Spectacular, newly installed granite & subway tile create a chef's delight kitchen. Enjoy Arizona's amazing weather while grilling in the outdoor cooking space.

All three bedrooms have large flat screen TV's and ceiling fans. Enjoy 100% cotton luxury linens on brand new mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a king bed.

Are you bringing kids? We provide a pack-n-play, high chair and toys for the little ones. The pool is NOT fenced so we stress caution when children are staying at this property.

Perfect Scottsdale home

Communication with host is great. Very helpful. Great furniture, bed, linens, kitchen. House has it all including garage spot. Would absolutely stay again when in the area!

Pinnacle Peak Perfection!

We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 weeks and it was an amazing time. The home is beautiful with every possible amenity, including a kitchen built for a 5 star chef. We spoke to or communicated via text and email to Kelly Parker, the property manager, prior to and during our visit and she answered every question, provided all the necessary supplies and more for the home. The bedrooms and baths are gorgeous, the pool and barbecue are are divine. There was simply nothing that could have been improved upon. The location is great - we walked/hiked up Pinnacle Peak road nearly every day, exploring neighborhoods and photographing the abundance of gorgeous flowering Prickly Pear Cactus Ocotillo and more! We were 5 minutes from AJ's - a beautiful gourmet grocery store located in a wonderful shopping center with everything we needed....and then only about 5 more minutes to a Safeway and drugstores if we were looking for more ordinary household items. It was easy to access restaurants, museums, art galleries, via Pinnacle Peak and Pima Road. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the neighbors are all so friendly. It was a heavenly visit and we look forward to returning next year.

Near Perfection

Stayed here with my family while in town for Spring Training and a youth baseball tournament. The house is perfect for a family of four with tons of space and an amazing outdoor area. Yes, the home is gorgeous, but there are plenty of nice homes on VRBO. What really sets this place apart is how livable it is. We've stayed in plenty of rental properties and this home was by far the best appointed for rental stays. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, dish, spice, or piece of cookware you might want. Bathrooms are stocked with soft white towels, quality soap & shampoo, even makeup remover and sunscreen. The living area is huge with a great dining room table, comfy sofa, and large television with great sound. There's very little room for improvement here. My only suggestion would be to updgrade the pool heater controller as we paid the additional fee for the pool to be heated, but the heater wasn't on when we arrived so the pool didn't reach the proper temperature until day three of our stay. That said, the property manager was available and very responsive to my request to get the heater working - sending someone out right away to get it fixed. A+++ rating for this property. Highly recommend.

Spectacular house and location

The house: spacious and well-maintained, with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. Kelly was very responsive, although we did not need anything. The location: if you like to eat, there are tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. If you like to walk, you can wander for miles on the quiet streets of the neighborhood admiring the mountain views, the variety of desert-appropriate houses and especially their creative landscaping. For something a bit more challenging, there are many hiking trails nearby. For cycling, the nearby REI Adventure Center rents bicycles of all types and can suggest routes. Our family loved our week-long stay here.

Great Scottsdale home

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, the home is in great shape, fully stocked, incredibly clean, and Kelly is a fantastic host! We love the location-near 2 large trailheads for hiking, located in a quiet family neighborhood, decent shopping and restaurants nearby, definitely a top pick for us when visiting North Scottsdale.

Desert Paradise

We have stayed in Arizona VRBO homes for 10 years. This is our first time in a home located in North Scottsdale Pinnacle Peak. This house was beautiful in a very clean quiet neighborhood. It was located near numerous restaurants and shopping and had multiple places to take daily walks or hikes! The house itself was beautiful and well taken care of. It literally looked like a tropical paradise in the desert with the perfect size pool! The landscaping was just stunning…especially the front of house! The inside was fully stocked with anything you’d need to feel like you were at home! It was the most accommodating home we have ever stayed at in Arizona! And the best part of this stay was the property manager Kelly! She was outstanding! She was friendly and responded to any questions within minutes! Truly a memorable experience! Not only would we stay at this property again, we would recommend to anyone needing to rent a home in Arizona! Thank you Kelly for making our stay for our daughters ASU graduation, memorable in your desert paradise!

Pinnacle Perfection

We had an amazing stay at this property. Clean and comfortable and so much fun for our family of 4. Our 2 year old didnt leave the pool (once we got it warmed up, pay for the heat, its worth it!). Cool, dark rooms for sleeping. everything you could ever need in terms of kitchen/bath supplies are provided. Great location with easy access to hiking, shopping and the greater phoenix area. would definitely stay again!

Truly home away from home!

Exceptionally clean and open floor plan. Unpacked and immediately felt at home given that every amenity was provided. Relaxing outdoor patio pool and cooking area. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy to check-in and check-out. Property manager was very responsive and courteous. This property is on our “go back to” list when in the Valley again.

Gorgeous house and back yard!

Our family stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. We have stayed at numerous VRBOs and this was one of the best! Kelly, the property manager, was a dream to work with. There was an issue that she took care of quickly. The house is everything and more than what the pictures show. The Great Room is soooo open, gorgeous and large. Tv is huge with a wonderful video and music library. The Kitchen has everything you can think of or need to cook. Lots of spices, salt, pepper, oil, coffee filters etc. It also has more plates, flatware, pots and pans, etc that you could ever use. The refrigerator has filtered water so no need to buy it. The bed linens and mattresses are amazing, the best we have ever slept in, like sleeping on a cloud BUT 2 of the beds are very tall, which made it difficult to get in and out of in the middle of the night even tho I am 5'6, my son is 6'3 and there is a step stool. We thought the back yard was the just gorgeous. A tropical, private paradise. Lots of colorful flowering plants, palms and resident hawks to watch along with the other kinds of birds. There is very comfy chaise lounges and umbrellas with a great barbecue area BUT the huge roof top deck only had a small table with 2 chairs which was a bummer one night when the 3 of us where watching a fabulous thunder storm. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Loved it!
