This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom south facing penthouse can sleep up to 4adults plus 1 faciliting with an extra sofa bed in the living room. This first letting newly decorated penthouse is fully equipped. Everything has been newly bought, eg kitchen & utensils etc . The master bedroom has a double bed(150cm* 180cm) with built in wardrobes and aircon. The ensuite bathroom has full bath with overhead shower , wc and bidet. Bedroom no 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. Beside is bathroom no2 with shower and wc. The Living room has wifi ,flat screen tv with all sky channels plus some Dutch, some Spanish and some German channels. The living room has comfortable seating with patio doors leading onto the balcony with sea views. There are table and chairs to enjoy your meal on the balcony also. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all cooking utensils .Upstairs is the private roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a roof shower to cool down when it gets hot. In the garden there is the large shared pool, which is unheated. But if you prefer the beach is only a 10/20mins walk beside the port. The apt is fitted with smoke alarms for safety. There is a weber BBQ on the roof terrace for guests use .

Great apartment with good sea views and very clean. Good communication with owner and looking forward to staying again soon. Did message the owner saying we were leaving and telling him some miner points, but he didnt respond which i thought was abit odd.
Best apartment I've been in since i started Spain wi tere in 2012. Quiet area and easy access to the coast and tourist hangouts. Walkers will like the 25 minutes to Arroyo del miel and 40 to torremolinos. Bus and train close for other options. Small bump at chech in but it was taken care of.
The property was accurately represented with the description and pictures. Clean, tidy apartment with a high standard of amenities and good location made all the difference for us and the roof area in particular was a welcome benefit. Communication with the owner and the host were prompt, straightforward and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to others and look forward to returning again in the future.
A beautiful apartment,even better than pictures , in a nice area . Supermarkets , cafes , restaurants all within easy reach .We had a very relaxing stay . Sammy the owner was good to deal with and yimmy kindly arranged a taxi for our early morning departure , hope to go back again soon .
Well appointed appartment with large roof terrace.
We couldn't praise the owner and their local representative enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they made our stay excellent. The large roof terrace and large onsite swimming pool meant you didn't need to go to the beach, but if you did a 15 minute troll took you to all the action of the marina.
Additionally we received a welcome basket in the apartment which was beyond the usual bottle of water in the fridge.
Honestly we couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough.
Fabulous apartment. Five stars all the way, from booking, and check in to departure. Apartment has everything you need and the amazing roof terrace was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I booked a week's stay only about 3 weeks prior. The communication with the owner was great and we were sent the phone number of the manager so we could communicate directly with her regarding our arrival. Our flight arrived in Malaga around 11am but, we were allowed early check-in.
Upon arrival, we were given a comprehensive show around of the accomodation and its' facilities. There were basics included such as tea, coffee etc, lots of additional bedding and even beach towels to use on the solarium or the beach. The area seemed mainly to be residential but, that made for less hustle and bustle from the coastline.
There were 2 supermarkets, each around 7 minutes' walk. However, using Lidl did mean an uphill walk back—something to remember if you were to be getting heavy items!.
We didn't use the pool, but it looked really clean and was tended to daily.
It was great having the upstairs private solarium as it made for a very chilled and relaxing break.
All in all, we have a very enjoyable stay.
Great apartment but very noisy environment and neighbours
The apartment is quite large and has everything you need, including a huge terrace overlooking the sea. The view from the kitchen is also wonderful as it overlooks the mountains to the north. The main problem was the location as it is a 25 minute walk to the seaside, and is close to an extremely busy polluted road that you must walk on to get to all 3 grocery stores or the El Pinillo train stop, about a 25 minute walk. The location of the apartment is in a very car oriented and noisy neighbourhood.
The apartment, while being on the top floor (3rd floor) is part of an adjoining group of apartments, similar to row housing. There is absolutely no noise buffering or insulation so you can hear everything around you next door, downstairs, and in other apartments. We suffered with our neighbour’s barking dog every day, a very noisy Arab family in the adjoining apartment in the next building who got up at 6am and went to bed well beyond one in the morning, making a lot of noise shouting, cleaning, cooking. We also had a very noisy elderly Spanish couple downstairs who would play flamenco music extremely loudly during the day. Not a very relaxing environment which is so unfortunate given that it is a nice apartment and the host is a very nice gentleman.
It should be noted that while the listing shows an outdoor pool, it is not open because the local city government passed a regulation that requires a fence directly around the pool, and not just around the property.

