Summary:
Not a worry in the world, toes in the water!! We invite you to experience the sandy white beaches of PCB with your family and friends!

Check this out! This is the perfect beach getaway property for you and your party!

+ 4 off street parking spots, accommodations for 2 extra vehicles can be made with advance approval from owner
+ Easy boating access into the Gulf of Mexico from the Bay.

The Space:
Two units in a very large triplex just a few blocks to the beach. These (separate) three-story units rented together have 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), two large loft areas attached to one of the bedrooms (sleeps 10), two queen and two twin sleeper sofas in the downstairs living room (sleeps 6). So - the unit can sleep a total of 24 people in beds! This entire building has just been refurbished completely inside and out. New roof, exterior, AC units as well. New paint inside and out, all new flooring, appliances, and hot water heaters.

Super cute place!

We had a softball team stay for a tourney going on that weekend and it held all of us comfortably! Super close to everything you will need, can walk to one of the bars if you wanted, would totally stay again!

Perfect vacation house!

My friends and I had an amazing time at the property. There was plenty of space and everything was super clean and cozy. The outdoor deck/patio is perfect to hangout at night and watch the sun go down. House is only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach and is right next to awesome restaurants such as Barracuda’s. Reese and his team were great with communicating and making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Had size of about 22. Was in a great location and had room for a lot of us. Close to about everything we wanted to go to our do and owner was very nice. Checked a lot to see how we were doing and answered any needs or questions we had. Would stay again

Amazing Property!!!

We had a very large group go to PCB for spring break and this was the best location we could ask for. Just 2 blocks from the beach entrance and a block from Barracudas (awesome bar with live music and no cover). The communication between us and the owner made everything easier, recommending a ton of local mom and pop restaurants that are to die for. We will 100% stay here again if we ever come back to PCB!!!

It was ok

The property said it would hold 24 but there wasn’t enough sheets and several things were broken and it wasn’t very clean. We had 21 staying and most had to leave to find other places to stay. Wouldn’t recommend it for adults. If it was teenagers I might be ok

Great stay!

My group and I had a great stay at Reese’s property! Reese was very quick to communicate with if we had questions. A few previous damages were in the house at our check-in, but Reese was happy to get them fixed by maintenance during our stay. Overall, we had a great time! Plenty of space for a large group, with the beach access just up the road. The check-in and check-out process was easy and we would stay here again!

Family vacation

This property was for the most part great. When we arrived there was trash every where outside and doors were unlocked. The windows were also left open. It was very clean inside and comfortable but unit A has a very odd smell upstairs. Unit C also has a leak in the roof running down the wall in the dinning area. Also if you rent unit A and C there is a place in the middle to hang out but if there are people below you in unit B, you really have to be quiet because the floor is not sound proof. Other than a few minor issues it was a wonderful location, comfy feel and was nice and roomy.

Family stay

We rented units a and c. This accomodated five families which was great on one property. Not luxury but nice and secure. No security problems and close to the beach. There was fewer than capacity bedding but we went to dollar general and picked up a few blankets for the teens. Overall, great outdoor and decent indoor soace to enjoy a great fun vacation.

My stay was great!

My family and I stayed here over the weekend and we definitely enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor things but not major. When we first arrived unit C had a bit of smell. We fixed that with a few plug ins but besides that it was great. Everything was super close. Lots of things to do with the family. The host was attentive and responded very quickly. Our overall stay was a 9/10!

It was a nice place but for the price some of the furniture and beds were not as nice as expected. It is a good location and easy to get to the beach and other amenities.

Not as expected

While Reese was very accessible before, during and after our stay, and tried to meet our needs the best he could, the property was less than what we expected. The property is very run down. There were huge leaks of brown water down the walls, the carpet is worn and stained. The unit was not cleaned properly when we arrived. There were fingerprints all over the glass coffee table. The fan in the lofted bedroom of and the fan in the kitchen would go off every 45 seconds and sounded like a car alarm, very annoying. There were Texas-sized cockroaches (I have pictures). When the sofa sleepers were pulled out the first night, there were pretzels and crumbs found in the sheets. Two of our guests decided to leave and stay at a hotel because of the conditions of the property. The balcony between the two outside units is shared with the middle unit. On our last night there, (9) people from the middle unit came upstairs at 10:00 with their radio and adult beverages and were very loud. There were no pot holders or dish towels in the unit. The dryer took (5) cycles before it’s contents were completely dry. This unit definitely has potential, it just needs a lot of updates.
