Ground floor apartment, renovated in 2014 located in the heart of Les Coches station, close to all shops (15 m for bakery, mini-market, newspapers ...)

We offer you a comfortable three-room apartment for 5 people. It comprises :
- a living room with dining area and sleeping for 2 people,
- a separate bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed,
- an equipped kitchen area,
- a bathroom,
- a separate toilet.

Ski lift, ski school, kindergarten, ice rink 30 m from the apartment.

In winter you can leave and return on skis after discovering the 425 km of ski slopes on the PARADISKI area (La Plagne and Les Arcs by the Vanoise Express) but also the marked trails, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

At the foot of the residence, free shuttles will take you to the large ice rink or to the old village of Montchavin and its aquatic area.

Super sejour aux Coches

En vacances à la montagne en couple avec un enfant d'un an, nous avons adoré ce logement bien équipé, joli et fonctionnel, tres bien placé au centre des coches et au pieds des pistes. Un service de garderie est meme disponible (sur reservation) au bout du couloir, sans passer par l exterieur ! Le domaine skiable est immense, impossible de s ennuyer ! On trouve facilement de la place pour se garer à proximité du logement. Pas besoin de la voiture pendant le sejour (mais peut etre prevoir quelques courses avant d arriver car les prix au spar sont un peu elevés). Le traiteur en face est top ! Merci aux proprietaires qui repondaient toujours tres vite à nos questions.

Location très sympathique.

Hormis une petite déconvenue technique à notre arrivée, heureusement rapidement gérée par le propriétaire, mon jeune fils et moi-même avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est idéalement placé pour un accès aux pistes et à toutes commodités/points de restauration... Le gros bémol, indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire, concerne la faiblesse du réseau GSM sur la zone (pourtant avec 2 opérateurs différents). Une suggestion concernant l'équipement de l'appartement consisterait à remplacer le mitigeur de douche, peu aisé à manœuvrer afin de trouver une T° d'eau adaptée à un jeune enfant notamment.

Très bon emplacement

Chouette appartement, très agréable au centre des Coches et au coeur du domaine de Ski. Un Micro Bémol, Wifi public cher et peu performant et pas de signal 3/4G (mais dispo 100m lus loin -> ok)

A week in les coches

Arrived and picked up the key with no problems very helpful at the ski set shop found the apartment which is central to everything and settled straight in, apartment was as advertised clean and tidy had a very comfortable stay which led to another great week skiing in les coches will defiantly be back again

Agréable séjour dans un appartement accueillant et bien équipé.

Appartement idéalement situé, véritablement au pied des pistes et a proximité des principaux commerces de la station. Nous avons apprécié son bon entretien, son équipement fonctionnel et complet, notamment dans l'espace cuisine. Manque peut-être un éclairage suffisant au niveau de l'espace "canapé-lit" mais c'est un détail...

Très bel emplacement au coeur de la station et à proximité des pistes. Idéal pour un séjour avec les enfants. Appartement très bien équipé et bien entretenu. La propriétaire est disponible pour répondre à nos différentes questions. Seul bémol : la qualité du couchage du canapé-lit.

Fantastisch !

Wij vonden het appartement goed verzorgd en gezellig ingericht . Er was voldoende servies in alle soorten en maten. Het was schoon. De ligging is heel dicht bij de skilift. Wij waren mer 3 personen, voor 5 personen lijkt het ons een beetje klein. Wij hebben een heel leuke vakantie gehad.

Superbe appartement

Appartement refait à neuf, impeccable, rien ne manque jusqu'aux ustensiles de cuisine mieux que chez nous! Le système rapido du canapé, c'est vraiment pratique et rapide, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Il y a même des jeux de société mis à disposition. Nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal à proximité des commerces, des écoles de ski et de la remontée mécanique. Que c'est agréable d'avoir un rez de chaussée quand on a des enfants en bas âge! Nous avons fait pas mal de stations et d'appartements, nous avons rarement eu un appartement aussi parfait. Nous ne chercherons plus pour nos prochaines vacances au ski!La station est familiale et en même temps relié à un grand domaine skiable, génial! Les propriétaires sont très disponibles, ils ont aménagés leur appartement avec goût, on sent que tout est fait pour que les vacanciers s'y sentent bien. En plus ils donnent de bons conseils sur la station et envoie avant notre départ un livret très détaillé. C'était vraiment parfait.Vivement l'année prochaine!!!

Très bien.

Très bon séjour, appartement idéalement situé au pied des pistes et tout proche des commerces( tout est exactement comme dans l'annonce). L'ambiance est chaleureuse et l'équipement très complet. Résidence calme. Propriétaires sympathiques, réactifs aux mails et possibilité de les joindre facilement au téléphone. Ils vous envoient même un livret détaillé avec leurs conseils avisés et de bonnes adresses! Je recommande cette location.

Très bon séjour

Très bon logement, fidèle à la description. Conseillé pour 4 personnes maximum en période de ski. Petite station familiale, idéal pour les débutants. Les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles et de bons conseils suite à la mise à disposition de différents livrets. Très bon séjour.