De woning was brandschoon en rook heerlijk. De indeling was perfect, je had van alles tot je beschikking in het huis, een geweldig zwembad voor de deur als je op je balkon staat. Het uitzicht is prachtig en rustgevend. Je hebt een mega terras boven op het dak waar je de was kan hangen, zonnen of barbecuen. Het enige minpuntje vond ik de hond die elke ochtend als een gek liep te blaffen. Ik ben een lichte slaper dus ala je niet licht slaapt heb je er vast geen laat van. Maar hoe dan ook.. ik zou zo weer terug gaan!!

We stayed here for 10 amazing nights. 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed including a dish washer and washing machine. We were able to use the pool everyday, which we did. Good size and clean.
The view from the private terrace was gorgeous day and night.
A 20 minute walk to the port and beach. Similar to the train station. Supermarkets less than 10 minutes away. Lots of places to dine and to suit all tastes.
Yiemi was on hand via text to help us should we need anything. Booked a taxi for us on the day we left.
Will definitely look to visit again.
The apartment is fab! We would have been happy to stay on longer, and we'll be happy to stay again. The location is very good; you can choose to walk to the marina, Benalmadena beaches, or Torremolinos beaches. The communication with the owner and Yeimi was great; they were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place 😊👌
Lovely property in a great location only 10 min walk from marina. Yeimi was very helpful and the house was perfect with everything you might need. Lovely roof terrace for relaxing in the sun and lovely quiet pool area in the shared garden. Lidl only 5 mins away. Could do with a fan for the second bedroom is the only comment I would have:)

Only one little complaint the pool closes between 3-5pm each day and the gate automatically locks we weren’t told about this but another lovely resident kept us right !! OVERALL THOUGH A FABULOUS STAY !!
First impressions of the property were excellent, the young lady who showed us around couldn't have been more welcoming. As other reviews have stated it's location is spot on. The only negative experience was that we could not access the sky channels I reported the problem twice but was advised the usual "turn it of and turn it on again" witch I had already done. It may have been something I was or wasn't doing but the fact remains we had no Sky. Other than this I can highly recommend this appartement. Very well equipped with excellent air con.
This 2 bedroom apartment with a huge roof terrace has everything you require and more! We were also given a welcome pack, this was a nice surprise. Communication with owners and Yeimi (who met us with the keys) was excellent and Yeimi very kindly organised an Uber for us for our early morning flight home.
The area is quite hilly and has 2 Supermarkets around 5 mins away both of which are open on Sundays.
Benalmádena Port, Carihuela Beach and Arroyo De La Miel are all walking distance from the apartment and you can go to Malaga City easily by bus or train. I would highly recommend this beautiful, well kept apartment.

The property was just as described and we were very happy with it. The roof terrace was especially nice with great views and lots of furniture. There are two supermarkets - one uphill, about five minutes away and a Lidl downhill, again about five minutes away. The apartment had everything you could wish for with dishwasher tablets provided and washing machine tablets. We will definitely be going back.
gutes Apartment, kleine Abzüge bei Küchenausstattung ( Pfanne, tiefe Teller). Dickes Minus bei TV Empfang. Obwohl mit Empfang von Deutschem TV geworben wurde, begrenzte Programmauswahl und viel gravierender ganz schlechter Empfang. Immer wieder Bildausfälle und unzählige Störungen, obwohl ein Fernsehtechniker vor Ort war. Dafür gibt es nur einen Grund: die Satellitenanlage war nicht zu 100 % auf die Frequenz für Deutsche Fernsehprogramme des Astra Satelliten ausgerichtet. Dann aber extra damit zu werben ist Betrug.
Myself and 2 friends stopped at this property for a 6 night vacation and was not disappointed! Great location with bars and restaurants down at the marina only a 10/15 minute walk away! It was also nice and quiet with it being situated off the Main Street.
We had a lovely holiday at this apartment. It was very well equipped with everything that we could need, and fairly close to shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

Why they chose this property
My parents choose this area as it was close to the airport. It is central from Malaga to Marbella as they liked visiting all those areas. The tube also was a big plus for them and is only walking distance from the apartment. The area has a great mix of locals and tourists so you experience holiday and local environment.
What makes this property unique
Our property is great as it is only 10mins walk from the tube station and 15-20min walk from the beach. It also is a penthouse where we have the roof for privacy if we wish.
