The Ski Shak is located at the base of the mountain in the "center of it all!" Steps away from Red Lady Ski Lift and Complimentary Ski Locker Located in the Treasury Center. Recently Renovated, Open Floor Plan has it everything you need for a great vacation stay!

Condo is a 4th floor condo with stairs and NO Elevator... 3rd floor from base area

This Location is steps away from any mountain base need. Everything is "literally" next door including Free Town Shuttle, Equipment Rental, Restaurants, Bars, Coffee Shop and Resort Spa! Even "The Store" Mt. CB grocery store and liquor store across the street for additional convenience. Other amenities include: Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, Hot Tub on-site, Coin Laundry on-site(complimentary laundry pods in condo), board games, pack n play, Keurig, toiletries and hair dryers.

Perfect getaway

This property has the perfect location, and became our home away from home for 8 days. Although right in the middle of everything, it was very quiet and peaceful. Very helpful property owners along with everything you could possibly need in a unit will make this my go-to the next time we visit!

Great Crested Butte summer weekend

The place is right at the bottom of the mountain and was super fun for us. The hosts did absolutely everything to make the stay special. The only down sides are that the view is directly looking into the balconies of the hotel, the bathrooms small, and the parking is tight.

Perfect Location for Skiing

This location was ideal! It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the Red Lady Lift. Plus, the ski locker associated with this condo is on the way to the lift. The condo was very comfortable and the photos online accurately represent it.

Nice Stay for Peak Aspen Season

The condo was very much as advertised and worked well for our group of four adults. Common areas are a bit tight, but the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped and nicely remodeled in the recent past. BRs were fine with quality linens. (We did not use the loft.) The unit has a generous balcony. Communications were excellent, with a potential hiccup in our timing that the owners handled with generous understanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice owner and location

When we arrived, the cleaning crew had not shown up. I reached out to the owners who immediately apologized and had another cleaning crew to come. They also offered dinner and drinks to make it right. We all know things happen and apparently the housekeeper was ill but hadn’t notified anyone. All was taken care of quickly. Location was great.

Perfect location with clutch ski locker

Not much to add that others haven’t already. Just want to emphasize the great location, and how important and convenient it was to be able to use the ski locker (thus not having to lug equipment up two big flights of stairs). The locker was big enough for three sets of skis, boots, poles and helmets with room to spare. Only downside was the small living room with minimal seating, but you can gather that from the pictures.

Comfortable but tight space

The property is in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, but the space was pretty tight. Not a lot of room for people to hang out in the living room if you have a group, there’s was only one couch. Bathrooms were very small with barn doors so not a lot of privacy since the doors didn’t actually close. Also every step can be heard, so if staying with people who go to bed and wake up at different times you’re going to hear them. If you don’t need a lot of space and aren’t a light sleeper this place is perfect. Beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever been in away from home. And they really tried to work with the space they had it’s just not great for super tall people. If you are above 6 feet the showers may be difficult. Owners were really nice and responsive.

Not a family favorite

We travel a lot and this property was one of the worst we have stayed in. There was underwear on the chandelier and the sliding glass door to the porch was broken and had to be left open. The front door also was incredibly hard to lock from the outside which made us uncomfortable leaving our valuables in the condo. Plus one morning we were awoke to construction at 6 am! There is a lot of construction going on in the location of the condo, be very aware!

Fun ski trip

The rental was within walking distance to the ski lifts. We enjoyed eating at The Avalanche restaurant which was right outside our door.

60th Birthday Trip

We were unable to make our trip due to the unprecedented snow storm in Texas. Our flight was canceled and there were no other flights out for days. Amy was very understanding and wonderful to work with. You couldn't ask for nicer owners. Our ultimate goal is to someday make it to Crested Butte and stay at their lovely condo. We booked with them based on the Reviews. And with our experience, they deserve the highest of ratings.

Great condo. Convenient location to the slopes

We arrived on Christmas Day to this adorable condo. My kids loved the 2 stories and decor. Beds were amazingly comfortable. We had a few questions about an early check in and such. The owners answered everything quickly (even on a holiday). The location on the mountain is superb. A short walk over to the lifts and you are there. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect cabin-esque getaway

We traveled to Crested Butte from denver for a girls trip, and were absolutely impressed with this home. Beds were comfortable, patio was perfect for sipping morning coffee and seeing aspens, and we felt like we were in a luxury cabin. Can’t wait to return for ski season!
