Experience this sprawling estate nestled in the small town of Cave Creek, on an acre and a quarter of manicure landscape specifically designed to cater to your every need. This estate is at the center of every unique and exciting experience you could want on your vacation!


Enjoy 8,000sqft of beautiful Italian travertine surrounding a 15,000 gallon ice blue heated pool, perfect for a late night swim under the stars or enjoying our Arizona sunshine! (Additional $200 fee for heating the pool)

Have a cookout by the pool in the outdoor kitchen featuring a XL gas grill and smoker, a must have for any backyard BBQ!


End your day of sightseeing fireside with 1 of our 2 outdoor fire pits, where you can roast marshmallows, talk about the days travels and plan tomorrows adventures.


If a day indoors is what your looking for we have you covered wraparound porch,. spend the day eating popcorn and watching movies in our large movie theater with seating for 8 Or spend time in the upstairs game room fully equipped with a pool table, TV and bar. Let the fun continue downstairs with a ping pong table, corn hole boards and bocce ball! If a workout is what you need to get your day started enjoy round the clock access to a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights and a Weiders body works machine. No matter how you choose to spend your day this house has it all.



The adventures are endless here in the city of Cave Creek it’s a five minute drive from our property to the heart of Cave Creek which boasts horseback riding, scenic hiking trails for all skill levels, UTV rentals, western inspired restaurants, bars and shops, unique cafes and that small town charm! No trip is complete without exploring our quaint little town.

If a day of upscale shopping is what you crave then Scottsdale is your destination, just a 15min drive from our property to a shoppers paradise. Take a 30min drive and find yourself in the center of downtown Phoeinx which promotes one of a kind museums, historic restaurants, trendy bars, botanical gardens and scenic adventures at every turn!


Snow? Red rocks? Wineries? Enchanting views ? We have that too, Sedona and Flagstaff boast some of the most scenic landscape in all of Arizona and it’s less then 2 hours away!

If water activities is more your style then head out to Lake Pleasant, just a 25min drive from our property. Lake Pleasant is a 15,000 acre lake with 2 marinas, providing a spectacular range of activities to choose from. They offer boat and JetSki rentals, sailing lessons, kayak and paddle board rentals and a large sightseeing/dinner cruise abaord a ship called the Phoenix. Both marinas offer unique dining experiences with an opportunity to sit lakeside and enjoy dinner and drinks under the breathtaking sunsets Arizona has to offer.

Fantastic Property and Relaxing Vacation
We had 12 people from 3 states staying together over a two week period. Everyone loved the location of this property, as well as the layout and amenities of the home. The hosts thought of everything. Best stocked home we have rented in 20 years. The pool and outdoor space are spectacular. Kim and Dennis are very friendly, thoughtful, and good communicators. The property is close to everything you need, but isolated enough that it feels like an oasis. We all loved our time in Cave Creek and had plenty of room where we were not on top of each other, but still together. Great find!

This house was outstanding. The Pool to outside grill area was more the one could ask for. The house was large enough for all of the family to spread out , if you will. The managers/owners were great . Anything you might need they were prompt to respond including asking permission before they would do anything in or around the house. Would definitely recommend and if possible would definitely stay here again in the future. privacy was well respected in a area that was quiet and gated. Thank You Kim.

2023 Family Christmas
7 of us came to Arizona for Christmas. Kim & Dennis were great-even putting up a tree for us and decorating the house. The house was perfect for our stay, located in just the right spot to allow us to attend several phoenix area special events and entertainment venues. Grocery stores and other shopping was close by. All-in-all just a great stay!!!

Amazing Fun
The property is beautiful. Truly when you stay, you would never have to leave the property to have fun, but we did enjoy hiking close by. It's also close to shops. We had a family get-together of members from all parts of the country and everyone enjoyed it thoroughly. We highly recommend! The owners are incredibly kind!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience
Kim & Dennis were very helpful and welcoming. They accommodated our early arrival and offered many suggestions of the activities we had interest in, which included Trick N Treat for Halloween in a local neighborhood. The home is clean, spacious and relaxing. The whole family loved the heated beautiful pool. Thank you Kim & Dennis. We look forward to doing this again when our family vacations again in Phoenix.

Oasis in the Desert

Great hideaway for your group or family
We stayed at the Tuscan Estates for the Superbowl, Waste Management and a 60th birthday. The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We could have had a few more couples but it was perfect for us. Formal dining room, large kitchen with all the amenities, a movie room and a beautiful yard with pool and bbq. There were plenty of towels, linens and really did not need to bring a thing for cooking either. Kim and Dennis were great hosts and were easy to connect with if we had questions.

