***SUMMER/FALL 2024***
• Roof replacement will take place April 4, 2024 - October 21, 2024 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. My building was completed in 2023 so the work will mostly be done on the other side of the complex.
• This summer the Grand Champions Villas pool areas will temporarily close for general maintenance and deck recoating, one pool at a time.
• The pool near the fairway will be closed beginning August 05, 2024 and remain closed until August 16, 2024.
• The pool near the office will be closed beginning September 16, 2024 and remain closed until September 27, 2024.
