Welcome to our newly constructed condo located on 25th Ave, 1 block to the beach and boardwalk.

Weekly rentals from Saturday-Saturday.

The condo is comprised of 1,400 s/f of living space featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms (one common and one master). The condo offers granite countertops, wood and tile floors and plenty of natural light.

The top floor unit offers views of the boardwalk and Friday Night Fireworks right from the deck. The property is conveniently located to the Surfside ride pier, Water Park, Gateway 26 Arcade, and various stores and eateries.

This condo unit offers:

Master Bedroom – King bed and master bathroom

2nd Bedroom – One queen bed

3rd Bedroom – One bunk bed, twin over a full with a twin trundle bed underneath

Separate Laundry room with full size washer and dryer

Living area has a love seat and sofa, with a 55 inch Ultra HD Smart TV and a Blu-Ray DVD player.

Central Heat and Air Conditioning and TV's in all 3 bedrooms.

The full kitchen offers granite counter tops, Stainless Steel appliances (Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator), Toaster, Toaster Oven, Keurig, and all plates, cups, cooking Utensils included.

The Unit features covered garage parking for 2 cars (tandem) which also provides interior access to the condo.

Outside shower with both Hot and Cold water, great for rinsing off after the beach.

Comcast cable and wireless high speed internet access

Excellent!

Excellent location, Condo well kept and very roomy. Plenty of beach chairs. Heated Pool a plus. Owner is very nice!

Very nice condo!

Chris’ condo is very nice sized, spacious, clean, and in a great area! Chris was also extremely responsive throughout the process. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Incredible Shore Rental

We have been coming to the shore as a family for years and this is the best rental we have ever had. The owner was outstanding with communication and the property was exactly as advertised. Location is fantastic, short walk to the boardwalk, beach, and stores. Pool in the complex was never crowded and perfect size for our little ones. Many of the units seem to be occupied full time by owners so it was very quiet and well maintained. Great experience all around.

Great Home Away From Home

We had a great stay here. The location is a block from the first pier. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. The unit was perfect, very clean, and had everything we wanted for a week stay in North Wildwood. I would definitely recommend this condo. We had two small families stay and there was plenty of room.

Home away from Home

From the minute we walked through the door we felt like we were home. We were greeted with a welcoming note wishing us a great stay, thorough instructions, a parking permit to use for street parking , helpful info about garbage collection, places to eat, menus to local restaurants and a coupon book. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. Location was perfect- just 1 block to beach and boardwalk. We highly recommend booking your Wildwood vacation here. Chris and Maria were exceptional to work with. Always available and responded promptly to our emails and texts. They answered all of our questions. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation for us and the kids. Looking forward to next year

Beautiful condo and friendly owners!

We had a great vacation at this property. The location was perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and in pristine condition. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this property.