Christmas in the desert!
What a spectacular property! The pictures don’t do it justice. Top quality throughout. Kim and Dennis are wonderful hosts, they even decorated the house for Christmas making it extra special for all of us. As avid hockey fans we were very happy to be able to tune into the World Juniors tournament in the large theatre room. The kitchen is well stocked and we had no issues cooking for 10. We did it all - hiking the local trails, campfires in the firepit, BBQing and, swimming in December! A great family holiday. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful home for entertaining and relaxing
We stayed the week over thanksgiving with 2 families including 4 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages from 10-17. There was more than enough space for all of us to spread out while also having several activities for all the kids and adults alike at the property. The host was very responsive throughout the booking process and during the stay, however, with as well prepared as the place was, we didn’t have many questions come up. This was the best overall VRBO experience we have ever had. The only concerns to note was there wasn’t a potato masher,(there is now), some of the beds were a bit firm (however that’s more of a personal preference than anything and most of our group thought the beds were just fine), and the water temperature in the showers wasn’t as hot as we would like…but they were more than “just warm”. With this being said though, all these concerns were VERY minor and are knit picky for sure. We would absolutely book this place again without thinking twice!

The property was as advertised. The house was very clean and had everything we required. The back pool area was to die for. We had friends over and they could not believe the beautiful layout. The hosts Kim and Dennis were great and responded quickly when called. Would not hesitate to book this property in future trips to Phoenix.

Fantastic Spring Break at Tuscan Acres
The outdoor area of this property was the highlight for us. It is amazing! Plus the proximity to good hiking, Sedona and restaurants was perfect. We had 3 families of 4 with teenage kids. The house provided plenty of activities to keep them busy. Most used were the pool basketball hoop and the pool table. Kim and Dennis were fantastic hosts - so very accommodating! Dennis even put out spot lights so our children could play basketball at night. Our week was perfect! We can't wait to return.

This is an amazing place to stay. You feel pampered the moment you enter the house. It is so welcoming and the hosts are the best ever! We had 14 people staying for an entire week. We had enough room that everyone felt comfortable. There is so much to do at the house so you can stay there or have some outings. It is so easy to get any where you would like to go! We felt safe and enjoyed the stay! You won't find a better place or hosts for a VRBO vacation!

GORGEOUS property with WONDERFUL hosts!!!!
If you are looking at this property and comparing to others, all I can say is stop looking. It is even better in person than pictures show. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and available for my relentless questions prior to the trip and anything we needed while we were there. We cooked gourmet meals, played games in the massive yard, enjoyed the firepits, and gorgeous pool. The pool can be heated but that does cost extra. We chose not to heat it so it was chilly in April but we toughed it out. The location is great, a quick jaunt to Scottsdale and Phoenix. Cave Creek itself has shopping, hiking, restaurants, etc. We definitely hope to be back soon and will definitely be renting this same property. You won't be disappointed!

The outdoor space is stunning and so comfortable. We spent most of our time outside. Lots of seating for dining outside using the grill and smoker. Kitchen has everything that is needed. Theater room is very relaxing. We enjoyed this property and the hosts.

March Madness family time!
Tuscan Acres was an amazing property that suited our family so well. The pool and backyard are gorgeous and perfect for swimming, tanning, playing games and outdoor entertaining. Our hosts were a 10/10! Thx for a great family March Madness week!!!

Our Own Private Resort
The homeowners, Kim and Dennis, are two of the most wonderful people you will ever meet in your entire life. From booking the stay, to checking in, to staying at the home, to checking out, they made everything so pleasant and easy. And the house! It is so much more magnificent in person. They truly thought of everything when they built this place. There is so much space inside, but we spent most of our time relaxing in the glorious outdoor pool area. Kim and Dennis were on-call for anything we needed, and they provided all the comforts of home by being just around the corner. We did not want to leave. As an aside, because we rented the home for an extended period of time, my husband and I both had to work out of the house and the WiFi was great, both inside and outside. No issues whatsoever. Stay here! It is literally your own private oasis. We already booked our next visit.

We are a Fire Fighter family, my husband and I have been married 36 years. We are the owner/builders of Victorian Manor and Tuscan Acres. In 1990, we bought our property and set out on our mission to create the perfect gated community of old world custom homes. In 2008 my husband retired from the Phoenix Fire Department after 33 years of service, leaving myself, our eldest daughter (Kayleigh) to continue the fight in the fire service.
Today we have the pleasure of being able to continue our love and connection within the customer service industry, by using our beautiful Tuscan and Victorian homes as vacation rentals

Why they chose this property

I am a 5th generation Arizonan, My husband was an original Oregonian moved to northern California as a young teenager to work with his father in the family logging business. after the Viet-nam conflict he ended up in Arizona where we met at the Fire station.. the rest is history.
We started building homes in the phoenix area in 1984 ... to date we have built 8, this is how we came to the story above.

What makes this property unique

Our mission was to create an estate of old world custom homes for our family, The first home we built on our 5 acres was for my mom and grandma which can be described as a Victorian Ranch House. the overwhelming positive response we received for the style, kept us building unique old world homes. We then built a Queen Ann style victorian with a gothic kick and decorated it to resemble the 1800 era. The Tuscan was our last (for now) and it was definitely a labor of love Italian Tuscan with no detail spared!!!! today we want to share our creations with those travelers looking for a Unique experience!!
