Disappointing in reality vs. Online images
This house looked really nice online. However once we got there is was nothing but disappointing. The lockbox was hard to open to get in the house, we should have taken that as a sign. There is no AC at this house which was not clear in the ad. The house is furnished sparsely and with cheap furniture, the kitchen table wobbles all over the place. The chair in the master bed was broken out in the bottom. You have to keep the windows open all day to keep the house bearable to stay in but the master door holder to keep the door open was broken so it kept slambing shut and multiple screens were broken so lizards kept getting in the house. The general cleanliness of the house was subpar. The bathrooms had soap scum all over the shower and counter. The sheets and comforter had gross stains on them. The comforter in the master had a large rip in it. There were doors missing from the hallway closet. There was this nasty yellow insulation appearing like material on the twin bedroom door which I have no idea where that would have come from. There was no working light fixtures in the queen bedroom. The downstairs bathroom didn't lock and the towel holder was not attached to the wall property so it moves all over the place. Also the twin beds were not comfortable at all. The kitchen cabinets were stained yellow and the cooking pans were so cheap and abused. To top all that off the property manager Kelly was not available when we arrived to help with the lockbox or walk us through the property like the welcome booklet said she would be. We made an appointment to go over the issues we had with the condo she didn't show. When we asked if she was coming she said ”oh my goodness I totally forgot and won't be able to get there this morning I have a first birthday party to go to and my friend needs my help setting up right now.” I would not recommend this rental to anyone who wishes to get what they paid for and be treated with respect.
