Three bedroom, two bathroom home on the south shores overlooking pristine Lake Avalon. Enjoy sunsets from the front deck, the bonfire pit, or the dock. Two master bedrooms with master baths and third bedroom has full sized murphy bed. There is a five person hot tub outside the downstairs master bedroom with lake views as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cook stove and there is an outside five burner grill also available. The house is two levels and there are two levels of stairs that lead down to the dock.
Five miles from Hillman, MI with grocery, restaurant, bar, and golf course. Thirty miles from Alpena, MI.
Six person occupancy. No pets or smoking allowed and this is NOT negotiable.
