About this property

The cottage "Relaxation and Horizons was established in September 2014. This bright and spacious house of 160 m2 is situated in a quiet village and character 16 km from Bayeux, 16 km from Caen, 16 km from the landing beaches (Courseulles, Asnelles ...).
The house is located on a park of 2000 m2 and private parking can accommodate 8 cars.
The cottage is composed:
Ground floor:
A lobby lit by a glass roof where you will find all tourist information of our area. A small regionalist library complete this documentation.
A TV lounge opens onto the park and extends the lobby.
A fully equipped kitchen (combi oven, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, refrigerator / freezer ...) extended by a dining room that can accommodate 8 to 12 people and an area of 30 m2.
A room of 16 m2 with a double bed.
A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
A laundry area with a washer and a dryer.
Upstairs :
A large illuminated landing a canopy overlooking the countryside.

Point d’attache pour visite

Nous avons passé grâce à Annie et Philippe une très agréable semaine pour la découverte de la côte normande où c’est déroulé une page importante de notre histoire. De plus la maison est un havre de tranquillité au sein d’un petit hameau calme et serein, Et cerise sur le gâteau le temps a été très clément sur tour la semaine. Nous recommandons ce lieu de villégiature.

Urlaub in der Normandie

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin in sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus und Garten ist perfekt für Familie mit Kindern. Es liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf. Für unsere Touren in der Normandie liegt es sehr Zentral. Sehr Empfehlenswert!!!!

Prima verblijf

We werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen door Annie en Philippe. Het is een groot huis met 3 badkamers en een mooie grote tuin. Er was een klein probleem in een van de badkamers maar dat werd heel snel opgelost. Het huis ligt centraal gelegen t.o.v. de landingsstranden. Er is veel informatie aanwezig in het huis over de bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Kortom, een prima huis om de omgeving te verkennen.

Excellent séjour à Cully

Très belle maison qui nous a permis de nous retrouver en famille. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires. La maison est très bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La maison est située en pleine campagne entre Caen et Bayeux, ce qui permet de visiter facilement beaucoup de lieux très intéressants. A recommander sans hésitation.

Très bel endroit

Belle maison dans une très beau et grand jardin. La maison est claire et très pratique. Idéalement située entre Caen, Bayeux et les plages du débarquement. Nous étions 4 adultes (grands-parents, parents) et 3 enfants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont donnés tous les bons conseils pour passer un très bon séjour dans cette belle région. Großes, idyllisch ländlich gelegenes Haus mit allem was man benötigt und darüber hinaus

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen vor Ort, aber das Haus kann sicher ohne Probleme 6 Personen beherbergen. Alles ist großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Der Garten ist riesig und die Vermieter herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Normandie ist es gerade für Besichtigungstouren gut geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!! Herzlichen Dank an Annie und Philippe

D-day beaches and holiday

Very friendly and helpful hosts and a lovely property in a charming location with a large garden. Excellent location for visiting the D-day beaches, memorials, Bayeux and surrounding areas. We were a party of 5 including a 93 year old, the facilities in the gite were perfect for our needs. Thank you for making us feel very welcome.

Parfait

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines en Normandie. Le gîte est propre, spacieux et lumineux. De plus, il est parfaitement situé près des plages du débarquement, entre Caen et Bayeux. Nos hôtes étaient très discrets tout en restant attentifs à nos (rares) demandes. Et cerise sur le gâteau, c'est une ancienne maison d'édition convertie en gîte. Cela signifie qu'il y avait beaucoup de lectures pour grands et petits. Un grand merci et Mme et M. Pique

A comfortable, quiet, well equipped gite.

We received a very warm welcome from Annie & Philippe who provided us with all the information needed to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is extremely spacious and fitted with modern appliances. Access to Bayeux, Caen and the coast is easy. There are smaller towns close by with a good range of shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future,.

Great house, amazing garden

The house was perfect for our group of 8, all rooms are a great size, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. The kitchen/dining room is huge and light, and we spent a great deal of time relaxing over some lovely cheese and wine. The garden is amazing and massive, we had a lovely time playing silly games as the weather was really kind during our October half term stay. We were ideally situated to get to all of the landing beaches, and my 82 year old father had a particularly wonderful time. Highly recommend.
