This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome is perfect for families or groups of up to seven. The spacious living area has a large flat-screen TV (perfect for watching the game or your favorite shows) above a gorgeous gas fireplace. Vaulted ceilings with excellent lighting lead your eye to the superb view of the ski slopes through the large windows. Large French doors open to the balcony that has a private hot tub as well as a barbeque grill.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary utensils needed to whip up a world class meal for the troops after a long day of skiing or mountain biking. The farm table dining room table has room for 6 with room for 4 more at the granite island.

The unit also boasts a washer and dryer, as well as private parking for two vehicles and free Wi-Fi. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Wonderful Breckenridge visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed our stay at the Mainridge Townhomes on Vrbo. The place was very spacious with a hot tub on the deck outside. The location was wonderful. You only had to walk a few feet to be on one end of Main Street with all of it's stores, bars, restaurants etc.

Great Property!

Convenient & Great view!!

We enjoyed our stay as family of four with two teenagers. Enough space for everyone and then some! Very cozy after a day of skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed except something to wash the dishes with was missing but we took care of that. Sheets, towels & bed were comfortable. Pillows are little flat so bring your own if that 's not your thing. The only issue we had was a bit loud at night because of the bar that plays music next door but we were so tired from skiing and we used ear plugs so that helped. Nice to have washing machine, outside hot tub and to be able to walk to Peak 9 lift. Great property and easy to get to and in and out of. Would return or recommend.

Great location & amenities

Location is perfect for those wanting to stay near Main Street and a quick walk from the gondola! Right by food, groceries, and shopping. Great parking on site and we loved the hot tub on the patio. Full kitchen and spacious living room for playing board games/socializing. Having a washer/dryer was a great help for after snow activities. If you are a light sleeper I'd recommend some ear plugs or a noise machine - some noise from Main Street comes in through the master bedroom but was not a problem overall in our stay.

Location, Location, Location!!

We really enjoyed being right on the main drag with a quick walk to everything, including Peak 9 ski lift. The view from our living room, main bedroom and deck was amazing!

We had a great stay at Mainridge Townhome! You can’t beat the location - directly on Main St and walkable to everything. Had everything we needed, plus a private hot tub! Will definitely be booking another stay in the future!

Perfect location

The property was just as described. It was cleaned well and contained the basics including toilet paper, small shampoo and conditioner, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. The hot tub was clean and in great condition. The location was prime for our needs. We could walk to downtown and to several short hikes. While there was some night noise, being so close to downtown, it was not unreasonable and we still able to sleep. The coffee shop right below us was also a great perk for those early morning coffees and hot chocolate. The rental also had a coffee machine if you prefer making your own. The management company was very attentive, and made contact to ensure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This townhome is very cozy and is in a great location! We were able to walk (multiple times) along main street for food and shopping. October was a great time as the colors were gorgeous, there was snow in the mountains, but the sidewalks were clear. It was a spectacular trip!

The Best.

This place was perfect! My husband and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and we have nothing but good things to say about it. The location is beyond perfect, we walked everywhere downtown which helped having not to look for parking. It was great having breakfast under us, so close, and the brewery Broken compass right next to us. We went there a couple times. There was not much noise from either place, no bother there. We used the hot tub and had a question about the jets not being able to turn off so we texted the person with all the info and they sent someone right away to fix it. So fast! The company was there for any questions you had willing to help! The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back and staying here. It was the best! Can’t wait to return!

Great time! Close to everything

The easiest location to access the market, shops, restaurants without even moving our car. The views were great and kitchen was packed with all we needed to cook. We will be back when there is snow!

perfect for being close to everything

being so close to everything made it easy. literally step out of your door for restaurants, shops, bike rental and even Oxygen bar. There was live music literally next door. It was ok because it ended by 11 one night and 10 the next, but it did make it hard to keep the windows open. The living room area is really large. it is a 2 bedroom house but the living area and dining table felt like a house for a bigger group. It was easy to text mngmt and get a quick response. You reach different people.The kitchen had everything you need. The hot tub right on the deck was really nice. Great view and even though close to things, you have privacy

Wonderful Stay in Breck

We had a small list of locations that would allow our furry child to stay with us that was also located in the city. This condo was perfect for us! We would rent it again with or without our dog. The location is perfect!!! Convenient and walkable to everything. Exactly what we were looking for. The whole condo was well appointed, beds comfortable, plenty of linens, and roomy enough for our group of 4. The family room is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the furniture is nice and comfortable. Most importantly- THAT VIEW!!!! There is not a better view. Thanks to the owners for sharing your spot with us. We loved it!
