pas indiqués à leur juste prix dans l'annonce. Sinon le reste de l'annonce est conforme, une vue magnifique, tout près de mer par un petit chemin. La maison bien qu'un peu rustique est bien équipée en matériel de cuisine et autre.

Lage super, Feuchtigkeit....

Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft, sehr schöner Blick auf die See, schöner eingezäunter Garten, auch für unseren Hund super. Vom Haus aus sind Strand, Spazierweg, kleiner Supermarkt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Kaum auszuhalten ist aber der Gestank in den Küchenschränken, Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, alles stinkt moderig, wir haben alles benötigte gespült und außerhalb gelagert. So unangenehm haben wir das noch nie erlebt, würden das Haus trotz aller Vorzüge deswegen nicht weiterempfehlen, bevor das Problem nicht gelöst ist .

Tolle Aussicht ABER sehr schlechtes Haus

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, was die Aussicht und den Weg zum Strand betrifft. Das Haus selbst ist richtig schlecht!!! Feucht, es stinkt, dreckig, die Inneneinrichtung alt. Wenn man die Schubladen in der Küche öffnet kommt einem ein extrem schlechter Geruch entgegen. In der Dusche haben wir sogar Würmer gefunden. In der oberen Etage befinden sich die Schlafzimmer, aber es gibt KEINE Kleiderschränke!!! Wir hatten noch nie ein so schlechtes Haus und haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Wenn man bedenkt, was wir für diese 2 Wochen in der Hauptreisezeit bezahlt haben, dann geht das gar nicht!!!

Sonnenuntergang deluxe

Das Haus hat eine super Lage. 7 Min zu Fuss zum Meer und Sonnenuntergang direkt aus dem Garten im Blick. Schlafzimmer auch in Ordnung, ein Zimmer ist Durchgangszimmer, hier sind 4 Betten. Super praktisch 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten im Haus. Leider ist es etwas feucht im Haus, liegt auch an der direkten Lage zum Meer. Daher sind auch die Küchenschränke alle muffig. Der Abfluss von der Spüle war verstopft, aber hier kam Jemand, der dies dann schnell repariert hat. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche.

Bon accueil de la gérante. Maison bien située car proche de la mer et une très belle vue. C'est vrai que la maison est mal isolée et qu'il y a des traces d'humidité mais bon on est proche de la mer et elle n'est pas récente. Bien chauffer et ça va. Il faudrait changer le groupe de sécurité du ballon d'eau chaude qui fuit, voir changer carrément le ballon d'eau chaude qui risque de lâcher un jour. Globalement positif pour un week-end.

Absolutely filthy

I have only ever put one bad review on in my life before and that was a restaurant, but this place is dirty and smelly . To start with you walk in and can smell 2 things the drains and the horrible perfume they use to cover it up! Half the lights didn’t work, there is mold and mildew everywhere, the downstairs bathroom is full of mold. I’d need another shower to clean myself if I used that one. The laminate flooring upstairs is really badly fitted and slides under your feet, nipping my husbands foot. I didn’t sleep there, I booked somewhere else straight away and we left the next morning. As previously mentioned the house is freezing and the fire doesn’t work. When I approached the owner she said she was surprised, my response was when was the last time you went there. It is not fit for human or dog inhabitants. Oh the garden and view was nice as was the little town down by the beach. You have been warned.

La maison est grande et idéalement située. La vue y est exceptionnelle. L'accès à la plage et aux petits commerces très facile. L'accueil très sympathique. Beaucoup de visite et d'activité à faire sur place (plage, canoë, catamaran..) ou dans les environs (Varengeville, jardins remarquables, Veules les Roses, Dieppe, St Valery, manoir d'Ango ..) La maison aurait besoin malgré tout d'un petit rafraichissement.

