Stunning Top Floor Penthouse on the Beach

The location of this condo is on the beach in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.
You can walk to many local restaurants, bars, and shops! Or hop on the Suncoast Trolley to head anywhere along the beaches from Clearwater to John’s Pass for shopping and fresh seafood.

Enjoy the beautifully maintained heated pool, outdoor kitchen, gazebo, grills (2 gas/1 charcoal), gulf view sun decks, and shuffleboard courts. Direct beach access!

This unit is on the 5th floor with no one above you. Right on the beach with stunning views from the living room and balcony. The balcony has a full ocean view with plenty of seating to enjoy those Incredible Florida sunsets.

The unit is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 king bed in the Primary bedroom, 1 king bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedrom. The unit has 2 Full bathrooms with walk-in showers.

Fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle and stocked drawers to enjoy dining at home. The Laundry room has full size washer and dryer. A starter pack of basic soaps, detergents, cleaning supplies and paper products is provided.

The living room and bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV, and High speed internet and Spectrum cable.

The unit has one assigned parking space under the carport. Guest parking available. Moving in is a breeze with provided carts and easy access to two secured entrances with elevators.

Beach towels, bath towels, linens and a ground floor storage room stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, are available for your use.

This property is beautiful and very well appointed. The view of the Gulf was wonderful. It is a very quiet place yet has easily walkable restaurants, a beautiful pool and beach only steps away. Hoping to return.

Paradise in IRB
We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It has been beautifully and completely remodeled. The building is incredibly well maintained and has an amazing outdoor area with pool and grilling area. Located on the quiet end of IRB, the beach area is never crowded. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night from the beach and balcony. This top floor unit is exceptionally clean and quiet. You won’t regret staying here!

A 5 week toes in the sand break from the Midwest's nasty spring weather
Very clean and quiet. This top floor 3 BR condo overlooking the Gulf was perfect. A private pool was excellent for days we didn't want to mess with the sand. Awesome restaurants and Tiki bars are within easy walking distance too. Everything you need is right there. My daughter, son-in-law, and two grandson's joined me for Easter week which was a much needed break for them too. Lindsay, the owner, was easily accessible and quick to respond if I had any questions.

Spacious and accommodating top floor unit. Beautiful gulf Views. This lovely condo has it all.
Our month’s stay at this wonderful condo could not have been more perfect! It is totally renovated and very spaciousness beautifully decorated. Loved having a third bedroom which is difficult to find and still a great value. Condo is well equipped with all the comforts of home. We had plenty of beach towels and storage unit has everything imaginable for fun n’ the sun, including umbrellas and chairs. Spectacular Gulf views and we were only a few steps to pool and gulf. Owners could not be nicer and always ready to answer any questions we might have had to make our stay just perfect. Desert Sands is conveniently laid out where you are close to everything, with beautiful landscaping. Having the grills and gazebo to dine and enjoy the sunset was an extra bonus!!! Also large deck surrounding pool and we it never felt crowded. To sum it up a true paradise and a place that makes you want to book your next vacation before you leave to make sure you get #507 again.

We are long time Residents of Florida, and would like to say that Indian Rocks is a hidden Gem, wonderful beach with a short walk to the Waters Edge.

Loads of wonderful Restaurants, close to major attractions but still maintaining that coastal charm.

Why they chose this property

From the perfectly manicured lawns that take you down to the deck right on the beach where you can enjoy the sunsets or listen to our local residents play guitar, you will be hooked on Indian Rocks Beach and we will look forward to having you return each year to visit.

For the avid bird watcher we have Ospreys nesting nearby and we see them all the time fishing in the gulf , and many other Bird life that you can see daily on the beach.

What makes this property unique

We are minutes away from Sand Key and Clearwater Beach and a short drive to Johns Pass where you can enjoy unique shopping or go on a charter fishing trip with the local guides. We know you will return over and over again once you have stayed at Driftwood Sands.
