Beautiful 3rd floor Condo with an Amazing Ocean View from your Balcony, direct ocean access just steps away from the beach, outdoor swimming pool, courtyard area, sun deck and outdoor grills......

SEASPRAY DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY TYPE OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING .........

This a newly remodeled unit with a king size bed in the master a large screen TV with DVD player and private bath, 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed and smart tv, and a Queen sofa Bed in the living room also with large screen TV and DVD/VHS player. 2nd full bath with tub. All new Stainless steel appliances in Kitchen with quartzite countertops and new LVP Flooring.

During the summer season, the unit will be rented by the week.

Sea Spray Condominiums are on the Fort Macon end of Atlantic Beach

The Property is Managed by the owner and cleaning fees are included in the rental

Great memories at Atlantic Beach, NC

Had not been to Atlantic Beach since I was a kid and had great memories. Coming back as an adult did not disappoint! This condo was just as shown in the pictures and the location is within walking distance to pier, restaurants and shops. Very quiet and restful place to stay!

Seaspray July 4th Getaway

Whole property has been efficiently updated. Love the tropical blue color of the property. This condo has been updated and is very cute. Very stylish but not too much. The owners have thought of everything. Lots of kitchenware to meet our needs as we did cook most nights. Would definitely stay here again.

Property manager was excellent!

Great views from this unit…would not want to stay in any unit that wasn’t on the top floor, despite having to climb steps. We got lucky and didn’t have anyone staying on either side of us. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach there was just gorgeous. Caught flounder out front. Loved being close to Fort Macon and Amos Mosquitos! I had questions several times for the property manager and she was super quick to respond…like within minutes! Very impressed by her helpfulness.

The overall stay was great. The condo was clean and the property was well kept. Only down side no elevator (staying on 3rd floor) but that’s ok, we got a lot of exercise for the week! Would definitely stay again!

Great Little Place!

We were there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The beach is closer than it seems in the pics. The building is beach front, though there are big dunes in between. Only negative is the lack of elevator. Lugging beach stuff up/down stairs everyday was tough!

Perfect family get away!

Has a longer walk to the beach than expected which was no problem for my husband and I! The beach was well worth the walk! This place was perfect for our small family to get away for a week!

Perfect!

Joedy had everything you could need for a stay. So quick to communicate. High tide after a storm is a shell hunters dream here !! HUGE beach, super quiet and well managed facility. Fort Macon is a 3 minute drive and there are so many walking/biking trails! Atlantic “rolls up the sidewalks” at 9:00 so get to dinner early🙌🏼

Simple and Perfect

Wasn't fancy (although there were several super nice touches such as green pans, smart TV, etc)... however, for the price and location, it was an awesome find. We had a great time.

The distance to the beach is short. The view from the balcony amazing. Pool was awesome and super convenient on those red flag days. The property itself had everything we needed and more!

Enjoyed our stay in Whisky's retreat. Loved relaxing on the balcony after our days spent at the beach. Comfy king bed, great showers, well working kitchen. We had a great week and will look forward to staying here again.

Last Minute Escape

This condo was great for our last minute escape to the beach. The beach is very wide here so prepare for a bit of a walk to the ocean but it is very clean and beautiful. The pool is currently being repaired but looks very nice and I imagine will be incredible when it opens. The condo itself is very comfortable for a family of 3-4 and even cuter than the pics suggest.

Great for a long weekend getaway

Cute unit had everything we needed to get to the beach and recharge. We were able to get to a few restaurants and prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen. Great views of the ocean, beautiful breeze on the porch. What more could you ask for?

All good except the Pipeline crisis!!

The property and location were nice with easy access to where we planned to visit. All was good except for contractors working on the doors. They left their tools in the middle of the hall so we had to walk around them while mounds of shavings and bits of wood were all over the hallways for over 24 hours. Definitely not union workers and their music was entirely too loud. Not our owners fault. The condo was very nice as was the property as a whole. Would go back. Unfortunately our time at Seaspray lined up with the hack on the pipeline so finding gas put a strain on the trip. It was a crazy experience!,
