Cute Single Story Beach House nestled in the heart of Belmont Shore.
Just a block to the south, one of the largest sand beaches around, as well as Alamitos Bay to the East or a block to the north is popular 2nd Street, with all of it's Shops, Restaurants and Pubs.
This comfortable house hosts 2 bedrooms, 1 recently remodeled bathroom, large wood burning fireplace, private deck in back and a patio in front. Washer and dryer is also available for your laundry needs.
Private parking is available in back if a spot cannot be found on street.

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay in Belmont Shore was perfect. This rental is exactly as stated in the listing. It was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches. The location is convenient to the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere! Would highly recommend this rental.

Loved this charming cottage!

If you love charming, quiet, walkable Belmont Shores you will love this cottage! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and to dozens of pubs and restaurants. We really liked walking thru the neighborhood to see Christmas lights. The weather prevented us from enjoying the outside, but we hope to come back when the weather is better.

Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to beach & restaurants & shops! Clean house quite comfortable & homey! Only negative was soft uncomfortable bed in main bedroom.

Long Beach

Just the right size for two people. Need, clean, lots of tv options, games and books. Fully equipped kitchen, and laundry. We did not use the front patio as it was too warm. The back patio off of one bedroom was really cute but definitely could have benefited from a good cleaning.for real loungability. The host was available by phone and very accommodating. We would definitely choose this place again.

Baseball Trip

My son and I came out for his baseball tournament. The house was perfect! Location, amenities etc. I especially enjoyed the patio… coffee in the morning, glass of wine in evening. We would recommend this home to anyone staying in the Long Beach area!

Gem property in the heart of Belmont Shores

What an absolute gem of a property! Perfect location to walk and explore the beaches or the shops. Quiet area with a ton of really great food options! The house was perfect for my wife and I and Greg was very easy to work with and accommodating to our changing schedule. I can’t recommend this property enough. Come enjoy Long Beach and fall in love with the Belmont Shore.

Perfect Location

We had a lovely six days in this cute little house at Belmont Shore. It was the perfect location to unwind, after a very long vacation in North America. Greg was a great host and we highly recommended this wonderful & welcoming home. We hope to stay again sometime. Thank You kindly Greg & Suzanne!

Wonderful beach vacation

Loved my 2 weeks here. A block from the beach with its paved walking/running and biking paths, and a block in the other direction to bustling 2nd St. with restaurants, bakeries! and coffee offerings. No AC but in early August I didn't miss it, with the cool sea breezes and lots of ceiling fans. Very well appointed, I can't think of a single negative.

Location!

Greg, thank you for sharing your home with us, we had a great stay! The location is perfect! Block and a half from the beach and block and a half (opposite direction from beach) restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping, etc. Everything was walkable which was great. Enjoyed the beautiful beach with lots of sailboats and wind/kite surfing. The house included everything you could need from toiletries, first aid, beach chairs & towels, sunscreen, hairdryer and so much more. Enjoyed sipping our coffee and wine on the front patio. The little backyard oasis is cute too! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if ever back in Long Beach!!

Perfect little place

I loved this little house. A block and a half away from the beach, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, it was so convenient to everything Long Beach related. It was quiet, peaceful and worth every penny! If I come back, I would love to stay here! Thank you so much for letting me stay at your family home for the week!

I rented the house in my old neighborhood. One brother stayed 2 days. Other brother stayed 2days. Friend stayed 2 days . We ate take out and snacks...watched movies ,rode bikes and walked into town many times. The shower was great and the porches. Thanks

Home away from home in Belmont Shore

A beautiful cottage with an extraordinarily well-equipped kitchen. We found everything we needed for our visit to Long Beach, meeting a new grandson and catching up with old friends. The owners have thought of everything!

Excellent Weeklong Stay

This house was one of the cleanest and definitely the most well-stocked that I've ever rented. Many above-and-beyond supplies were provided (and greatly appreciated), ranging from bottled water and coffee pods, to dish and laundry detergent. Communication with Greg was easy. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front patio. Multiple beaches, along with many restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.

Fabulous get-away!

My adult daughter and I spent four days here and had a FABULOUS time! The location couldn't be better - 2 blks from the beach, 2 from ample coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and drug store. House is really lovely, front patio is delightful! Couldn't recommend more highly!

Great house!

A friend and I stayed at Belmont Shore and had such a great time! We weren't at the house much but it was the perfect landing pad. Easy to walk to food and beautiful sites and loved that there were bikes available. Communication was easy. I would come back!
