You'll be located on central Anna Maria Island, close enough to the Intracoastal Highway to catch a glimpse of it from your back door. And just a few blocks away, you can sink your toes into the warm, pulverized quartz sand beaches. You'll have two assigned parking spaces and getting around the island by car is easy. But if you'd rather leave them parked, take the air-conditioned trolley that runs almost the entire expanse of the island to get around. Head north to the city of Anna Maria and stroll down Pine Street for boutiques and restaurants. Try the sushi at Ocean Star, or closer to home, stop in at Mr. Bones for flavorful cuisine from around the world.

Heated Pools may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
