Looking for a great vacation spot? This is it! Please do come, it’s beautiful, peaceful and the beach is gorgeous! We dreamed of a Gulf Coast retirement home. Dreams do come true! This is an updated, gorgeous place to relax and enjoy one of the prettiest beaches in the world. Beautifully appointed, two bedroom, two bath condo! Ground floor unit - no steps. Open floor plan. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, flat screen TV in living area, and both bedrooms! Free WiFi & cable, Washer/Dryer. Plenty of books, games and cards in the cabinet. Quiet community but near everything. Look out patio door to the pool only twenty steps away! Two blocks - eight minute walk to GORGEOUS, world famous beach and breath-taking sunsets! We have coolers, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas and towels for you. Enjoy local fresh, seafood at Pompano Joe's, and other great restaurants only minutes away! Miramar Beach is located between San Destin and Destin Harbor. We've traveled all over the world, seen many beaches... the Gulf is still our favorite! You have to see it to believe it. Come dream a little dream at our place.

Very clean and quiet property! It was great to be so close to the pool and the beach was right down the road! (Easy walk) very convenient to have an extra parking space since we rented a golf cart! It was also so nice to have a wagon, chairs and a couple umbrellas for the beach! Rita was easy to get ahold of and nice! The whole family had a great time!

Just perfect for us!
Lovely and well-maintained condo, a short walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and clear blue waters of the Florida panhandle! An added plus was the in-ground pool just outside the unit. The property owner was easily accessible and responsive to any questions I had. The comfort of this condo added to the enjoyment of our experience. You won’t be disappointed!

This is our second stay at Rita’s property, and it’s great! Great location with close access to the public beach, whether you want to walk or drive. Has everything you need, and Rita is an excellent host!! Nice place to getaway to our favorite beach!

This was a special trip for my family because it was my kids first time at the beach. Property was very nice and clean. It was more than what we expected. Property manager was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely rent again!

Wonderful Condo Very Close to the Beach
Our family of four had an awesome vacation staying here! The condo is modern and well equipped. It has everything you need to make meals if you choose, tons of beach accessories and basically anything you need - a home away from home. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the pool is right outside the patio. Rita checked in on us to make sure everything was good. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be staying here again!!!

Great stay
This was our first time to Destin and we were so spoiled staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Rita's property was well maintained and everything was provided down to the smallest detail, was very thought out - all the way down to having a meat thermometer! We were able to stay in and cook for some of the meals, which was great with small kids. Beach gear was provided for us to use while we were there. We drove from TX, so this helped us to not have to pack so much in the car. Communication with Rita was very easy and she replied quickly. She checked in with us to ensure we made it safely and gave us all instructions well in advance. The condo is a very short walk to the public beach access and to Pompano Joes. The property is very quiet and having a designated parking spot was heaven. Visitor spots were often free as well for those of you bringing more than one vehicle. The condo is steps away from the swimming pool. You can walk right out the patio door and be right at the pool, my kids loved this! We will definitely be staying again on our next trip. Thank you for hosting us on our first of many Destin vacations, Rita!

Truly an amazing stay!
This was our 2nd straight year in the Destin area after visiting last year, where we stayed in a hotel that was not walkable to the beach. After having to drive (and pay to park) to a beach access every day, we wanted to be closer this go-round. Rita's place was absolutely perfect for us! As soon as we walked in, my kids (12 and 10) both said they wished we lived there and it was hard to disagree. :)The condo was very modern, with a beautifully done, open kitchen floorplan, two spacious bedrooms, upgraded baths and a very large den area. Directly outside the den was a pool that my kids enjoyed having such easy access to. I cannot tell you how great it was to have the beach gear that Rita offers. The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes but is quite easy. The only downside is that there really aren't sidewalks but cars/golfcarts were very courteous and we never felt unsafe. The provided beach wagon was awesome! Along with really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and even sandcastle building toys that my 10 year old enjoyed! We couldn't have asked for more. Pompano Joe's is super convenient, as is the public beach access (with showers and bathrooms). The kids and I enjoyed a great lunch at Pampano Joe's one day, walking directly from our beach spot and then going back to enjoy the ocean when done. One day, the batteries died in the condo door lock right as we were walking out to the beach, lathered in sunscreen with a wagon loaded up. I messaged Rita and literally within five minutes, she had a family member there to provide us with a manual key. That saved the day for us - great communication and service! If you're looking for a great place that's very close to the beach and don't want to be directly in Destin (literally only about a 5 min drive away), this is your spot. My kids are already asking if we can stay in the same place next year and I can't really think of a reason why we wouldn't. I'd love to still be there!

Why they chose this property

While raising our family our business took us all over the world. We have enjoyed many beaches, but always loved the Gulf the most. The white sugar sand and emerald green water cannot be beat! We often dreamed of having a place of our own in this beautiful area. Finally, our dream came true and we are happy to share a piece of it with you!

What makes this property unique

It was love at first sight! This condo is really cute! New, peaceful, relaxing decor. The pool out one door and a short walk to the beach from the other door. Near great restaurants and beautiful sunsets!
