House in the port of Perros Guirec - sea view

We rent a house completely renovated in 2014, quiet (edge ​​of the woods and into a dead end) for 2-6 people, located 150 meters from the marina of Perros Guirec. Shops nearby and many activities
(Hiking trails, sailing, surfing, diving, visit of the 7 islands on a tall ship or speedboat, boat hire, electric bike, golf, casino, tennis, restaurants, Gallic village, tree climbing, beaches etc ...).
It has a 500 m2 garden with wooden deck overlooking the harbor and bay. It consists of 3 bedrooms (1 ground floor and 2 upstairs), a kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave, induction cooker and dishwasher, washing machine in dependence).
2 bathrooms (1 ground floor communicating with the chamber and 1 upstairs) 2 toilets (1 independent ground floor and one in the bathroom on the floor).
Baby equipment available (cot, high chair, bath and changing table).
Possibility to rent sheets and towels (extra charge); water charges included and electricity costs not included from 01/10/17 to 15/05/18.

Logement très bien situé au calme et à proximité du port de Perros, boulangeries à 5 min à pied et tout autre commerce dans le centre a moins de 10 minutes en voiture. Équipement parfait de la cuisine, salle de bain très agréable, petit local fermé en annexe très uutile pour les vélos !

Die Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet, besonders die Küche liess kaum Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist ganz ruhig. Die Wohnung liegt jedoch nicht am Hafen von Perros, sondern ein paar Strassen bergauf, der Blick auf das Meer ist vom Obergeschoss gegeben, vom Erdgeschoss nur auf Zehenspitzen. War aber ganz ok.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Haben eine wunderbare Woche in Perros-Guirrec verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Putzutensilien vorhanden, sogar mehr als 2 Spülmaschinentabs ;-), Spüli, Schwamm, Bürste, alles da. Sogar ein Crêpes-Maker war vorhanden. Betten sehr bequem, Bäder schön , Terrasse groß, Garten urwüchsig , aber gepflegt. Empfehlungen der Gastgeberin sehr gut. Bäcker, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle sehr schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Ausflugsziele in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Für´s schlechte Wetter kann keiner etwas…

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage
Das Haus bietet alles, was es für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Insbesondere die Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Terasse schön groß. Wir waren zwei Päarchen und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Hafen von Perros liegt recht zentral. Im Hafen selbst gibt es keinen nennenswerten Strand, aber man kann die zahlreichen Strände der Halbinsel sehr gut mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichen. Ich würde das Haus gerne wieder buchen.

Superbe location offrant toutes les commodités attendues dans un cadre agréable. Située au-dessus du port, elle offre calme et sérénité. Très belle terrasse offrant vue sur mer au milieu d'un agréable jardin. Un grand merci à notre propriétaire qui a su répondre à nos attentes, et même au-delà. Location à recommander

Wir waren 14 tage in diesem Ferienhaus, es war einfach Großartig. Ein Wunderschöner Garten, absolute Ruhe. In dem Haus war alles vorhanden was man benötigte. Im Außenbereich zwei Wunderschön gelegene Terrassen. Die Vermieterin Frau Sabine Quinquis ist eine nette fröhliche Person. Die Lage des Hauses, toll!! In 5 Minuten am Hafen in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt ... Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen

Très agréable maison, au calme un peu en retrait sur la colline, extrêmement bien conçue et agréable à vivre. Très bel ensemble terrasse / jardin clos en degrés avec belle vue sur la mer. Parking disponible à proximité. Enfin, propriétaires charmants et disponibles. Merci de tout cœur à Sabine pour son aide précieuse et bienveillante. A conseiller, particulièrement avec des animaux de compagnie.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in Perros-Guirec verbracht. Die super freundliche Vermiete rin hat uns willkommen geheißen und uns das tolle Ferienhaus gezeigt. Das Haus war perfekt vorbereitet, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Urlaub konnte sofort beginnen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub in Perros-Guirec
Obwohl wir zu früh eintrafen, wurden wir freundlich von Madame Quinquis empfangen, danke für den Willkommensgruß! Das Haus fanden wir super sauber und odentlich vor. Schade ist, daß man die Abendsonne wegen des Hanges an der Hausrückseite ab 18 Uhr nicht mehr genießen kann; ist sicher aber ein Vorteil an heißen Tagen. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Hafen ist sehr schön. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. ============================== Bien que nous soyons arrivés tôt, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Madame Quinquis, merci pour l'accueil! Nous avons trouvé la maison super propre et convenable. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas profiter du soleil du soir après 18h à cause de la pente à l'arrière de la maison; est certainement un avantage lors des journées chaudes. La vue sur le port depuis la terrasse est très agréable. Nous pouvons fortement recommander la maison.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Bretagne
Wir durften 11 wunderschöne Tage in Perros-Guirec verbringen. Es begann mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang durch unsere Gastgeberin, die uns das Haus zeigte und alles erklärte. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich gar nichts - vom Grill bis zum Crêpes-Maker ist alles vorhanden. Es waren wunderschöne Tage in der Bretagne, wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
