Charming Indian River Getaway

Respectful guests, please come and enjoy our beautifully restored, charming old home, just a stone's throw from the Indian River and a short 10 minute walk into historic Cocoa Village.

Our 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has recently been through an extensive renovation, modernizing the utilities (plumbing, electric, central a/c, windows etc...) while leaving the old world charm of the home intact. All 3 bedrooms and the master bath complete with beautiful claw foot tub (however there is not a shower located upstairs) are on the second level of the home, while a smaller bathroom with a shower is located just off the laundry room on the main level. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The house is tastefully decorated throughout. We also do the majority of the cleaning without any harmful chemicals. I use hypoallergenic laundry detergent on all the sheets and towels.

Great Place Before a Cruise

This place was nice and clean, character for days. The host was super awesome to deal with. Wish we had more time then just one evening prior to going on a cruise to enjoy this lovely place. You cant go wrong staying here, especially before a cruise, really close to Port Canaveral.

Great stay

This was the perfect option for what we needed. My husband and I, with our 4 friends stayed here for a night before our cruise. It was perfect for what we needed and it was comfortable for the 6 of us to stay for a night.

Great place near the water!

My family of 7 stayed here overnight before our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Property was very clean and well furnished. Lots of supplies available to cook/clean with. Access to all amenities and a surprise snack waiting for us! Incredibly close to the water. Beautiful bath tub and lots of great places to eat nearby! Will stay again!

Cruise Delay

We stayed here for one night before our cruise. House is super close to the cruise terminal and was perfect for our quick stay. Communication was easy and quick, the house was clean and stocked with things we needed. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus for us! Was easy with kids, comfy and quiet for sleeping!

Lovely way to stay

Our group was needing a landing pad before our cruise. What a happy bit of serendipity, we had booked a different location that was unceremoniously canceled. Since I didn't didn't find out about the cancellation until 2days before our trip. I panicked. Thankfully Kelsy had this beautiful property available in wonderful Cocoa Village. The decor is cute, the house is clean, the location is convenient the price is perfect. Don't be afraid of staying in this lovely home.

Excellent pre-cruise stay over

Beautiful location and home. We had eight people ranging from 12-54 and everyone wished we could have stayed longer. Very clean and happily appointed. We needed to contact the owner because we had an issue getting in and they were very responsive. The near by downtown was easily walkable and fun. Would stay again!

Complete Comfort in Cocoa

Though our stay in Cocoa was brief it was one for the books. Upon walking through the door at our arrival we knew this was going to be a great choice. Kelsy, has thought of everything to make your stay a true home away from home. Our purpose in staying in Cocoa was to visit the Kennedy Space Center which was only about a 15-20 minute drive. Loved it!! The first night we were too tired to go out to eat so a couple of us drove to a Cuban/Mexican restaurant (only a 1.5 drive) to bring it back to eat. The food was delicious! The second night my husband and I ventured out on foot to take the 10-ish minute walk to the downtown area and park along the river. Though it was quite humid we did enjoy it. There was a great breeze alongside the river. Unfortunately, most all the shops were closed b/c it was later but, if you check the times of most and don’t plan to buy big purchases walking downtown is a great option. We even saw a few people bring some food and sit on a grassy spot by the river as the sunset. That spot was within a block of the house. Back at the house…all the beds & linens were comfortable. Which is one of my pet peeves when staying at a BnB. It’s the main reason you’re choosing a BnB…to feel like you’re home. As mentioned the only shower is downstairs…that wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of us used the claw foot tub upstairs…it was lovely. Kelsy was quick to respond when we had a question and so kind. You won’t leave disappointed when you stay here. Thank you!!

Old house charm. Roomy enough for a family of 5. Clean and with all expected amenities. Bathrooms were an Issue. Only one shower downstairs.

Bucket list adventure. Bioluminescent kayak tour in Titusville

It was quaint, clean and homey. The beds were comfortable. There was a claw tub upstairs w/ out a shower attachment, however, there was a shower downstairs . Hot water was plentiful , even w/ 8 people!!

Always a great get away

We come up from Broward to go bioluminescent kayaking in Titusville. The home is close to a charming downtown area with restaurants and shops. The home is comfortable and the owners are very responsive.

Amazing house

Probably one of the best houses I’ve stayed in! Was beautiful inside and out! There were toys and games for my kids to play with and it was greatly appreciated! If you run into any issue, Kelsey reached out almost instantly. I maybe waited 3 minutes for a response any time that I’ve messaged her. Prior to our stay, during our stay and after checkout!

Hello, I'm a stay at home mom raising three beautiful little girls. My family and I moved to Florida in 2015 from Montana. It was quite a culture shock at first, although we have not missed scraping windshields. When we moved here we found a home that we absolutely fell in love with. It was built in 1938, the era of homes we love!! It had an apartment built above what used to be a 2 car garage, now my husbands shop. We were not too familiar with vacation rentals at the time, but we had a close friend running one in a mountain town in Montana. My husband said lets try running a vacation rental. I was a little hesitant at first, but jumped in with both feet. I knew my passion has always been people. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I love making people comfortable and happy. I have also always loved serving others. With all of that being said, our little business has taken off and I couldn't be more elated! Come stay with us and just settle right in. Mi casa su casa!
