Logement conforme à l'annonce, sans mauvaise surprise. Les avis que j'ai lu sur le site Abritel sont de vrais avis (je le dis car cela devient rare de nos jours...)

C' etait tres bien, tres propre et aussi la communication avec la famille qui est le proprietarie de ce location tres bon. Nous sommes tres enchantee pendant le sejour et nous voulons aussi dans le prochain avenir de revenir. Encore une fois merci pour tous et a bientot.
Nous y avons passé de très belles journées, le paysage est magnifique L’appartement est conforme à la description. Des distances très courtes et de très bonnes connexions. Avec plaisir à nouveau
This place is very next to "Carnoles"Train station. So if you are flying into Nice, you do not need to rent a car. Train is so much convenient and faster. Just purchase a 1 week pass ( 50 euros) at the train or tram kiosk and you are free to go anywhere at anytime on the French Riviera and Ventimiglia ( Italy). There is a "Carrefour grocery" store 3 blocks away and restaurants. Piccadilly is a very popular one with local people. The beach is 100 ft away, Monaco 7 minutes in train every30min, Nice airport 45'. if you want to make some economy, you have everything you need to cook in the apartment and can have breakfast or lunch on the covered balcony. I will definitely go back there when I go back to the French Riviera. Just bring your sheets and a towel. Pierre and his wife are very honest and reliable.
Nous étions 4 ( 2 adultes et 2 ados).
L'appartement est bien situé, proche de la plage , des commerces, bien équipé.
Le parking est vraiment un plus dans une rue payante.
La route est bruyante mais la baie vitrée est bien isolante et avec la clim nous avons bien dormi.
Nous conseillons et reviendrons avec plaisir.
Vacances incroyables avec de beaux paysages, l’appartement était super, très bien desservi pour le train et la plage. Appartement très fonctionnel et très propre.

Cette location est bien située et le plus pour la région, elle possède un parking.Il y’a tt le confort pour le quotidien et surtout la clim.Elle est non loin d’une gare,intéressant pour certains déplacements, services de bus, à une supérette non loin...Seul bémol ,une rue passante à certaines heures, mais cela reste supportable,on est dans une petite ville !
Location conforme au descriptif, très fonctionnelle et proche de toutes commodités avec un parking, un véritable plus et la gare à moins de 50 m. En résumé, location idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances ensoleillées :-)

Très beau studio
Très beau studio avec loggia à l'abri du vent et plein soleil l'après midi, dans une résidence très propre, sécurisé, avec parking, à 100m de la plage le top !! je recommande vivement cette location.