Urlaub in Frankreich vom 20.07. bis 31.07-2020

Der Meerblick hinter dem Haus war fantastisch. Wir hatten einen pünktlichen und herzlichen Empfang. Die Übergabe ging problemlos von Statten. Aus den Küchenschränken kam uns ein schimmlicher Geruch entgegen. Das Geschirr war nur teilweise akzeptabel. Auch die ausgelegten Stücke von Küchenrolle in den Schränken halfen nicht darüber hinweg in welchem schlechten Zustand sich diese befand.Das Geschirr,welches wir benuzten stapelten wir deshalb außerhalb der Schränke. Alle Töpfe waren ohne Deckel und die Pfannen sind in einem erbärlichen Zustand.Da ich gern selbst koche , hatte ich ziemliche Probleme . Der Geschirrspüler funktionier am ersten Tag überhaupt nicht. Nach längerem hin und her mit den Vermietern und Frau Saillard lief er zwar an,spülte aber nur kalt und das Geschirr war nur zum Teil sauber. Also säuberten wir alles per Hand, so war wenigstens der ekelhafte Geruch aus dem Spülbecken verschwunden. Das war die schlechteste Küche,die wir je hatten. Die in der Küche vorhandenen Elektrogeräte ware in Ordnung. Das untere Bad ist auch in einem renovierungswürdigen Zustand, vor allem die Dusche. Im oberen Bad kann man sich sehr wnig bewegen und der Fußboden ist defekt,so daß man sich arg verletzen kann. Die Lampe außerhalb dieses Bades ist keine Lampe,sondern ein Kabel mit einer Glühbirne was aus der Decke scchaut. Die Schlafzimmer bieten ausreichend Platz, aber wir hätten uns über einen Kleiderschrank gefreut,leide rwaren nur alte Kammoden da. Wenn nachts Einer auf Toilette mußte,wurden die Anderen durch die extrem lauten Türgeraüsche geweckt. Der Wohnbereich ist großzügiig geschnitten. Abends wäre es schön gewesen,wenigstens einen deutschen TV Sender empfangen zu können. Der Garten bietet viel Platz zum entspannen. Leider war an einer Liege der Stoff angerisse und ein Plastestuhl war defekt. Der Kamin war ohne Klastür oder einer anderen Abdeckung, so daß der ganze Raum nach Ruß aus dem Kamin roch. Wir waren sehr angetan von der Freundlichkeit und der Kommunikationsbereitschaft der uns doch fremden Menschen.Die Frische und das hervorragende Aroma von Obst und Gemüse und die Vielfalt an Käse und Fisch werden wir vermissen. Noch ein Wort zur Unterkunft: Sie war das viele Geld nicht im Geringsten wert. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. Langhof aus Sachsen

Bien située et agréable

Très sympathique maison perchée sur la falaise avec vue imprenable. Très bien équipée malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu droit à la table extérieur pour déjeuner en terrasse. L'autre point qui devrait être précisé dans l'annonce est que l'accès aux 2 chambres passe par la 3ème.

Traumhafte Lage, kalt im Winter

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage direkt auf den Klippen. Wundervolle Sicht und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig, dennoch zentral und wir konnten direkt vom Haus aus wandern. Am letzten Tag haben wir noch ein das Cafè librairie le lutin entdeckt, sehr zu empfehlen! Die Matratzen sind sehr gut, die Schlafzimmer konnten gut geheizt werden. Allerdings wäre zu erwähnen, dass man, um in die beiden Doppelzimmer zu gelangen, durch das 4-Bettzimmer hindurch muss. Wir waren hier über Silvester und haben die ersten Tage im Wohnraum/ Küche sehr gefroren. Der zusätzliche Kamin wurde den ganzen Tag benutzt und trotzdem schafften die beiden Heizungen es nicht, den Raum richtig zu wärmen. Nachdem wir den Durchgang zum Treppenhaus mit Tüchern abgehangen hatten und Decken vor die Türen legten, wurde es wärmer. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und kam uns auch bei der Abrechnung entgegen. Das Problem war bekannt, schade, dass man nicht Abhilfe schaffen kann.

correct mais perfectible

location correcte. toutefois, il serait agréable d'arriver dans une maison chauffée. Je ne suis pas contre payer l'électricité pour un week end mais arriver dans une maison glaciale avec un bébé non merci. Il a fallu presque une journée avec les chauffages à fond et un feu de cheminée continu pour arriver à une température confortable. C'est la première fois que je loue un logement qui n'était pas chauffé avant l'arrivée des hôtes . Par ailleurs mettre quelques bûches à dispositions des locataires serait un plus qui ne coûterait pas bien cher. Le ménage mériterait d'être un peu plus soigné, il ne faut pas être trop maniaque ni regarder dans les recoins. je recommande mais pas en hiver dans ces conditions.

Nach einem Tag abgereist

Wir buchten unsere Ferien, vom 13.7. bis 20.7.2019 in diesem Haus. Aufgrund des Zustandes blieben wir aber nur eine Nacht. Das Haus ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig und nicht im saubersten Zustand. Auf den Sitzkissen hat es sehr vielen Flecken und der beigefarbige Teppich ist nicht mehr beige !!. Der Geruch im Haus ist kaum auszuhalten, besonders schlimm riecht es im Badezimmer. Die Reklamation (via e-mail) mit der Vermieterin wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet.
