Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This stunning Park District home includes brand new furnishings with tranquil, neutral colors. With such a central location, you are only a short walk to the beach and everything in Watercolor! Enter this home to find an open concept floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room and dining room. On a beautiful day you can escape to front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee or take an afternoon nap on one of the comfortable swing beds on the additional screened porch! Back inside, you will find the first guest bedroom. With a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Just down the hall you will find the primary bedroom. This bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bath with an incredible clawfoot tub and spacious shower!

Great cottage
Wonderful time at Santa Rosa. Clean cottage that was close to everything. No car needed, we were able to walk or bike everywhere. Hoping to return.

A Piece of Paradise
We met friends for a long weekend. The weather was fantastic and the house is so close to everything but on a quiet street. The front porch was delightful.

Lovely Home and Perfect Location
We just finished up a fantastic week in Watercolor at this lovely home. It was exactly as it appeared in the photos and even more charming in person. It was very clean and well-appointed with furnishing, accessories, and kitchenware. The beds were very comfortable! The management was very communicative and easy to contact and we felt prepared to arrive and get started having fun right away! The location could not have been better. We only drove the car a couple of times when we rode down to Rosemary Beach, rented jet skis near Destin, and went to the movies on a rainy day. Otherwise, every possible thing you could need is within easy walking distance. The beach club was just down the street! Every restaurant we visited had quick service and was delicious! Watercolor and Seaside have thought of everything they could do to handle all of the visitors spending time shopping, eating, using facilities, going to the beach...it was all wonderful. We will go back and would 100% want to stay in this home again! It was perfect! **TIP! Keep track of your beach club bands!! :-)

Lovely house and the location could not be better! As a couple, it was perfect for us! Don’t let the winter months steer you away from the Santa Rosa area as it’s just as beautiful, festive and fun as it is during peak season. The sun makes it feel much warmer and feels so good while lying on the beach! 360 Blue was very helpful and accommodating! We’ll be back sooner than later and hopefully be able to stay at this property again!

The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Beautiful, well kept, and a great location that is walking distance to the beach, Watercolor, and downtown Seaside. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful location. House is small but well layed out. It could use a refresh. Furniture is a bit worn as is the carpet. The back screened door is broken and appears to have been repaired a few times. Kitchen and bathrooms are great. The master bedroom can be noisy at night. There is a pool motor just outside the bedroom window that hums most of the day/night. Fun stay

We loved the location of this house and the proximity to both the beach and the heart of seaside. Just FYI if you book, all the people age 5 and up must be registered as adults when booking. If not you won’t get wrist bands for them. The listing states this, but we missed it as do apparently a lot of renters. When I called 360 Blue, the property manager, they said they get calls all the time about this. I’d also recommend washing any dishes you plan on using before using them. Several plates, cups and flatware had food on them. Again, probably something the property management company could address better.

Beautiful cottage, was just the right size for four adults and one toddler. Two master suites with king beds, and a lovely sitting area, dining room, and porches. Right off of the main 30 A Highway close to food, shopping beaches, and wonderful swimming pools. We loved our visit and will return again.

Perfect Getaway
This property was perfect for our couples trip. Plenty of space and easy walking distance from the beach. We loved that we each had our own bathroom and large bed room. Overall would highly recommend.

Nice home, but don’t count on the included bikes
We enjoyed the central location to all Watercolor amenities and Seaside and Grayson Beach. The home is lovely and we especially enjoyed the porch bed swings and dedicated covered parking. However, one of the main reasons we selected this home was the included bikes. Long story short, the bikes were unavailable and the management company refused to do anything to make us whole. We are avid bikers, and this situation greatly impacted the enjoyment of our stay. It is a shame, as it really is a nice place. Overall clean, but the shower needs mold addressed. If not for the bike situation, I would stay here again.

Favorite Rental on 30a!
This was by far our favorite rental on 30a! The location is perfect, just across the street from the Watercolor Beach Club & Resort, and easy walking distance with small children. The house was the perfect size for us (2 adults, 2 children) and we spent most of our time at the house on either the front porch or the back porch. The property management made everything from check in to check out so easy, and even included small gifts. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home!

Lovely cottage, great location!
My husband and two kids loved our stay! It was so close to the beach, we walked or rode bikes there every day. It was just adorable, the beds were very comfortable too and the front and back porches were so awesome to have. We had the nicest time!

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip! At the beginning of the trip there was six of us and with the sofa bed we had plenty of room! The house is in the perfect location and spacious enough to not feel on top of each other! Will definitely rent again!!
