Vraiment parfait
Maison spacieuse avec tout le confort moderne et une petite touche orientale pour les décorations. La clim tres appréciable quand il fait trop chaud. Tres bien située, voisinage calme. La cour ensoleillée bien agreable et les propriétaires sont super gentils

A quiet and nice place
Our host Laurence and her husband were delightful. They were prompt to our queries and the condition of the villa was immaculate. They had provided everything which we asked for. A quiet place allowed for a relaxing stay. Taking a taxi, it is not too far from places of interest such as Marina. Overall, I have to say that it was a fantastic experience and I would reccommend this place. Abritel/HomeAway need to improve the service between traveller and owner as both Laurence and I encountered some difficulties prior to my stay. Thank you for your hospitality once again Laurence!

Quartier très calme, commerces à proximité, proche des centres d'intérêts et des plages, maison traditionnelle Marocaine décorée avec beaucoup de goût, terrasse très agréable le matin pour le petit déjeuner avec le chant ds oiseaux, le soir pour l'apéro avec soleil couchant sur la Kasba... toutes les facilités, internet TV satelite , climatisation, chauffage pour l'hiver... bref super séjour , à renouveler... merci beaucoup aux gérants pour leur disponibilté et leur gentillesse... Une villa très agréable
Une maison très calme, nichée au milieu des hibiscus et des bougainvilliers. Vous êtes en pleine ville, et c'est le chant des oiseaux qui vous réveille ! La maison est agréable et propre, et en tous points conforme aux photos et à la description. La climatisation est réversible, ce qui est un plus lorsque les soirées de décembre se font un peu fraîches. Un grand merci aux gérants de la villa pour leur gentillesse, leur sérieux et leur fiabilité. Nous reviendrons encore avec plaisir à Agadir en passant par eux pour l'hébergement. A bientôt !

Excellente impression
Pour avoir séjourné en plein mois d'Aout, je peux dire que cette location est idéale. Quartier très calme, maison rénovée avec beaucoup de gout, proche de tout. L'accès à la plage est très facile en voiture ( Parking proche marina quasi vide le matin) Les restaurants, boutiques pour Madame, boites, super marchés, plage très propre. tout cela à moins de 5 minutes. La location est pourvue de vraiment tout, il ne manque strictement rien. Pour être un habitué des locations saisonnières au Maroc je classerai la Maison du quartier Charaf n°1 à tous les points de vue. Merci Michel pour le service gratuit du téléphone, seul équipement qui manquait pour pouvoir être joignable gratuitement depuis la France. Merci aussi à vous deux pour votre gentillesse ( On reviendra c'est sur.....)
